Very tasty. The granola, sandwiches, and juices are delicious and very filling.

Went there to check it out with my friends. I had the Green power smoothie and it was amazing! Banana bread was really good too. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. A lot of vegetarian and vegan options are available too!

Charming cafe with fantastic interior design and healthy options for food.

The one star is for the cappuccino which was alright…Ordered Turkish eggs and got boiled eggs instead of poached ones! A sorry excuse to what Turkish eggs should be and that too for almost 12 euros…what a joke!

I love this place. It is small and they deliver the most wonderful breakfasts, drinks and lunches. All fresh, vegan and very good quality. The dades with chocolate and matcha are really wonderful.

Lovely staff and delicious coffee

This place is the absolute best! They are so aware of health trends I love it. You can enjoy all their goodies without feeling bad afterwards, since for example their brownies are made from sweet potatoes ;) The menu is perfect for vegans and satisfies those who like sweet or savory. Amazing shakes, smoothies, bowls, sandwiches and snacks! Their matcha is of very high quality from Nekohama, which is also super tasteful. Also the bread they serve is made with sourdough and the vegan milks they have (Rude Health) are without the crappy gums, seed oils and artificial vitamins like the ones from Alpro that many places use…So big big compliment to Recover for being aware of these things! My only comment would maybe be that the sandwich dishes could be a bit bigger. You pay around €10 for a dish and you only get one piece of bread. I would give 2 pieces of bread for that money. Last but not least, their place is so cozy and looks amazing! Perfect place for people that love aesthetics.

We ordered a take away salad. The portion is very small for €15 and the taste was nothing special. The cucumber was unfortunately super sour and the dressing too plain. I hoped for a big and tasty lunch, but wouldn’t come back for food. The place itself looks cute and the people who work here are friendly.

My all-time favorite spot in Amsterdam! At Recover we only work with healthy, high-quality ingredients and you can taste it! The transparency about the ingredients and the pleasant atmosphere make this place feel like a warm hug for body and mind. Recommended: matcha with coconut milk, the recovery bar and the acai bowl!

I like the concept and the interior is very nice but I just don’t think a slice of sourdough bread with some smashed avocado and chickpea is worth €9,50, however I do look forward to trying something else that may be worth the price.

The staff are nice and friendly. The space is small. Turkish Inspired Eggs is a disappointment, totally not recommended. The cappuccino is nice and I liked it. The food came very late so if you’re in a rush don’t go for it. I think there are no warm meals either. The bathroom is veryyy stinky.

Best matcha spot! They use a high quality matcha powder and it’s delicious and affordable. The staff is so nice as well. My to go spot 🍵

Ate an acai bowl. This was very watery. It also only tasted like water. Very little fruit was in it. I thought it was a shame.

ordered the 'Turkish' inspired eggs and found it rather disappointing. Its like taking a nice Turkish dish such as Menemen and turning it into something that doesn't need time to prepare and can be put together in just a few minutes. The bread was very tasty.

I was warmly welcomed. The Pink Coconut Water Matcha was really refreshing and tasty. It's definitely going to be my new go-to matcha order! Unlike other matchas, it didn't have a grassy or intense flavor. You can really taste the quality of the matcha they use. The protein bar I had was absolutely delicious as well.

Service was warm and positive. We both had the Miso Glazed Eggplant. Fresh products and especially the eggplant was very tasty. However we did miss the black rice which was mentioned on the menu and the dressing was hard to taste. The drinks (blueberry protein and skin glow) were excellent!

Best chai latte I’ve ever had. Coffee shop itself is super cute and a cozy environment. Baristas were very kind. Would 100% recommend

I went for brunch and everything we ordered was amazing. I ordered iced matcha mango and a blueberry protein smoothie. This place uses nekohama matcha and you can feel the difference, it was the best matcha I’ve had during my visit. We also had avocado toast with egg and banana bread, both were good. The only thing I would consider is to add proper chairs since eating in a stool might be uncomfortable after a while

It was a nice place but the girls working in the morning are completely bad waitres/ barista! They are just there eating not attending tables… sad

I used to love this place. It was my go-to after spinning class with my friends. Lately it’s been erratic and for example closed at times it says it’s open. Service has fallen apart as well, today we arrived, not sure if it was closed or open, the girl there told us the menu was not complete, which we were fine with. But after that, we sat around 15minutes waiting for her to take our order whilst she was in the back. When she came out she instead took a take away order and proceeded to ignore us. We left. Very bad service.

Ended up there after a workout and it was the place to be. Nutritious meals, really good tunes and a cosy atmosphere. The coffee banana date smoothie was so delicious and creamy. Will definitely be back.

Claire en Koen zijn super aardige mensen met een hart voor hun zaak. Het eten en drinken is fantastisch. De bowls en broodjes zijn goed gevuld en de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is daarom ook top. Je proeft echt dat alle producten vers zijn!!! Ik kom hier zeker terug :)

Recover is my go-to spot to relax and, well, recover ;) The coffee is my favourite in the city and there's always so much love from Claire and Koen. Every inch of the space is designed with care, boasting unique earthy tones in a vibrant contemporary style. The abundance of plants adds to the feeling, making the space even more inviting. The garden in the back is a delight and is perfect for any sunny day.

Love to come here for the delicious banana bread and chai latte. They also do very good lunch bowls. Everything is healthy and fresh and they have a nice outdoor seating area. Highly recommend!

The vibe and energy here is wonderful. The coffee is brewed to perfection and the detoxing green juice will heal you. The customer service is par excellence.

Great little spot! I stop off here all the time on my way to work, they do a great coffee (IMO nicest in the area) and the food is very tasty. Staff are lovely, always have a nice chat when I'm there and since they did up the terrace there's a lot more seating
