I ordered two pizzas at 6:15 PM on Tuesday and didn't receive them until 7:30 PM, so they were late and cold. I asked for a discount, but the delivery driver couldn't offer it. I told them to call the store, and they refused. If it had been just me, I would have told them to take that junk back. I'll never order from here again. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered pizza today at 6:40 pm. (Well before closing time) They said they would deliver it within 20 minutes. It is now 8 pm and no delivery person to be seen. Tried calling the pizzaria, no one was available. When you look at the site it appears that it is already closed. Very bad and frustrating. They asked for my phone number, then at least call that you can no longer deliver for whatever reason. We are now without food and are forced to order somewhere else.

Called at 7:20 PM and nothing had been delivered yet, the answer was Mrs. I don't see your order so they are on their way. (I thought Fine) 7.35 pm still no one seen, called again and was now told the order is in front of me and is now leaving. I immediately look at Google Maps and see that the company has a 4 "fat" minute drive. 7:45 PM nothing delivered yet, called again and they said I don't need any more food. Yes, but ma'am, they could be there at any moment. They arrived around 7:50 PM and we sent them away. Owner brought the food himself, we kindly asked the man to leave including the meal. I had an outstanding order for 75 euros. I will NEVER order from here again. Their excuse was it's so busy we can't get staff. I told them to change your website or not accept orders that you cannot clear. They kept arguing that they didn't think what I was doing was normal. I have kindly asked them to read the reviews they receive. And I disconnected.

The meat comes from the spit and is already cooked. Then all you have to do is cut it a little and heat it up. But why does this shawarma shop choose to fry the meat for far too long and let it rot? How difficult can it be to serve a good and delicious shawarma sandwich? The pita breads are also not tasty and often blackened (again under the grill for too long). And you get the potato slices in a chip bag, but they put them in a plastic bag completely closed and then the potato slices become limp and they are no longer crispy and no longer tasty. A shawarma sandwich should be tasty and something you should enjoy every now and then. But at this shawarma shop and nowhere in Oldenzaal you can get a tasty and good shawarma sandwich.

You order 2 pizzas, one of which has extra bacon, and there is no bacon on it but artichoke! If you call, you can "just" pick up a new pizza, the other pizza will not be remade because it is good. So the other person has to eat alone or eat a cold pizza! Very weird. If the pizza is also tasty, it doesn't matter that much. But after 3 minutes in the car driving home, the pizza is lukewarm instead of warm, the crust is limp and tasteless and the vegetables are still almost raw.
