My parents were delighted and agreed that they hadn't had such good food in a long time – both the taste and the presentation were truly impressive. The atmosphere in the restaurant is incredibly warm and welcoming – we felt like we were staying with good friends, not in a strange place. The service was simply wonderful – warm, helpful, and always smiling. It's clear that this place is run with passion and heart. Finally, my parents also received an invitation to karaoke night – they were thrilled with the idea and have already announced they will definitely take advantage of it. 😄 We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone longing for authentic Polish cuisine and a unique atmosphere. Highly recommended if you're looking to try something new! The food was delicious. We had the ray flower soup as a starter, and it was wonderful! Afterward, we ordered dumplings and placki. We'd never had anything like it before, but it was truly delicious! The service was also really friendly, even offering a separate menu in Dutch! Definitely recommended!

Service great but food very poor The potatoes looked like they had been there for two days, completely tasteless, very barren, the broth without salt had a strange taste and the meat inside was off-putting, as for the potato pancakes with goulash, a lot of fat, no taste, no aroma of meat or that sauce I probably won't come back here 2/10

Nice place to eat...pub at the front, comfortable seating at the back for eating and drinking. A very cozy restaurant with authentic Polish cuisine! The dishes are delicious - I especially liked the dumplings with meat and varenki sauce with potatoes. I officially admit that this is the best possible pin on the map of Venlo, you won't find better food. I ordered nuggets with fries. I couldn't believe that the portion was so huge, but after receiving the food I was shocked by the portion and quality. I invite you to try it and get to know the nice service.

What a nice place in the center of Venlo. We were really pleasantly surprised. As we live in Germany, about 130 km from Venlo, we have already been to this beautiful city a few times and knew about the existence of this restaurant, but somehow we never went inside. After entering the building, what immediately catches your eye is the English style of the first part of the premises, and in the background, in the dining room, a Polish eagle with a crown. The menu includes typical Polish delicacies. We decided on pork shank and liver. Both dishes were very well prepared. I don't think I've ever eaten such a tasty pork shank, and the liver was also professionally prepared. Very affordable prices, and a nice conversation with the "lady of the house" (who, as it turned out, was born in the same city as me☺️) made us willing to visit there again. If you ever visit this city, you must also visit this place. Polish accent of the colorful and still attractive Venlo.

Zurek top! Delicious 😉 also the pork chop, without any reservations. Polite and quick service. The decor is average, the room is quite dark and gloomy, but whatever you like. I recommend!

Even in Poland, I have never met such rude people as Długa i Szeroka. I entered the restaurant with a 90% empty can of Monstera and upon entering, before finding the garbage bin, I was treated in such a way that they told me that I could only drink alcohol sold by them and it was a good trip. After explaining, they wanted to give me a menu, but this is not the atmosphere in which I would like to spend 20 euros in a restaurant. Rudeness, boorishness and ignorance, even spit on my face. It's not worth it, let alone accepting food from people with such manners

Terrible service, the place was very dirty. When asked about Silesian dumplings with mushroom sauce, the lady asked if it was goulash. We were ignored for a long time, actually from the entrance by the bartender to the young waitress. I can't rate the food badly because we decided to leave the place without ordering anything.

We were at the restaurant yesterday on Valentine's Day. We tried several dishes from the regular menu and several from the Valentine's Day menu. And I honestly admit that the food is delicious, finger licking delicious. The owner, P. Marzenka, is a great woman and the boy who served us deserved 6+. We will definitely come back. First of all, the restaurant is inconspicuous! When you step inside, wooow it feels like home. Another important issue is the service, very nice people, they are able to welcome you warmly no matter what nationality, another important issue is the food. I must admit that I am very picky, but when I tried the sour rye soup, I had a flashback to my dear grandmother, when she offered me sour rye soup. It's beautiful that even if you're a Pole abroad, there are places where you can forget about how hard you work far from your family. And parties, because no matter what, we like to have fun in good places, I recommend it.
