Misleading pizza names. Half-cooked vegetable pizzas weren't good.

The pizza was served fresh from the oven, still hot and giving off a wonderful aroma. The cheese melted perfectly over the soft crust, while the toppings added a rich and satisfying flavor. Each bite was enjoyable, and the balance of spices made it even more delicious. It was a meal that felt warm, comforting, and truly satisfying.

Ordered two pizzas through Thuiszorgd and paid with iDEAL. Then, after waiting an hour and a half, I called and the store was unreachable! Total nonsense, plus I lost my money because Thuiszorgd wouldn't refund. Beware, the store is unreachable!

The pizzas are absolutely delicious, and the pasta is also delicious. The people who work there are incredibly friendly and very open to any questions.

I ordered a burger from them, and then I got a worn-out bun with only lettuce, cucumber, and a little sauce. How do you literally forget the burger itself? I can't reach them by phone either, and all their numbers are suddenly out of service. DO NOT order from them.

Pizza was quite tasty, but that's the only positive thing I have to say. Ordered and picked up 2 vegetarian pizzas, one had salami and ham, while we had clearly stated the name and number of the pizza, it was clearly labeled vegetarian. While waiting for the pizzas I was allowed to use the toilet, bah bah what a mess. The toilet seemed to have never been cleaned, the seat was sticky and yellow, also had poop stains here and there, I didn't dare sit on it. Also no hand soap at the tap, which says something about hygiene here🤢. In any case, the place did not look fresh, and otherwise unprofessional. The freezer was full of frozen pasta, quickly heated it up and added sauce, nothing fresh about it. That such a case can exist is a mystery to me, next time I'll go to someone else.

Update 23/8: contacted Sitedish, through whom Rigoletto arranged their website. Received money back through Sitedish. So the pizzeria seems closed. Ordered a pizza yesterday, 8/21 at 5:40 PM, but it was never delivered. Phone numbers are not in use. According to their own website, they are now only open on Mondays between 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. €15.25 in the well. No idea why you can still order there if it's not open. I have eaten very tasty pizzas in the past, but I will never order/come here again.

Ordered food at 5 p.m., received message that it would be delivered as soon as possible. Then at 7 p.m. a message that it would be delivered at 8 p.m. Then at 8:15 PM I got a call that I wouldn't get anything delivered because they were closed. Their website and Google said they were open as usual. Probably don't feel like working anymore and would like to get home early in the evening or something. I won't get my money back either, I was able to get a voucher, but I will never order there again.

Worthless. After 2 hours you still don't have your pizza, the man can't even speak to you properly and just hangs up. Can disappear from home delivery from me. I will never order from here again.

Pizza is ok. I always order pizza from them until today, i would never order from this place anymore. Their service is really bad. I ordered pizza and fries. Only pizza came, not with the fries. So i called them. The guy didn't speak English so i spoke dutch to him but apparently he also didnt speak dutch. And he kept saying "annuleren" but never mentioned how will i get my money back. And then he just hang up on me without any explanation. What attitude.

It's Sunday, we order the pizza at 7 p.m., knowing that it may take a little longer, we understand that. The estimated time was 8 hours. Ordered via Uber eats at 7:20 PM, it is now 10:30 PM and haven't received anything yet, called 10 times, they don't answer. And then they also set the order via Uber Eats to delivered at 10:25 PM. This is a shame

Gisteren om 17:40u pizza besteld, is nooit bezorgd. Telefoonnummers zijn niet ingebruik. Volgens hun eigen website zijn ze nu alleen open op maandag tussen 1600u - 2200u. €15,25 in het putje. Geen idee waarom je er nog kan bestellen als het toch niet open is. In het verleden erg lekkere pizza's gegeten, maar ik bestel/kom hier nooit meer.

Eten wordt altijd veel te laat bezorgd, ook wanneer je een tijd afspreekt. Soms duurt het 2 uren voordat je je eten krijgt. Het eten zelf is lekker alleen hierdoor vaak koud… Voorheen was dit nooit het geval, erg jammer dat dit nu constant gebeurd!!

Eten is goed warm bij levering. 20 minuten eerder dan volgens tracking. Prijzen zijn goed. Wordt niet zuinig gedaan qua beleg.

Het eten is meestal wel goed, alleen ik heb er laatst voor het eerst afgehaald. De hygiëne laat wat te wensen over. Binnen is het gewoon vies. Ze proberen je wel goed te helpen alleen is de comunicatie niet altijd even makkelijk.

Vorige week woensdag, 6 december, heb ik via thuisbezorgd.nl hier een pizza paesana besteld (deze bevat drie soorten vlees). De pizza werd snel bezorgd, maar ik vond het er niet erg smakelijk uitzien. Hier was mijn huisgenootje, die de pizza aannam het met me over eens. Toch heb ik de pizza met smaak opgegeten, aan de smaak heb ik niets op te merken. Echter de dag erna was minder prettig. Ik heb de dag erna alle symptomen van voedselvergiftiging ervaren. Braken, diarree, erge buikkrampen, hoofdpijn, alles. Ik heb na het eten van deze pizza op woensdagavond niets meer gegeten en doordat ik mij donderdag al niet lekker voelde, deze dag ook niet. Een en een is twee, dus het kan niet anders zijn als dat ik deze symptomen door het eten van de pizza heb opgelopen. Wat de voedselvergiftiging precies heeft veroorzaakt weet ik niet. De hygiëne in de keuken, verkeerd vlees, te kort gebakken, het kan allemaal. Maar ik heb deze ervaring met Rigoletto als onprettig ervaren en zal hier dan ook niet weer een pizza bestellen.

snelle service en vriendelijke mensen .

Altijd snelle bezorging, vandaag een kapsalon met lamsvlees besteld. Eigenaar kwam het brengen, bezorgpersoneel kon vandaag niet werken. Toch binnen 20 minuten bezorgd ondanks de drukte, dik in orde!! 5 sterren van Rigoletto. De pizza calzone speciale is ook een echte aanrader!
