Very friendly people, they proudly serve, and rightly so, because the food—we had lamb chops and spare ribs—was excellent, well-seasoned, with a nice hint of pepper—perfect! New Year's Day, perfect again, with a nice selection of desserts.

Read some good reviews about this place and we were not disappointed! The food was well cooked and tasty with a nice selection of wines. Couple of minus points though: The menu on the website is not the same as in the restaurant. No biggie but it meant I couldn't get what I initially wanted to order. The restaurant menu lists only house wine, they have more wines available, but no menu ( as of my visit ). This doesn't take aways massively from the experience, but i hope they can fix the above :)

One of the best meat places in town. I had the T-Bone and wow. So juicy and tasteful. An special thanks to Roya that made us feel like home from the beginning till the end and Famke for her sweet approach and attention. We will come back soon! Thanks Roya again! Angela Salellas

We ate here for the first time yesterday. We always went to an Argentinian restaurant in South Holland, but honestly, we were so surprised by the crew here. The hostesses were knowledgeable and passionate that we found our perfect spot. We will definitely be back. There's nothing better than a traditional restaurant where you feel immersed in the Argentinian lifestyle. Ladies and chefs, keep up the good work! Top notch! Lots of love, Raymond and Levi

We had a wonderfully delicious meal for two in a wonderfully atmospheric setting. The chefs are clearly excellent cooks. We had to wait a bit longer than usual, but were immediately offered a glass of wine as compensation. We didn't mind at all – it was actually nice that it was a bit quieter. I immediately booked again for my birthday!

We had take away spareribs so I don't really know what's going on when you're eating at the table. But the spareribs were pretty nice, they fell of the bone as we like. The only minor was that we had a mix of sweet & spicy, the spicy was a little spicy but not too much, and the sweet tasted normal, not sweet at all. Doe me it could use a little more sauce but if you like it like this then it's fine. The fries were also good and we got 3 sauces and a salad with the package so that was nice.

Everything was great! The owner is super kind; the food is amazing. Looking forward to eating here again.

We'd heard a lot about it, and all expectations were met. In our opinion, it was the best steak in the region, even. A national steakhouse chain could learn a lot from that ;-) And not only was the meat excellent, but so was the scroppino the host made at our table. We'll definitely be back!

Wow, we had a wonderful meal here for my wife's birthday yesterday! We eat out quite often, but we hadn't heard of this one... unfortunately, because this place is fantastic, with great entertainment, friendly service, and a thoughtful little fire fountain and songs over the speakers for her birthday... incredibly delicious food! We now have a favorite restaurant, and it's also close to home.

I highly recommend it. Everything was perfect, and I've rarely experienced such harmony. Warm, caring, and fantastic food.

I recently ordered over €160 worth of food, which, after calling twice, arrived over an hour late! They don't respond to emails or messages through the website. It's absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service. I'll never order from them again.

Delicious food! Excellent spareribs and steak, truly superb. Very friendly service, just a bit slow at times. But why is there a singer in the middle of the restaurant from 7:30 PM on a Saturday evening, completely blocking any opportunity for conversation at the table? I've been annoyed all evening; surely that's not the intention?!

In a word, fantastic. You do have to be on time to get a table, especially on weekends. But it's a fantastic restaurant!

If you think you've had good meat in your life... you have to try this. OMG! Kudos to the chef again. We will definitely be back! A great host, very engaged and attentive to his guests.

Delicious food, the plank is highly recommended, super soft spare ribs, and really beautiful meat, grilled vegetables, absolutely top.

Best spare ribs in Hilversum, if not all of the Netherlands. I've literally tried about 90% of spare ribs spots in the city. Saucy AND charred. I almost got sad finding the place out so late, but then got too busy gorging myself. The staff was highly attentive and nice. The price was good (not in the photos but the sides are included, comes on separate plates). The atmosphere was completely different from what I expected from the outside, with a cozy interior. To the owner: you really lack some photos here, so here are my contributions.

We used to like coming here but everything has changed here. When we first came here 2 years ago the service was attentive and cheerful. After a delicious plate of meat you were often offered an extra rib or piece of steak. The service is no longer friendly but clearly has a preference for certain guests. The owner does not say hello to his guests and walks around like a macho man. The food was very disappointing. We got 1 sandwich for two. The sandwich was not baked properly. I think the aioli was from the day before because there was a discoloured layer on it and looked unpleasant. The lamb chops were mainly fat. The meat platter is nice but we did not get an explanation about the different types of meat that were on it. The pepper sauce tasted like a cheap magimix sauce. You get 1 cone of fries for 2 people. Too bad, time for a different Argentinian

We came here as a family of 4 for the opening. We had a reservation and were seated. We ordered a set of 4 types of meat. the meat was delicious. my brother especially liked the ribs. Mojito is not tasty for me. yes, perhaps this is the correct mojito recipe (it was unsweetened), but I think it’s worth warning about this, because not everyone is used to it. we ordered coffee, but we were asked to move to the bar, because more people were going to come. I understand everything, but we’ve only been there for an hour, and they’re already asking us to change seats. besides, no one sat in our place when we left. The chairs at the bar are uncomfortable. it was quite unpleasant

Great meat and nice sauces on the side...

Gereserveerd en toch geen plaats hebben. Het argument was dat er veel mensen te laat waren binnengekomen, daardoor was er op de tijd dat wij hadden gereserveerd geen plaats. Of we minimaal een half uur wilden wachten… Heel erg teleurgesteld want ik weet hoe goed het eten hier is.

Main course was very good. Starters less so. Nice staff.

Heerlijk eten en vriendelijke bediening. Prijs kwaliteit is goed en sfeervolle en gezellige sfeer. Wij komen hier heel graag met en zonder de kinderen.

Tonight at Argentina we had a bizarre experience. We had reserved a 'low table' at 8pm. When we arrived at the crowded restaurant, we were greeted by an older lady. After I indicated that I had made a reservation, she looked around wildly. "There's no room!" she snapped unkindly. "But we made a reservation by phone," I responded. “We can save a seat at the bar,” she responded, still unfriendly. I looked at the spot she pointed out where you can't put 2 plates next to each other. Plus, we would practically be sitting on the lap of the singer/guitarist, who was apparently on the program. We kindly thanked you for it. Outside we looked at each other ..... Astonished by the way that happened .... We had never experienced anything like that before. One thing is certain... We won't be back. We then drove to Chiang Mai, a super nice Thai restaurant where we regularly visit, where you can eat deliciously and where they are very hospitable and friendly. Of course we chose dishes with steak, because we were craving steak!

What a bad restaurant, service downright bad, they make you wait really long, really not recommended, ladies toilet not clean

Upon arrival it turned out that there was no table available for us, we were asked to wait 5 minutes, unfortunately this turned into 25 minutes... After another 20 minutes we received the menu and wanted to order, but the service was not good. We spoke to the service ourselves and it was then indicated that there were double bookings and that it was extremely busy to be able to order. When the food arrived, the meat board was cold and the shrimps were dry. The clerk was approached about this but it was a bit easy to get over it, a new shelf came but it was also cold. We paid 50% of the bill as compensation for the inconvenience Adding that the toilet was very dirty. No repeat sin for us...

When we arrived we waited 25 minutes until we were finally seated at a table, we were told to wait 5 minutes... when we finally got the menu after 1 hour and spoke to the waiter about the slow service, we were allowed to enjoy cold food after another 45 minutes. After indicating this, we received a new plank of meat that was just as cold as the previous one. Do not go, not recommended!!!

Best ribs in the Gooi area and perhaps the best in the entire country. I have not been able to find this marinade anywhere else. I always order the hot one and then ask for it to be made extra extra hot and they always manage to keep me more satisfied. Staff in the restaurant is also nice and pleasant!

Very nice restaurant to sit with very tasty food! The portions have become a bit smaller compared to when I went there for my birthday dinner with my family a long time ago, and the service is not very fast, I have noticed this before. But otherwise really good food and a nice atmosphere!

This is our favourite restaurant in Hilversum. Sylvia is an amazing person and we will always come back to this place for amazing ribs and the friendly multilingual atmosphere

Delicious food in Argentina's beautiful restaurant. Ordered the meat board for 2 people and man, was this tender and tasty meat. The service was great, a very sweet and pleasant lady who is a real professional! The atmosphere is beautiful, I love eating out in the Netherlands and feeling like I'm not in the Netherlands. I will definitely come back soon!

What fantastic tender meat they have here, we had a combination of bavette, sirloin steak, ribeye and spare ribs, everything super tender. The service is very friendly and there is a nice atmosphere with live music. Definitely come back here again.

We have been ordering spareribs here for years. They are tender and juicy. Fast delivery. We accidentally got hot, while we ordered sweet. These were delivered within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, due to moving, we have to look for a new business, we will miss it!

What a great restaurant! Had a lovely meal with some friends, the service was great, the staff was very friendly and the food tasted delicious, compliments to the chef! Definitely recommended!

The name is the only Argentinian or South American of the restaurant. Mix of Italian, Spanish, Mexican, Argentinian, European… but the food not out of the ordinary. Good? Yes. To pay those prices? Nah. Nice atmosphere. You can be loud. Have fun. Have laughs. Service good things but also details to improve (need to repeat sometimes the order three times because they are asking you for your meals while welcoming another table and jumping to the table next door). And the tequila… never had sweet tequila. I don’t know what that was. The crème brûlée? Nice!

Great restaurant with top service! We recently had dinner at Argentina and what a wonderful experience it was! The food was absolutely fantastic – the meat was perfectly prepared, juicy and full of flavour. You notice that there are real professionals in the kitchen here. What made the evening extra special was the service. They stayed open longer especially so that we could enjoy a full meal. That shows how much they care about their guests. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also great: nice music, a warm ambiance and a nice energy that was palpable throughout the evening. All together this made for an experience we will not soon forget. An absolute must for lovers of good food, friendly service and an atmospheric evening!

Price on the website is different than in the restaurant. I had a delicious meal but was shocked by the bill. Asking 60 euros for 1 large piece of meat is really not okay. So be warned.

Food is good but service is terrible. They forget everything all evening. But even after you have waited 2 hours for your main course, there is no excuse.

Bad slow service. Food was served only after an hour. Other people got their food before us. Portions were small and the food was very disappointing, I saw more plate than food. I was asked what you would like with it and ended up with 3 fries. Then we get 1 bag and when we ask where the rest is we only get 1 more. Very messed up. Was worse disappointing birthday dinner

Took the family and a family friend here. Our first time and we will definitely be back. Went off menu making cut of Lomo beef larger. Food was excellent, staff very friendly and accommodating. No problem for wheelchair access in main restaurant. Location is only a short walk from centre - worth the few extra steps. Given the high quality was surprised that the night we went it was not very crowded. We will be back again soon.

Super tasty food, everything was great! We had starter, main & dessert and have nothing to complain about. Super friendly staff, and the food just great. We also made this known, the chef came to our table at the time, what a great experience. If I'm in the area I will definitely come back.

What a wonderful surprise this was. A quick bite to eat before the movie turned into a delicious culinary experience. The shrimps as a starter were already above expectations, followed by a fantastic T-bone. The cozy and casual atmosphere with very friendly and enthusiastic service makes the restaurant highly recommended. I'll be back here looking to explore the rest of the map.

Ordered spareribs here (sweet taste). What a fantastic experience and a pleasure to eat, must say it is in the top 2 of the best spareribs, falls off the bone exactly as it should be.

The atmosphere is a nice addition to the good food. Only the service really seems from another world. Had to wait more than an hour for the food after ordering, and the orders also don't seem to get through properly from the waitress to the cook. Which is quite strange, if you only order a starter and two main courses. We also had to ask several times where our food was. This compared to other guests who received their food earlier, even though they sat down much later.

Unfortunately, the bill breaks down. First you see the wine list, with wine from 21.75. Then you are recommended the “house wine”. We took that one, it costs the same or less than the wines on the wine list. Not here . Cost 34.75, THIRTEEN = 13 euros more than the one on the wine list. Requested explanation: inflation and that the prices on the wine list are incorrect... and yes, "the boss decides that"
