Good people...a family business, always good and reliable

A very disappointing experience. The food was of mediocre to poor quality: dry lamb chops, dry fries, and a so-called "kogelbiefstuk" (bullet steak) that was absolutely not worthy of the name. It looked more like grayish minced meat that had been in the freezer for quite some time than a decent round steak. Additionally, the soft drink was missing, and there were mushrooms in a dish that had been explicitly ordered without them. The service also left much to be desired. We were spoken to in an arrogant and unfriendly manner by several employees. No responsibility was taken whatsoever, only evasive responses and empty promises. A callback was supposed to happen, but this was never fulfilled. The food ultimately ended up in the trash because it was simply inedible. No suitable solution or compensation, and remarkably little respect for the customer. We will never order here again.

Good pizza; since the venue was renovated, it's a great place to grab a quick bite!

You can always get top-notch pizzas here. The shawarma pizza is always good; the garlic sauce is tasty with the crusts. Otherwise, I often have the salami, you can't go wrong with that. And of course, the mini bread rolls are always just delicious on the side.

I always order pizza from Pronto whenever we have pizza. The owner is a very nice man and he recognizes everyone. It is always very pleasant when I come to pick up the pizza. We always have a little chat, and then I take the pizza with me. The pizza itself is also very good. There is a lot of variety on the menu, and not just pizza. I have never tasted the shawarma myself, except on the pizza, but it wouldn't surprise me if that is tasty too. My go-to pizza spot in Kortenhoef!

The food is great, but the hygiene when you actually go and see it leaves much to be desired. Delivery: 3 out of 3 times, the wait was longer than 2 hours and no change was given even though I said I'd pay €50. Personally, I'm not hungry for waiting 2 hours or longer, even though the food is good for me. Everyone makes their own choices. It's a shame about this reaction; it says more about you than me. I could have posted this review sooner, but I've posted it now because your disrespectful way of dealing with people's opinions and criticism is reflected in everything. We ordered spare ribs here. They were delicious, arrived hot, and had plenty of meat in the portions. We'll definitely be ordering again.

We ordered at 4 p.m., and after 50 minutes I called them, and they spoke to me very rudely. I asked where my order was, and they said, "Your order has been canceled, buddy, you'll get your money back in 3 days." I didn't receive any confirmation of the cancellation. The Thuiszorgd app says it was delivered at 4:20 p.m., but by 5:30 p.m. it still hadn't arrived. Terrible service!

Dear Pronto staff, Your food is usually delicious. Last time we ordered, we had to wait an hour. That's fine, as everything arrived in perfect order. This time, we waited an hour and 50 minutes for one pizza and one shawarma dish. When it arrived, the pizza was half-burned and messy, and no bread was delivered with the shawarma. Sorry, but this is simply unacceptable. We called and were told, "Sir, there's not much we can do for you." I kindly ask you to refund our money.

What a disappointment… waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. Burnt pizza (crust cut off) and no pita with the shawarma platter. Never again!

I ordered here, and after waiting an hour and 10 minutes (even though it said the order was "almost there"), I decided to call to ask where my food was. The person on the phone was completely unfriendly. Instead of showing understanding, he only showed irritation. He literally said, "If you're bothered, I'll cancel it." I told him I'd been waiting so long and was just hungry, and that he could at least call and tell me it would be another two hours so I could order something else in the meantime. Without even listening, he canceled my order anyway and was rude. That's not how you treat customers. I understand it can be busy, but being rude to a simple question is unacceptable. When you run a restaurant, you're supposed to be service-oriented, but this was the complete opposite.

No respect for clients. First they made you wait more than expected, delivered completely wrong pizza once. Second time also waited longer, and then when you call to ask what is wrong they hang up on you and cancel the delivery that you’ve been waiting for a long time. Really bad with handling clients, do not recommend.

It takes 40 minutes online and only arrives after 1.5 hours. When you call to ask where your order is, you are rudely told that it is very busy and they disconnect the line. Scandalous!!!
