First time nice potato from the owner, nice welcome, got best service, it was nice to eat there, next time there are some inexperienced grumpy girls there who can't do anything at all and then I say there she is again pfffff

I don't recommend ordering from the Togo app because something that costs 15 euros and you can pick it up for 5 euros is 3 warm potatoes and nothing more, it's a scam. If I wanted a warm potato, I would buy it and cook it myself and it would be cheaper. I don't recommend it for the first and last time.

This afternoon we went shopping at Zuidplein Rotterdam and went to Potae for the first time. They explained everything clearly, and we had some food restrictions, but you could customize your own meal. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. It's a nice and tasty place; it's a change from the usual fast food places. It's a shame you can't find this near Roermond. (Perhaps they should open a branch there 😊😁)

Unfortunately, I received the wrong bag of food for pickup. When I realized this at home, I called back immediately. A staff member said they would deliver the correct order right away. Service 10/10, food 10/10!

It used to be my favourite restaurant at Zuidplein. Till the moment they refused to handover the meal purchased via Too Good To Go and young member of staff threatened me. Great food but this incident really made me change my opinion over this place.

During my visit to your establishment I enjoyed the taste of the kumpir – it was definitely worth eating. However, it did not go entirely as expected. One of the olives that were processed in the kumpir still had a pit. This damaged my tooth. Fortunately, my tooth is strong and did not break, but this could have ended differently. For someone else with more vulnerable teeth, this could have had serious consequences. I hope that extra attention will be paid to this in the preparation of dishes in the future. In addition, we had ordered a kumpir with sweet potato, but this was not available. A friendly employee came to our table and asked if we would agree to a regular potato kumpir instead. We agreed. Five minutes after the regular kumpirs were served, to our surprise we did receive a portion of sweet potato fries at the table (that was also one of our orders). This caused confusion: how could the sweet potato be there for the fries, but not for the kumpir? Since the sweet potato kumpir is more expensive than the regular version, we expected a compensation. However, that turned out to be difficult to discuss. In the end, we asked for some extra pickles as a small compensation. Although the service was friendly, I would like to emphasize that it is important to be more careful with ingredients and communication. Not only for customer satisfaction, but also for safety reasons. I hope that my experience helps to pay attention to these details, so that future guests can fully enjoy – without worries.

Top service and delicious food! What a great service from Ibrahim from Kumpir! I had placed an order on Pentecost via the Kumpir Potae site, but unfortunately the shop turned out to be closed that day. Still, the order had come through. Fortunately, Ibrahim himself called me quickly and in a friendly manner. He thought along with me and immediately came up with a good solution, handled very neatly and professionally. The order was eventually delivered quickly and the food was, as always, top quality. Fresh, tasty and more than enough. You don't find such service and delicious food everywhere. I recommend Kumpir to everyone. Thank you Ibrahim and team!

The staff is friendly, caring and good. The Syrian men are great, and the Turkish men are great, and the women are great.

The food itself was okay, but the service was a bit chaotic and the atmosphere among the staff was not very cordial. There was little overview when taking orders and the room could have been a bit tidier. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

I ordered a HEALTHY pita with garlic sauce. Then my order arrived and I received a pita with only garlic sauce. I called you and was told it was my own fault because there was a menu to choose from. Usually, that menu is there to add extra dishes (there's no cheese on the menu, which should be included). I then asked if I could get a new one because this wasn't what I ordered, and was told I could order again myself through home delivery. It's just not right. I won't be ordering from here again.

Kumpir was completely hard at the bottom, barely puréed at all. And I paid €11.95 for this VEGA kumpir. BAD!!!

Bad staff, you stand in line, other people come and are helped immediately and they are not customer friendly at all, too bad, I like to eat this, but because of their staff and price, I skip it. Ordered here, had to wait more than an hour for the food before it was even prepared. Then it was canceled after another hour. If they had canceled it right away it wouldn't have been a problem, but 2 hours is very annoying, especially if you are hungry

Handy man with an ordering machine. Other customers who did not order via the machine all went first. I waited almost half an hour. Parking costs have become more expensive than a kumpir....

If you like this, it's doable, but I don't like it anymore as it used to be, chicken tastes less good, tuna is the same, but again it's just simple, boring, no TV or anything, music that's on is okay. The overall picture is okay, but the price has also gone up, which is a pity. Furthermore, the ladies are super sweet and nice.

Food was good but too expensive for a kumpir I paid 10.25 euros and without it it was 7.50 euros with chicken 10.25 and unfortunately I had to pay 2.75 euros for 10 small pieces of chicken, I hope the owner lowers his prices, it is too expensive. Heel goed eten! Een zeer grote selectie ingrediënten voor aardappelen, sauzen. Ze hebben ook een selectie zelfgemaakte chips en alcohol. Het personeel is altijd aardig:) of misschien omdat ik daar vaak kom XD

Heerlijke cumir gegeten een joekel van een aardappel met hete kip. Goed bereid en smeuïg warm. Nette toko met voldoende zitplaatsen in een hoek van Zuidplein met een overzicht op de binnenstraat en andere winkels.
