What I ordered did not show up 😡 I called 10 times and they don't answer anymore

What terrible service! After an hour, I called to ask where my food was, and they simply called me a liar. I'd ordered through their website, and they told me, "That's not possible, you can't order through the website," even though I'd already received my receipt by email. Then they said I hadn't paid, but the money had already been debited. Then they said, "We received your address, but not your order." What's the point! Finally, they came to the door with some kind of apology (read: a free can of cola), and the man insisted I hadn't paid. I found it incredibly rude and felt insulted. Even one star is too much.

Delicious pizzas. The only downside was the late service and the very long wait for the food. I had to serve myself drinks and indicate at the counter what I wanted to drink and eat. Friendly staff. I received two cans of cola as compensation.

The food is amazing! The pizza was super large and very tasty. The ambiance could be improved, but the service was nice.

Called 6 times for food on Friday 8-8. No one answers the phone...

Ordered at 10:30 PM, and by 11:55 PM, still nothing. You'd think someone would still be there if you ordered a pizza. Unfortunately, there was no answer on the phone. Last week, we also waited an hour and a half and called to ask where everything was. (The excuse was that the delivery driver hadn't shown up.) A bottle of cola as compensation was very kind, but still a bit of a rip-off. But no more postage for us. We'll stop by tomorrow to ask what's going on. This is pointless. All in all, we paid but received nothing.

They forgot the garlic sauce and had cold pizza

Ordered a pizza yesterday that would be delivered around 7:50 PM with fries. 8:35 PM but once you called where it was, you were told that they had one delivery person who delivered everything in one go, so he was on his way with everything. The strange, but positive point, was that the pizza was piping hot when it arrived 10 minutes later. In other words, directly from Porto to us, I assume. Ordered 2 pizzas and a hair salon the week before, I was called 20 minutes after the agreed time when I came to pick them up. So my address etc was noted down for collection🤣 I order regularly, always delivered. Then I said that I wanted it hot, yes they would be 'warmed up', was said on the phone. We didn't notice that, limp lukewarm fries and 2 almost cold pizzas when they showed up at the door half an hour later. Received 2 cokes for the discomfort, far too little for that cold mess. Drama, we are going to think carefully about whether we continue to do this.

I order here whenever I'm back in my hometown and I honestly think their pizza's are delicious, very fairly priced, you always get good service and very friendly staff, would recommend!

Pizza was fine but the hair salon was too sad. Fries were so few and pale and not even cooked through. Smallest hair salon ever visited and that for €8. That whole box was smaller than my hand. No vegetables. No sambal. Ordering here for the first and last time. So the other reviews are all correct.

Ordered food from people in the store, pizza three times, pasta once, catastrophe. Food came after 45 minutes. The place was empty. Spices were also missing from pizza. Noodles were driving wrong. Not recommendable.

Altijd de lekkerste pizza's en de spare ribs zijn zalig.. En als je het zelf ophaalt is het altijd op tijd

I went to Porto d'oro and honestly I felt at home or even better I was treated like a king. The staff were extremely polite and helpful especially since my Dutch is awful and non existent. The food was truly delicious and amazing especially the yummy spareribs (my mouth is drooling just thinking about it). Fantastic pizzas and another great feature is that they provide all types of drinks for the alcohol lovers and the non alcoholic lovers. The atmosphere is enchanting and cozy. I recommend this place to the extreme and if I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would have. I'm for sure gonna dine there again and again and again every time I visit Spakenburg!!

Lekker pizza, en vriendelijke eigenaar

Verbeterd sinds er concurrentie is, ze moeten wel natuurlijk. Maar kan altijd beter natuurlijk. Gewoon lekker na een avond schaamteloos zuipen 👍

Kom hier al vanaf moment dat restaurant is opgericht. Lekkere pizza's en goede shoarma schotel. Prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Prima drinken op het terras en prima binnen gegeten maar wat duurt het allemaal lang voordat je iets te eten of te drinken hebt

Heel standaard. Late bezorging. Pizza smaak is ook niet al te best.
