DINNER for 4 people. We managed to get a table without a reservation, although the lady said we were lucky. We started with an appetizer of lard, bread, and pickled cucumber. It was good. 😋 We then ordered a breast cutlet and a pig's plate. Starting with the large cutlet, the meat had a good consistency, the breading was also good, but unfortunately underseasoned, and the plate was almost tasteless. We also had fries and a salad (tasty). The potato pancakes were the weakest of the entire plate. There was too much flour, practically all flour, so I would have given it a 2/5. The pork knuckle was well-roasted, the meat fell off the bone, so I would have given it a 4/5. It could have been seasoned better. The pork chop was tasty and well-made, so I give it a 4/5. The baked potatoes were delicious, a 5. The place was clean, the service was friendly, and the prices were moderate.

Went to eat here with my Polish girlfriend. The portions were a tad big, but I think Polish people are just slightly bigger eaters. Really delicious! Highly recommended.

This was by far the worst Polish restaurant I've ever been to. I started with a Coke Zero. It was completely still, as if it hadn't been open for ages. It was undrinkable. Then I got my food. The oscypek cheese was completely burnt on the bottom, practically black. The fries were soft, not crispy at all. I didn't want to throw them away, so I asked for mayonnaise. Unfortunately, it tasted almost entirely of vinegar. It was simply disgusting. Then I ordered a Red Bull. I'd already asked if I could have it in a can to go, but I was told no. Instead, they brought me a drink in a glass. It definitely wasn't Red Bull. It tasted like a cheap energy drink mixed with apple juice. They don't let customers stand at the bar while they pour their drinks. However, when you can see what they're pouring, you can immediately see what's actually going into the glass. It's a shame, because I'd heard a lot of good things about this place. Just a year ago, many people said the food here was truly excellent. Perhaps the owner or chef has changed, but now the quality of the food and drink is simply abysmal.

Yesterday I celebrated a birthday at this restaurant and I'm so happy. The guests were happy too; the food was delicious, the alcohol was cold, and the service was excellent! We'll definitely see you again!! We highly recommend it!

We visited this restaurant out of curiosity, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was outstanding. The pork knuckle was absolutely delicious, and the chicken schnitzel was huge, incredibly juicy, and full of flavor. The portions were generous and excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious pierogi's they made ! The place looked like a traditional polish bar from the inside, kind of hard to spot the restaurant from the outside tho. They had a big menu and lots of drinks including alcoholic beverages ! The only reason why I docked off a point was the vibe, it felt like a dark bar haha.

The restaurant isn't worth the price. The wait time, even though there were two of us, was inappropriate. For nine pierogi, it cost 19.50 euros. My order was initially mixed up, and I received pierogi with meat. Later, I received my order, but the pierogi were terrible. The dough was thick, the filling was sparse, and I ordered the cabbage and mushroom version, and all I could taste was the sauerkraut. There are many better restaurants, certainly cheaper and tastier.

Very delicious food! This was my second time there with my wife, and I ordered the same thing again: "Pork Knuckle." It was definitely the best pork knuckle I've eaten in the Netherlands 😋 I also got delicious cabbage, mustard, horseradish, and, unfortunately, some potatoes that were a bit too greasy. My wife ordered potato pancakes with pork goulash, and it was also incredibly tasty. We also drank a delicious compote and had a delicious dessert: warm apple pie served with a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream. 😃 I definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The restaurant is recommended as one of the best Polish restaurants in the Netherlands, so expectations were high. The atmosphere and ambiance are fine, but the food is unfortunately very poor. The Devolay had very little cheese and was also full of veins. The pork neck, the daily special, was rubbery and difficult to even cut. The salads were practically tasteless and looked as if they had been left uncovered for a long time; they were dry and not fresh enough. It's a shame, because the place has a nice atmosphere, but the food definitely doesn't live up to its good reviews.

Seven of us visited the Polski Stół restaurant in The Hague and we all left delighted. From the moment we entered, you could feel the familiar, warm atmosphere; the interior is cozy, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The food was simply excellent, the portions generous, beautifully presented, and above all, very tasty. We especially recommend: The pork knuckle was perfectly tender, juicy, with a crispy crust. The meat fell off the bone and was perfectly seasoned. The potato pancakes with meat sauce were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It's clear that the kitchen focuses on traditional Polish flavors and high-quality ingredients. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who misses Polish cuisine in the Netherlands or wants to try authentic, home-cooked flavors. We will definitely be back!

Food: Portions too small for the price. Meals for two people were overpriced, with portions that couldn't be shared. Drinks were overpriced. Soups were very tasty. The staff tried their best, but empty plates weren't cleared away in a timely manner. One last thing: When we come to a restaurant for dinner, we expect to enjoy a meal in a normal, quiet atmosphere. The people next to us were loud, shouting, and drunk. The staff didn't react at all to their shouting and sarcastic remarks. I don't plan on visiting again.

Generally, it's about prices and misleading the customer. You see a 27 euro set for two and it turns out you end up paying 55, which is completely out of keeping with the truth on the menu. I'm asking what kind of scam is this... If you're cheating, 26 times two is more... why charge 55 for two times something like that? We'll come back again with the appropriate authorities...

Very disappointed. The interior is beautiful and highlander-style, but... the food is very poor, even at Caritas they serve larger portions, and I've never seen such prices anywhere else. The wait for the meal makes you want to leave. Moreover, everything is brought to the table at once. You can drink tea with wine, and wine with soup. We definitely won't be going back there.

I just visited the inn. I'm incredibly happy, the food is simply amazing, and the atmosphere is so wonderful that you DON'T need to go to Poland! If there were 7 stars in the ratings, I'd give it an 8. I RECOMMEND IT!!!

Unfortunately, it was an unpleasant surprise. I'll start with the positives: good goulash with potato pancakes, and... that's it. Now for the negatives: the żurek (sour rye soup) was too salty, the tripe was bought from the supermarket, you could both see and smell it, and too much marjoram in both soups, making them very bitter. The pierogi were almost completely unfilled, the dough thick and soggy at the joints. Even the starter of bread, lard, and pickles was a disaster. The bread was rubbery, bought from somewhere I don't know where, the pickles were pickled, not pickled, and the lard was more or less okay. The service, hmm... well: they don't listen to what you say. I asked to wait 10 minutes before serving the soups because I had to leave urgently, so the soup got cold for me, but luckily it was reheated. The main course, served at the same time as the soup, was unacceptable. And finally, the constant disco polo music – torture for the ears.

From the outside, this inn looks like a dive. No signs, no markings. I didn't even know it was an inn. Two of us ate there and were completely disappointed. Their appetizers were stale bread, disgusting pickles, and lard! Disgusting! 1. Dish: 6 pierogi and a cola. 2. Dish consisted of six small dumplings, probably from a packet, a small chicken roulade (micro) with a bit of white sauce from a packet, a small mixed salad consisting of three spoons. Inedible red cabbage, some white cabbage, and some lettuce with sour cream, and a lemon radler. When you're hungry, you'll eat anything. My daughter had a stomach ache afterward, and when I paid for the 50 euro menu, it was simply a steal. Forget about these fake reviews, because you'll have to have a terrible experience yourself. The pub is quite centrally located in a trashy neighborhood. You'd be better off shopping at a Polish store; you will get more benefits from it. PS: wie kann man Essen auf einem holzbrett Servieren im Restaurant??? Ich frage mich wo bleibt das Gesundheitsamt?! Es ist einfach nur unpraktisch und hygienisch!

Are you going to give more for free or what? Nobody said that you serve it on a plate, generally a small portion for two people and 80€ to pay. In EVERY OTHER POLISH RESTAURANT you pay about 40€ for two people and what we got here was some kind of misunderstanding, the taste was good, it was really edible, but mega little and expensive, we felt mega cheated, I don't know how on earth you got some kind of award for the best restaurant... the appearance is very nice like any Zakopane inn, but what you are doing did not encourage at all.. I recommend other Polish restaurants, we have not been disappointed in any of them as we were in this one.

A poor place like no other. The decor is not related to anything, a mishmash and trash that is supposed to give the impression of a piece of Podhale, but has nothing to do with it. Tasteless. The smell inside... let's say questionable... not to mention that it stinks of sewage. The food is like at the Otwock train station. Invite Gesslerowa, maybe she will teach you how to cook and promote real Polish cuisine. I do not recommend it.
