Very disappointed. The interior is beautiful and highlander-style, but... the food is very poor, even at Caritas they serve larger portions, and I've never seen such prices anywhere else. The wait for the meal makes you want to leave. Moreover, everything is brought to the table at once. You can drink tea with wine, and wine with soup. We definitely won't be going back there.

Gem of a place if you are looking for a genuine Polish cuisine. The classics include the Pork Knuckle, Potato Pancakes with Gulash and of course Pierogi. Delicious food and cozy mountain style ambience takes you to the heart of Poland.

I ordered a great pork knuckle, the cabbage was sour as it should be, the horseradish was spicy as fuck 😃👌

The food was delicious, but the portions were a bit small, but I weigh 135 kg, so each portion was small. The staff was incredibly nice, cheerful, and helpful.

I just visited the inn. I'm incredibly happy, the food is simply amazing, and the atmosphere is so wonderful that you DON'T need to go to Poland! If there were 7 stars in the ratings, I'd give it an 8. I RECOMMEND IT!!!

Unfortunately, it was an unpleasant surprise. I'll start with the positives: good goulash with potato pancakes, and... that's it. Now for the negatives: the żurek (sour rye soup) was too salty, the tripe was bought from the supermarket, you could both see and smell it, and too much marjoram in both soups, making them very bitter. The pierogi were almost completely unfilled, the dough thick and soggy at the joints. Even the starter of bread, lard, and pickles was a disaster. The bread was rubbery, bought from somewhere I don't know where, the pickles were pickled, not pickled, and the lard was more or less okay. The service, hmm... well: they don't listen to what you say. I asked to wait 10 minutes before serving the soups because I had to leave urgently, so the soup got cold for me, but luckily it was reheated. The main course, served at the same time as the soup, was unacceptable. And finally, the constant disco polo music – torture for the ears.

From the outside, this inn looks like a dive. No signs, no markings. I didn't even know it was an inn. Two of us ate there and were completely disappointed. Their appetizers were stale bread, disgusting pickles, and lard! Disgusting! 1. Dish: 6 pierogi and a cola. 2. Dish consisted of six small dumplings, probably from a packet, a small chicken roulade (micro) with a bit of white sauce from a packet, a small mixed salad consisting of three spoons. Inedible red cabbage, some white cabbage, and some lettuce with sour cream, and a lemon radler. When you're hungry, you'll eat anything. My daughter had a stomach ache afterward, and when I paid for the 50 euro menu, it was simply a steal. Forget about these fake reviews, because you'll have to have a terrible experience yourself. The pub is quite centrally located in a trashy neighborhood. You'd be better off shopping at a Polish store; you will get more benefits from it. PS: wie kann man Essen auf einem holzbrett Servieren im Restaurant??? Ich frage mich wo bleibt das Gesundheitsamt?! Es ist einfach nur unpraktisch und hygienisch!

Are you going to give more for free or what? Nobody said that you serve it on a plate, generally a small portion for two people and 80€ to pay. In EVERY OTHER POLISH RESTAURANT you pay about 40€ for two people and what we got here was some kind of misunderstanding, the taste was good, it was really edible, but mega little and expensive, we felt mega cheated, I don't know how on earth you got some kind of award for the best restaurant... the appearance is very nice like any Zakopane inn, but what you are doing did not encourage at all.. I recommend other Polish restaurants, we have not been disappointed in any of them as we were in this one.

🍽️🇵🇱 Polish cuisine abroad? I found paradise! If you are in the Netherlands and dream of a decent dinner, I recommend Karczma Polski Stół. Everything is fresh, fragrant and made with love. Large portions, authentic flavors, and the atmosphere? Like at home!

Restaurant decorated in Zakopane style, very good Polish food. We booked the rooms for our daughter's communion, everyone liked it very much (we also had one Dutch person and one vegetarian). Very nice service. I recommend. Parking at the platyna restaurant from 6:00 p.m.

A poor place like no other. The decor is not related to anything, a mishmash and trash that is supposed to give the impression of a piece of Podhale, but has nothing to do with it. Tasteless. The smell inside... let's say questionable... not to mention that it stinks of sewage. The food is like at the Otwock train station. Invite Gesslerowa, maybe she will teach you how to cook and promote real Polish cuisine. I do not recommend it.

Total failure! No, no, no and once again NO! We went out of curiosity because "the best Polish restaurant in the Netherlands" This place is complete crap. The prices are the same as in the best places, I can understand that, but the quality is not the same! 12eur for TWO grilled oscypek cheese?! For which you paid 2.5... And it's burnt. 26.5eur for 15 dumplings? OK, but what we got on the plate was worse shit than if I had to buy frozen dumplings in any Polish store, fried onion? Hard, raw and swimming in oil. The very fact of a mistake in the order (I wanted a mix and got all Russian ones) only confirms your approach to the customer. What's more, I was shocked when the gentleman from the next table asked about a set for many people for EUR 26. Imagine that you pay for a set per person and it is always the same. 3 dumplings for two people? The lady said, you can eat one in half. Okay, what if we order for 3 people? Should we divide it by three? The decor is completely unPolish, brass instruments?! What does this have to do with our homeland? The service was terrible, my companion barely finished eating and the plate was taken from under her nose, she almost couldn't finish eating it. Payment? Welcome to the Bar. At least for yourselves you would give them the opportunity to give you tips. I warn everyone against this place, and the owner should be ashamed of himself for trying to represent our country with such a thing. If you want to try Polish cuisine, it's better to go to any Milk Bar in the Netherlands. This is not Polish Cuisine here! Only fraud and fraud. Ps. I heard that you bought this prize, now I'm 100% sure about it. No Dutchman would be happy with this kind of crap at this price. I say hello and wish you to come to your senses.

Great restaurant – atmospheric place with delicious food and friendly service. What is special: this restaurant was declared the best restaurant in the Netherlands in 2024 and the best in The Hague in 2023. Definitely recommended!

As Polish as it can be. Delicious food, wide choice of menu, super friendly. Many Polish guests, but also hospitable to others. One small point perhaps and that is the price. The restaurant must be careful with this.

Today I had dinner with my wife and children and I will describe my impressions, including what was nice and what was not nice. Very nice atmosphere! Unfortunately, the service was poor, the ladies with the tray didn't know how to handle themselves, I took the drinks from the tray myself when I saw how the lady couldn't cope. An order for two adults and two children was €160. I should add that the children ate McDonald's. I ordered French fries with tenderloin for my children, oscypek cheese, tripe cheese for myself, and żurek for my wife, asking that it not be served in bread. In addition, my wife ordered tenderloin, mushroom sauce, dumplings and a set of salads. I took one for myself, a free-range pig, and I might add that I ate it all myself :-) MY OPINION. The soups came with oscypek cheese and oscypek cheese is an appetizer but I ate the oscypek cheese and ate the tripe, it was very good after my wife and I finished the rye soup which I asked not to include in the bread! He was very good! Main courses. For children there were fries and only one tenderloin, but the menu included tenderloins, which is rather plural and should have been two of them. My wife had the tenderloin as I wrote above and honestly it was a disaster!!! Noodles, overcooked meat, let's just say the sauce is OK... I've never even had mushroom sauce in a pot in my life!!! The salads looked old and were not tasty! Now loose pig, i.e. pork chop cake in sauce, pork knuckle, potatoes, horseradish and mustard. The pork shank was very good, although very small, the pork chop was not seasoned at all, but the thickness and crispiness were good. Fried cabbage is brilliant!!! Pancake in sauce... one of the best pancakes I've ever eaten, but without sauce it's a disaster. And roasted potatoes... a lot of them and I only ate two because they were ready-made in my opinion. I left the waiting bowl for the end... because I'm still sick of the lard, which was not good and you can see that it is only refilled and the salad bowls are not washed because it was very dirty, so it goes from guest to guest to fill in the gaps. To sum up... first of all, I paid for this loose pig for two people because my wife had the tenderloin and I ate it all myself, so... I miss more appetizers: beef tartare and shrimps, because there are only oscypek cheese! The service needs to be worked on because what I described is reprehensible and when you see a waitress serving drinks at another table, she puts the tray on the other table and serves the drinks in this way, it is unacceptable!!! The owner is very nice, I think it was the lady who took the order. I described everything that came to my mind! In Poland I was both a waiter and then a manager for 15 years, but in many larger restaurants, so it's a professional deviation :-) I wish you good luck in your further business. It's not hate, but I swear it's an honest and very subjective opinion!!! I honestly described everything as it was, but we will never come there again. Klaine Zakopane, unfortunately, should win this title of the best restaurant because it is much tastier there, the food is very well seasoned and I recommend the burger there, anyone who has eaten there knows what I'm talking about, and the Tartare!!! Madness

Very nice service, delicious food, large portions, I had to ask for the rest to go because I couldn't eat the whole thing. The atmospheric decor takes us to the mountains, and the fireplace creates an additional warm and pleasant aura.

The ice cream used to be much better, the bread was fresh and delicious, the lard, so now the bread is not fresh, and the lard comes from a box from the store, not like it used to be home-made tripe, it's disgusting, it stinks, the hard pork loin used to be better, the food clearly shows that the cooks have changed.

We ordered a 2 millimeter cutlet, I don't know how it was possible to make it so thin, more breading than meat, dumplings, 3 tiny, not complicated stuffing for two people, so one and a half each 🫣 but they weren't bad, bland broth, sour rye soup, it's not crazy, I make a better one at home 🫣 they paid a lot of contributions because it's an addition 🫣 but there was no taste of spices or olive oil, just vegetables, oh and for the entrance there was ground lard with Jumbo bread😂 it tasted so good, I suggest five, it will be tastier, the service and the atmosphere are very nice

It's definitely worth stopping by. The menu is full of Polish dishes, there is plenty to choose from. The atmosphere and atmosphere created by the staff is outstanding and can be an example for many others! Despite a minor mistake in the kitchen in one of the dishes we ordered, it was nicely compensated :)

After reading many positive opinions, my friends and I decided to come for dinner and what did it turn out to be? The food is average at best, although this is the strongest point of this place, the staff behaves as if they were on their first day at work, wrong orders and not to mention waiting for dishes, everyone ate their food at a different time :-) after less than 2 hours, everyone ate their meal and we could leave the place a bit embarrassed and disgusted.

After my unfavorable opinion on Facebook, where under your comment about ridiculing the competition, I wrote that your food is really, really WEAK, WRONG and overpriced, and you can learn from the competition, I was immediately blocked by you and my comment was deleted... It's great when you create the appearance of such a nice restaurant, but in reality it's just crap, seaweed and rudeness on top of that. No greetings!! I warn future customers against visiting this place - IT'S NOT WORTH IT! my dish tasted like it had been reheated from the previous day and was not tasty at all... AND AS I MENTIONED BEFORE, I AM NOT COMPETITIVE!! I had dinner with you last weekend.

The restaurant is cozy, very clean, and the waiting time to place an order is quite long. Food - set for 2 people "In love with carbs" only the salads were tasty, the pork neck was paper thin and tough, but the chicken fillet was unfortunately very poor!!! I won't go back there again, and you can do what you want. I don't recommend it.

Very nice atmosphere. Nice and polite staff. The food was tasty, very nicely presented. Valentine's Day decor is very atmospheric. Certainly a restaurant worth recommending. The only drawback is the location, on a crowded street, hence parking problems. The best way to get there is by public transport, by bike or taxi.

There were five of us who visited the place, we ordered 7 dishes, including two soups and 5 main courses, plus beer for three people, after 20 minutes we received a box of lard, cucumbers and bread, which was ok, then we received the soups, that is, about 30 minutes after ordering, after eating the soups, about 10 minutes later, the first of the five main courses arrived, after eating this dish, the second one arrived, and after eating the second one, after about 15 minutes, dishes no. 3 arrived and 4, dish number 5 arrived about 1.5 hours after ordering, each of us ate separately and I guess we didn't go together for that. I have visited many such Polish pubs in many countries in my life and this one really is the worst of all, not only because of the waiting and unprofessional service, but also the food was nothing special.

I was there once and we tried a lot of dishes. Greasy, tasteless. Some things felt like they were frozen. Those who praise the food so much probably have nothing to do with good cuisine.

A nicely prepared schabowy. The meat was tender and perfectly breaded. Too bad it was served with fries instead of boiled potatoes, that would have made it even more traditional. The mushroom sauce had a surprising kick and really gave the dish an extra dimension. Tasty and good food.

Hello. I was invited to an organized event. The sour rye soup was OK, but not seasoned enough for me (but that's my opinion because I like more seasoned dishes). Tasty lard. You can come and see for yourself :)

We were there for the first time yesterday and we wholeheartedly recommend it! Each dish delighted us in every respect! The portion, the taste, the additions - there are no words for delight. I will also add that the decor created such an atmosphere that you didn't want to leave. We already know that this will be a place we will come back to!

Terribly poor... They don't even have half of the dishes that can be found on the menu on the inn's website. After arriving, we learned that the menu was not updated 🤦‍♀️ And the smell in the inn is, to put it mildly, disgusting. I don't know how you can eat in such a stench. Edit: I have to answer this way because the "restaurant" lady blocked me from answering 😉 But dear lady, the stench greeted us at the door. It stank of old age, oil and God knows what else. It was impossible to sit there! The children held their noses and we adults couldn't stop talking about the stench! As for the menu, there were several dishes we asked about and the pierogi were frozen, so please don't lie. This entity has nothing to do with the restaurant and the owner can't accept criticism.

Professional service, high personal culture of the waitresses, large portions of the dish, a real fireplace in the place that gives a unique atmosphere, PLN 22 for such a dinner is really not much, it is worth going in and eating very tasty food. I recommend it, the place ensures the satisfaction of even the youngest consumers. An ideal place for families and couples to spend a nice time and have beautiful, unforgettable memories from a unique, real Polish inn. It is worth adding that while waiting for the main course, a snack in the form of Polish lard is served. Worth a visit.

At the end of October, I organized a birthday party for my partner... of course, from the very beginning to the very end there was full professionalism in organizational matters. It is run by Polish so should be close to the real deal. It was tricky to communicate since they only speak Polish n Dutch. But I knew I wanted to try the dumplings. PIEROGI: Polish dumplings. Went for a meat option n it was quite different from usual dumplings I had. Then blindly went for a dish called SCHAB PANIEROWANY. It’s basically a fried meat served with a creamy mushroom, fries and salad. It’s tasty but nothing new. Quite filling though. Also had a drink called COMPOTE. Think it’s some sort of a berry juice. Service is quite nice and will help you anyway they can even you don’t speak the same language.
