Ordered 2 pizzas via Thuisbezorgd and had to wait 2.5 hours…

Twice it has already arrived two hours late and I am completely fed up with it.

The lasagna already smelled burnt in the box. I have never received black lasagna before, but this one was truly burnt. According to the owner, this was normal. The ingredients on the website are also incorrect, so I didn't receive what I thought I was ordering. I have never made or ordered lasagna with large pieces of mushroom in it. They don't really have customer service either and are very dismissive on the phone.

Prima 2 Pizzeria in Naaldwijk makes delicious pizzas with fresh ingredients and a good, crispy crust. The flavors are well-balanced, and the quality is consistent. Great service and fast preparation.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd, and after half an hour, I received a message from Thuisbezorgd that the order had been canceled. This is so unprofessional. And this despite having confirmed it first. What a disgrace.

Two kapsalons and a Turkish pizza with shawarma were ordered. The lettuce was old, there were no other vegetables, and the shawarma was not tasty and had lots of hard bits. Only the fries were okay. Never again for us.

We live in De Lier. Unfortunately, we no longer like the restaurants that make pizza and kapsalons here. When we order, we order here! Delicious pizzas and tasty kapsalons. Delivered fairly quickly!

Are you going to pick up, the order is still not correct. Ordered two Turkish pizzas last weekend. When ordering, I specifically said no sambal. And what is full throttle on it...? Sambal... So that was the last time for me there.

I often order pizza here and this time I ordered kebab with a large kapsalon for €22.30 and I only got fries and the kebab was very small, only fries, fries and fries, never order again, really a waste of my money and my children did not eat enough and I had to cook for my children, really bad.

The order was delivered on time but was incomplete. The pita breads were not included. When I called, it was offered that pita would still be delivered. They thought it was strange that I also wanted new shawarma. I refuse to eat cold shawarma, so I stuck to my guns. So new shawarma + pita would be delivered as soon as possible. After half an hour I started calling. On its way ma'am. Called again 20 minutes later. Yes, ma'am, it's busy, a madhouse. So in other words. 20 minutes ago it was said that it was on its way, so it was a lie. Finally, an hour after I called to say my order was incorrect, new food was delivered. There were pieces of shawarma that were burnt. We will NEVER order from here again!

I think it's the best pizza in the area, really. pizza dough is always perfect!! this is not my first order. I think if you know the taste of pizza you will like it.

Definitely don't order here during an Oranje match! The delivery took so long that a match including extra time and penalties could have been played. Upon arrival, the delivery man is a bit jolly about the outcome of the match, but he would have been wiser to simply offer decent compensation for the delay. If you are so busy, it would be business sense to offer, for example, a voucher for a discount on a next order. Prima 2 doesn't have to visit me anymore for a while.

Delicious shawarma sandwich around 8:30 PM

A pizza is delivered that I had not ordered, I call no delivery person and ask if I can perhaps eat the pizza that I had not ordered. Well no, an hour later they come with the right pizza and if I want to give them the wrong pizza, which I had already cleaned up. My entire planning was no longer correct, I couldn't eat with my family. Everyone makes mistakes and that's fine, but then I also demand the wrong pizza and otherwise I'll have to pay for it, so screw it, I'll NEVER order anything again!!!!

Why do your staff shout at people? One time I ordered with pick-up. I didn't know that +(code) numbers don't work. I made no problem that the food was cold, becaude it was my fault. I didn't put a bad review, eventhough the men at the restaurant shouted at me like I killed someone. Now I added a Dutch number to Thuisbezorgd. It was not my fault that it didn't update, it was an error, i really did not know. Your delivery driver shouted at my reception staff in the building, and shouted at me. He was waving his hands, shouting. I told him I put a Dutch number, and this is an error, a mistake. How disgusting. I gave him a tip before he even delivered in the app. I am not some subhuman. I work 11 hours per day, minimum wage, it's also hard for me man. I understand your job is hard. I didn't know it didn't show you my Dutch number. Sorry for wasting your time, but this is not the correct way to act. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN, NEVER RECOMMENDING. Food is good, but your staff makes people feel like trash. Thanks for a ruined evening and making me feel like some kind of a lesser human.

We had to wait more than 2.5 hours for the food. Call 3 times and then you can get a big mouth back. When the food finally arrived, it was very bland and certainly not warm. But you can pay the full price. Very bad thing...

Had to wait 2 hours for our food, called several times and said after an hour they were on their way. Delivery person was anything but friendly and the food was bland. Never again for me!!!

Great tent! I always get pizza here! The staff is super friendly and always good fast service/delivery. As far as I'm concerned, these are the tastiest pizzas I've eaten in the area.

Though unhappy I order a pizza and 3 toppings are left out and hadn't been in de the oven long enough, arrived late and luke warm at best. If you can't make the pizza with ordered toppings inform with customer beforehand.

Wilde vandaag een schotel bestellen. Jammer dat ze met schotels en broodjes gestopt zijn. Altijd lekker en snelle levering. Zal nu noodgedwongen ergens anders gaan bestellen.

Wij waren in het carlton hotel, en toch stiekem een pizza gehaald, vegan erg lekker en goede prijs , en erg vriendelijk personeel!!!

Weer gebeld dezelfde vrouw aan de lijn, die zei weer de bezorger is onderweg, want ik heb geen bonnen meer liggen. Weer na 15 min gebeld en toen kreeg ik man aan de lijn en die zei "sorry meneer" er is geen bon gekomen uit het systeem. We komen z.s.m. Toch nog heerlijk een pizza gegeten om 21.15 uur. Toch geef ik Prima2 4 sterren. Want het eten is goed. Was mijn eerste slechte ervaring.

Pizza muito saborosa! Infelizmente não me atentei que vinha com pimenta e a pimenta utilizada é mesmo forte. Kkkk O app Thuisbezorgd também não me dá a opção de excluir ingredientes, mas beleza. De qualquer forma estava boa! Recomendo.

Ordered on their website (cheaper than thuisbezorgd) fast delivery, piping hot 🔥 pizza. Tasty dough, good toppings. Beats domino by miles. One thing could be better, use fresh mushrooms 🍄 not the stuff from a can 🥫 please.

Het duurt ongeveer een uurtje voordat de bezorger er met het eten is. De pizza’s zijn lekker. Het is alleen jammer dat ze soms vergeten om het drinken mee te geven. Soms hebben ze het ook niet op voorraad, zo wel dan brengen ze het bij de volgende bezorgronde alsnog.

Super Leckere Pizzen..Machen satt , schmecken super und sind preislich O.K Bin öfters in dem Laden , wenn ich in der Niederlande bin. Hier schmeckt die Pizza viel besser als bei Domino..Geht hin oder bestellt selber , dann werdet ihr sehen was ich meine..Guten Appetit 😄

Liep er alleen langs, maar het eten is er heerlijk! Pizza's met echt deeg is lekkerder dan domino's of wat dan ook! En als ik laat bezorgen is het altijd op tijd, nog te heet om te eten(dus geen koud eten) en mega lekker! Ik zeg "eet smakelijk"!
