A truly fantastic Italian restaurant! The dishes are homemade, served for sharing, and taste absolutely amazing. Everything was incredibly delicious – you feel like you're right there in Italy. Highly recommended!

I was tempted by the authentic menu without pizzas. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. We both ordered the truffle risotto without Parma ham (vegetarian). We both got it with Parma ham. After mentioning this, our plates were taken away. Five minutes later, they came back. By then, the risotto was lukewarm, and the question always is: did they just peel it off? Instead of Parma ham, the dish was finished with roasted nuts. They were a bit too roasted, which somewhat detracted from the flavor of the truffle risotto. We also ordered the Caprese. Although the mozzarella was good quality, it was ice cold, as was the tomato. This made for an unpleasant dining experience. The price-to-portion ratio could be better. It's now a bit too expensive for the portion size, especially if you're supposed to order multiple dishes.

The food was delicious. The menu clearly states that the dishes are smaller, perfect for sharing. However, we found the price far too high. For two small dishes (a piece of meat with some salad and a piece of meat with some vegetables) plus a side dish (pasta), a portion of olives, a portion of asparagus, two desserts, one glass of wine, and a coke: €95. This restaurant would do well to significantly reduce the cost of some of the dishes, increase portion sizes, or include side dishes.

Got sent away when trying to order just a drink and dessert, because apparently you were only allowed to sit there when ordering lunch. 0 indication, waste of time.

We had a delicious meal. Tagliere misto was a starter to share and was very filling and delicious. Afterward, we had a choice of many different smaller Italian dishes, which we also shared. The Italian atmosphere is cozy and the service is very friendly. Prosciutto is located on a very charming street, where the terraces were packed in the beautiful weather.

We kwamen laat aan en er was alleen nog plek aan een tafeltje binnen. Geen probleem voor de eigenaar om ons zodra er een tafeltje vrijkwam buiten om ons te verhuizen. Overzichtelijke kaart, heerlijke authentieke Italiaanse gerechten. Door de grootte van de gerechten ideaal voor shared dining. Smaak was heerlijk. Ook fijn dat er een ruime keuze is aan wijnen per glas.

Op een vrijdag middagmiddag in een druk Maastricht opzoek naar een lunchplekje. Proscutto heeft een klein intiem terras met wat schaduw zodat je niet in de volle zon zit. De anti Pasti zijn heerlijk, gevarieerd, verse producten en super smakelijk. De wijnkaart is prima verzorgd, dus kiezen een heerlijk Verdicchio erbij. Het tartufo limoncello is echt geweldig! Nog we lekkere espresso en de middag is helemaal af.

Lek vinger, lek doum! Vertaald... Heelijk genieten! Italiaanse ambiance die je om je heen ziet maar zeker in de menukaart!

The Rissotto alle fragole was great. Didn’t think strawberry would work with rissotto but it does so well!

I had a burrata salad with bread, the Sangiovese white wine was really nice, and the olive oil too. The staff was also very nice and the ingredients for the dishes are good quality, really enjoyed it!

Place looks nice, food was delicious, but they give you this sales pitch about sharable plates, making you think it's enough to share when actually the size of an entree is the size of an appetizer so you have to order more. basically quality over quantity, be prepared to order two full price entrees to fill you up.

Food decent,manager not so much. We were 4 people and asked to move 2 tables together to get ample space for our plates to properly fit(they serve small sharing plates) We were told that they have never done this in the four years of business. Strange that two people can have the exact same size table,but four people are not allowed a bigger size. They had to bring a side table to fit all the plates. They also don't split bills.Strange how some restaurants are able to do this while others have an issue with it. Okay,but there's definitely better restaurants in Maastricht.

If you’re looking for a proper meal with a reasonable portion, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The portions are really small, and you’ll likely still feel hungry afterward. Also, the restaurant requires every customer to order a drink—even though we didn’t see any sign or notice about this rule. The main dishes are advertised at a low price, but portions are a third or half of a regular dish. Therefore you will end up paying more than expected to be full or leave feeling hungry and disappointed.

Food is ok, but the price for the amount is ridiculous. The Google Maps price parameter of 10-20€ per person is misleading. For this price you will have a third of a meal. Prepare 30-40€ per person for a almost regular meal. Additionally, you are required to order a drink, which is even worse pricing (specially for non alcoholic drinks). A Coke of 250ml is 3.20€, and this is the cheapest drink available.

Food is good, but the dishes are small and too expensive for what you get. Service is poor and slow. Main courses don't come at the same time and one main course was forgotten, which only came after the rest was gone, she didn't even try to solve that with a free cup of coffee.

Super tasty Italian dishes that you can share! The vitello tonnato is highly recommended, as is the Tartufo Limoncello. Service also super friendly and fast.

We had a delicious meal here. It felt like we were on holiday in Italy again. The concept is shared dining and that immediately makes it extra "fun". Surprising flavors and an extensive menu (thanks to the additional “special” menu).

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience at this restaurant. The menu was difficult to read and offered few classic Italian dishes, making it difficult to choose. It doesn't seem particularly tourist-friendly to me. We ultimately decided on a Caprese, which was significantly overpriced at 12 euros. There was also no basil and the quality of the mozzarella was average at best. The service also left a lot to be desired - in my opinion, the waitress wasn't attentive or friendly enough. Overall, I was disappointed with the value for money and unfortunately I would not recommend the restaurant.

The food here was excellent and reasonably priced. The prosciutto was incredible—almost creamy in texture. The panna cotta was the best I’ve ever had. Service was great, and the music had a pleasant jazzy vibe, which was a refreshing change from the typical Italian tunes that can sometimes be a bit much for me. I appreciated the good selection of wines by the glass, making it easy to try something new. The arancini, however, was just okay—not something I’d recommend.

Went here to drink a glass of wine together with a delicious platter of cheese, ham and sandwich with pesto and tomato tapenade.

Really beautiful place with great atmosphere. We went there for a drink and we also got a charcuterie board. Everything in the board was incredibly fresh as well as the bread and we especially loved the homemade pesto and tomato paste! We also got a tiramisu that was also really fresh but the flavour of the liqueur was very strong so if you’re not a fan of liqueur like me i wouldn’t recommend it

Italiaanse tapas, eten heel lekker, sharing concept, genoeg keuze op de kaart en hele vriendelijke bediening. Ze moeten door de voordeur om het eten uit de keuken te halen dus deze tafel zou ik volgende keer niet meer kiezen wegens tochten en koud. Verder topzaak!

Heerlijk geluncht vanmiddag bij Prosciutto! Een echte klassieker: Vitello Tonato en een hele bijzondere risotto met rode biet en gorgonzola. Alles huis gemaakt en met zorg bereid. Rode wijn en rosé waren ook top! Fijne plek in de Koestraat waar we zeker terugkomen! Aanrader!

Our top choice restaurant in Maastricht. Great food, lovely location. Totally kid-friendly too! It’s a bit of an Italian tapas kind of dishes, so don’t be surprised by the portions. Today (for 2 people) we shared: - beef carpaccio - delicious! - ravioli with mushrooms and truffles - to die for! - special risotto (beetroot, Gorgonzola and walnuts) - pink in colour! Loved it Will surely be back (just like previous 10 times) 🤤

Friendly service, nice ambiance and never had such a tasty green Pesto before, but actually everything we ordered was of top quality, really delicious! I say, take your time, sit down and enjoy a piece of Italy in Maastricht's cozy Koestraatje.

Super vriendelijke bediening ; eten wordt dagvers in the house bereid. We aten bruschette met tomaat en met ansjovis gevolgd door ravioli met scampi en limoen en ravioli met truffel en boschampignon. Daarna nog ijs met truffel en zabaglione. Ik dronk 2 glaasjes pinot grigio die je vooraf mag proeven met zicht op de fles.

Small restaurant in a side street of the crowded OLV Plein in Maastricht, lived up to every expectation: Atmospheric, absolutely delicious food with fine portions that made it possible to taste a lot. And we would have liked to taste more, so we will definitely come back. The food was at least as good, if not better, than our favorite restaurant in Central Italy: meats, cheeses and bruschette as antipasti, meat and fish as secondi, dolce and caffè toe, for a very reasonable price: Highly recommended!

The young ladies at the counter are so nice, attentive and helpful. Where can you find that in a busy city? Everything fresh and tasty, delicious wine and also try the desserts. Italian restaurant. Delicious kind of Italian Tapas bar. Healthy food and a bit different than you are used to. The crowds made the atmosphere a lot more pleasant! We didn't make a reservation, but we still got a place to sit, so reservations are recommended!! The people were nice and the price wasn't too bad, so much so that we both left with a smile on our faces for a day of good Giocashing. 5 stars!

The food here is excellent! A bit pricey, but we think it's more than worth it. Really enjoyed it! We went for dinner again the next day.

A nice and cozy Italian specialty restaurant. They use a shared dining concept here, so you can order multiple snacks to share. Meat is freshly cut at the bar and the real Italian cheeses are very tasty. The staff is neat. The portion size is on the small side for the price you pay for some dishes. Nevertheless, definitely a nice place for dinner!

What a lovely place in the city centre of Maastricht! Really a gem! The food was amazing and very fresh.
