Punto Pizza in Wijk 08 Slangenbeek

Delivery was right on time as agreed by a polite delivery person. The food was exquisite with delicious fresh vegetables, top-notch.

I've been there once with my grandchildren and it was great. I recommend this place.

My experience with this pizzeria was downright disappointing. The delivery took much longer than indicated, and when the order finally arrived, I was even given the wrong pizza. When I reported this, I was not taken seriously and was offered no effort or solution whatsoever. For me, this is absolutely not a service you can rely on.

Unfortunately, the lahmacun was burnt and had tomato on it, even though it was clearly requested without tomato.

We ordered 2 pizzas via Uber Eats an hour ago that smelled absolutely weird 🤢 I called the restaurant immediately and the employee started laughing at me, saying this isn't possible and that we are the first customers to ever have a complaint 😂 Yeah, if I had known that, I would never have ordered from them. I already have a stomach ache now 😩 The worst part is that the employee didn't want to send a new pizza, but said he would give us a free pizza next time. Sorry, but I am never ever going to order from him again!!!! Actually, he should send the money back; what he sold is life-threatening.
