Had another delicious meal. And it's healthy.

Once again, we both had a delicious pokebowl. The mix of fish and the rib eye truffle is definitely highly recommended. The portion is just the right amount and very flavorful. It was also delivered neatly within the indicated time.

Just ordered 2 custom-made poke bowls and gyoza. Placed the order around 6 PM, indicating "as soon as possible." The first delivery time was 6:45 PM, so by clicking "as soon as possible," we had expected it earlier than 6:45 PM. Unfortunately, it was delivered after 7 PM, but okay, now we can enjoy our meal. One poke bowl had edamame beans on it instead of the chosen wakame. This was immediately noticeable since the person in question does not like edamame beans. Because this has happened before—that they put the wrong (unchosen) ingredients on the bowls—we called immediately. The reaction was a bit strange; we hoped it would go right next time and that a discount code might be given. This was supposed to be a 10% code; otherwise, it would be a new bowl and we would have to return the wrong one. But before it would actually be delivered, half an hour would have passed, of course, so we just let it go and accepted the discount code (with a bit of reluctance). Next, we went through the receipt again to see what ingredients were supposed to be on it; it turned out the pulled chicken was missing as well, for which we paid extra since it is an “extra” protein. After eating the bowl, it also turned out there was a stray bell pepper in it, which we hadn't ordered. As mentioned, we have experienced this before and we really aren't difficult; when we called sometime last year because something wasn't right, we simply received a new one and were treated politely over the phone. Even then, they said: you can keep the wrong one anyway, because otherwise we will throw it away. It's a shame to handle it this way; I would have preferred to handle it properly over the phone.

Delivery took more than two hours. What was supposed to be cold was warm and what was supposed to be warm was cold. They said on the line "that it was busy," but then please just don't take my order; I would rather have spent the money somewhere else.

Ordered here for the first time, thought I'd give it a try. But it exceeded my expectations.

Normally very satisfied, but today the order arrived an hour early. Very unfortunate. It was already there at 18:10.

It was my first time (the family has ordered many times before) but certainly not the last. In a word, amazing.

Tasty pokebowl, regular size isn't too big, easy to eat on the go, good packaging. Delicious sauce and combination of vegetables and fish or meat. Friendly staff.

I ordered a matcha with mango but received a matcha without mango. The poke bowl was fresh and tasty, but there was no soy sauce with it, which I had expected, and I didn't have any at home. The gyoza was tasty and still warm, so great. Delivery took a long time, but that might also be because it is King's Day.

I am a regular customer at PokePro and order here quite often. The poké bowls are always tasty and fresh, and you get a good portion. It is also great that they have good vegetarian options. Delivery is fast and everything is neatly packaged. Super cute reusable bags too! For a quick and tasty meal, this is the place to be. I will definitely be coming back here often!

I always enjoy a salmon poke bowl at Pokepro! And what fantastic service! I was working (healthcare) and forgot to order dinner. I regularly order my favorite bowl here. I called to say I still had an hour and a half of work to do, but unfortunately, I didn't have any food! Within 15 minutes, the delivery driver was at my reception desk to bring the food. Fantastic! So nice! Definitely worth 5 stars!!

Our favorite poke bowls in the area. Today, because a new delivery driver took a detour, the bowls were cold. The snacks were still just warm. We called, they took care of it right away, and 15 minutes later we had a hot meal. Even the snacks (which we had already finished) were included again, even though I had told them they weren't needed. Great place and excellent service!

After a previous disappointing delivery experience, everything has now been resolved satisfactorily. It's great to see that they take their customers seriously and are working with them to find a good solution; that's certainly worth mentioning! Compliments for the efficient and friendly service.

We came from Tilburg to get Poke Pro's poke bowls! We tried several places, but Poke Pro is the best in the Tilburg area. Why? Great combinations of ingredients in the various poke bowls, fresh, carefully made in a clean environment, and generous portions.

These people know what they're doing, it's super delicious! The staff is friendly and the place is fun. Definitely recommended 😁

The Dongen Poképro is great!! The order always arrives on time. The delivery person is polite and courteous. It's always delicious. Lots of variety available. You can choose from chopsticks and napkins. A small challenge is also to provide recyclable containers that can be returned. Like with the bags.

After the complaint below, it was resolved well! Unfortunately, not what we were used to… the bag full of chili sauce was a sticky starter, and then the poke bowls themselves. They didn't contain what the description said – much less variety – the meat was bone dry, and the flavor was unfortunately lacking. We called and were able to get a replacement (but we were hungry and had already eaten, and you hope it improves down the line). Oh well, you do get a 20% discount, but I don't know if that's enough to warrant another try. It's a shame, we've been customers for years and are satisfied enough to order again and again. Addition 3 days later. Immediately after the review, we received an email with an offer for a completely free order. We received it today, and it was completely different from Thursday. Well-stocked (maybe even a little more than usual?) and well-seasoned. We will definitely be back for this. Well-resolved, but keep the quality in mind!

Delicious food, friendly delivery people.

We found the poké bowls very tasty and well-made. Lots of selection, great delivery, so we're very satisfied! If I had to mention one minor complaint: there's a bit too much dressing on top. That could be a bit less, so you can taste the different ingredients more.

Delivery time of 2.5 hours. In the meantime they were already closed so I couldn't reach them. I assumed that it would not be delivered at all so in the meantime I made something myself. A call that it is busy and it will take longer would be nice.

Ordered food. Waited for 2 hours, called twice. First time fine, second time big mouth. And were hung up on, scandalous.... the food may be tasty but if you order food for 52 euros you should also be a little polite! Bahbah. Shame on you!

Belabberd slechte service. Bestelling van 17.46. 19.30 gebeld. Is onderweg. 20.30 nog niks ontvangen. Kan niet meer informeren want na 20 uur is de zaak gesloten. Krijg je voicemail. Zo ga je niet met klanten om. Nu nog maar m'n geld zien terug te krijgen. Dus als je besteld zorg dan dat je geen honger hebt 🙈

Very bad service! Ordered food then waited 1.5 hours for it. After ringing the bell to find out where it would be, I had to wait another fifteen minutes. In the end we didn't get any food. Scandalous!

Poke bowl with very little content. Little rice and the rice is very sticky and wet, mainly filled with iceberg lettuce and pepper. In short, very little volume, for people who take more than 3000 steps a day, half a meal

Received half a bowl of pokebowl if you did not select all the toppings (perhaps provide more clarity about this on your website????) After telephone contact, help was provided, but no suitable solution was offered. They could have offered a new half poke bowl, but did not feel responsible because according to them I had not selected all the toppings. In my opinion, one could also give a little more rice or a little more of another ingredient so that you get a nice full bowl. Then €18 for half a pokebowl is way too much money. Next time just go to Hawaiian pokebowl where the pokebowls are well filled, you have more variety in ingredients and it is cheaper. In addition, the food was also delivered too late. The taste was good, hence the second star, otherwise it would have stayed at 1.

We ordered here. But it was disappointingly little. I ordered 4 small pieces of ribeye and extra fried chicken, of which there were only 4 pieces.. small containers and there was little of everything in it. Just stick it in your hollow molar. And then also ask for the grand prize. Sorry, I will NEVER order here again! Next time I'll just eat at Hawaiian Poke Bowl again. Here you get a really large container, which is well filled with lots of everything on it and enough meat. And even the price is better.

Everything tasted good and of good quality. It's just a shame that the poke pro sauce was mainly just mayonnaise that was covered in far too many blobs over the poke bowl, which wasn't really a tasty combo with the rest of the food. Better directions are also nice! Staff was sweet!

Ook de sushi burrito Zalm en Tonijn Roll is samen met Bao Bun Peking Eend mijn favorieten van de overige gerechten. En af en toe trakteren wij onszelf op een heerlijk huisgemaakt dessert. Gisteren kregen wij IAM super Juice aanbevolen en dit was een geweldig verfrissende drink verassing! Verkrijgbaar in diverse smaken met weinig suiker en volop smaak!
