Wat een fantastisch restaurant. We hebben hier gisteren gegeten om te vieren dat we 5 jaar samen zijn en hebben een heerlijke avond gehad. We waren echt verrast door het eten, de goede wijn en de service. De oprechte en vriendelijke bediening tilt dit restaurant echt van een 9 naar een 10. Het enige wat het nog beter zou maken (maar dan zijn we wel heel kritisch) is iets zachter en warmer licht. Dank jullie wel voor de leuke avond!

Super lekker eten en niet onbelangrijk supervriendelijke en attente bediening. Dat zie je niet zoveel meer. Op en top klasse personeel. Aandacht voor de klant en super gastvrij…. Een pluim voor het heerlijke eten maar nog een grotere pluim voor het personeel.

Lekker gegeten. Veel keus verschillende smaken. Toetjes om te smullen! Bekijk de menukaart voor prijzen ;-) Hou rekening houden met sluitingstijd, je wordt kwartier voor sluitingstijd op een vriendelijke maar dwingende manier verzocht weg te gaan. Ook als mensen nog aan de thee zitten.

Top restaurant je jas word aangenomen en je word door heel vriendelijk personeel naar een tablet je gebracht je hebt een dranken kaart waarin je wijn cocktails en nog veel meer kunt nemen ze hebben heerlijke voorgerechten en hoofd gerechten en dessert het is een 11/10

Get some fresh air for a few days by the water. That's why we went to Grafhorst. And it was definitely a breath of fresh air, the weather wasn't really good. In search of a good restaurant, we looked on TripAdvisor and sought advice from the owner of B&B Ganzendiep, where we stayed. After a little research, Casa Egitto emerged as one of the top ones in Kampen and the surrounding area. Casa Egitto is located in the center of Kampen. When you enter, you enter a fairly narrow space where the tables are arranged on either side. At the back of the restaurant is a more spacious conservatory with beautiful light and a covered courtyard. First an aperitif, in the form of a Pinot Grigio Blush. The host of the evening came to the table with the bottle and told all about this softly fruity rosé. He poured us a little bit and gave us the opportunity to taste the wine. Surprising, because except in the higher segment, you don't see that often. A big plus. The glasses were sparkling clean and neatly polished. Even the transparent salt and pepper shaker was free of dirty fingers. ++ Start with a carpaccio and some sandwiches with homemade herb butter and aioli. And in things like that you can just taste the difference between 'okay' and 'great'. You can clearly taste the taste of the fresh herbs. When the carpaccio was served, the host explained exactly what was on the plate. He knows exactly what he is serving, how it is prepared and which flavors come together. Nowadays (unfortunately) almost every carpaccio uses truffle mayonnaise. That is also the case at Casa Egitto. We were therefore a bit afraid that this predominant fake product would ruin the carpaccio. Fortunately that was not the case, the flavors were subtle and balanced. The meat was cut from a good tenderloin and you can feel that in the structure and taste it. All in all, a very nice carpaccio! For me the main course consisted of a tournedos. My wife had a pasta with salmon. The evening after, (yes we had dinner at Casa Egitto 2 evenings, not because there was no other option, but because we were so pleasantly surprised). The 2nd evening I again had a tournedos and my wife a salmon steak. Back to the first evening. The tournedos was served on a bed of blanched vegetables, with a puree of yellow carrot. I would have liked these to have a little more flavor, but the buttery soft beef of 230 grams made up for everything. What a pleasure. The pasta was al dente and the salmon was plentiful. The taste was nicely balanced and the portions were generous. Fried potato cubes and raw vegetables were served with the main courses. Dessert for me was a lemon cheesecake and my wife had crème brûlée. The cheesecake, fantastic! The crème brûlée,…. Well, we really have to be critical here. The taste was really good, just it was too stiff in consistency. A crème brûlée should be hard on the outside (the sugar crust) and soft on the inside. The second evening I had an even nicer tournedos, which is almost impossible and my wife had a beautiful salmon steak. Good size and perfectly cooked. A tiramisu and fresh fruit with a scoop of vanilla ice cream completed the meal almost perfectly. Perfection was in a beautiful, delicious glass of limoncello. In summary, Casa Egitto serves beautiful and honest dishes, with a sense of taste and composition. The service understands their profession extremely well, they know what they serve and how to serve it and the price/quality ratio is very good. A top restaurant, thanks for the experience.

We were lucky that there was still a seat available when we entered. Great service, delicious food! We had the satay and mixed grill meat. The Dame Blanche was certainly generous as well.

A truly delicious meal and the service was very good, very attentive (all employees) with a wide choice on the menu due to the mix of Argentinian and Italian cuisine. Definitely try it once when you are in Kampen.

We, a family with 2 sons aged 7 and 13, had a delicious meal here. Everything was very tasteful. Even though I didn't think it was a restaurant for children, the staff does make contact in a fun way. Very hospitable and friendly, highly recommended!

Delicious food but... The vitello tonato had some tougher pieces, just like the tenderloin the ravioli. I thought the flavors were a bit flat. My husband had fish on a bed of delicious crispy vegetables. The accompanying fried potatoes and mini salad are reasonable. The staff does get a full 11 👍

What an experience in this restaurant. EVERYTHING was correct, beautiful and clean interior, dishes at a very high level and everything cooked to taste. Very attentive, sweet young guests in the service. Nothing is too much for them and they really get it all! Even if you want to deviate slightly from the dish. Cheers! You really should eat here when you are in Kampen.

Highly recommended: a delicious meal in a hospitable and pleasant atmosphere. The pastas and risotto were excellent. Refined in taste and cooked just right. The linguine salmone is light, has a soft lemon flavor with a perfectly seasoned piece of salmon. Rarely have I ever eaten such delicious salmon pasta! An excellent red and white wine was served. The service is very attentive, not pushy and well informed about what the menu offers. Professionals in the kitchen and service. This restaurant is doing excellent in every respect. You don't expect such a level in a small town...

Today I was lucky enough to be in this restaurant and I would like to share my honest review. I'll start with the hall and the location of the place. The inside of the establishment has a really nice interior that creates a cozy atmosphere, however, it is worth noting that the space is very limited. My lover and I were faced with being asked to move to a veranda outside. In general, the design of the veranda is not bad, but it could be improved, since the presence of people passing by somewhat interferes with comfort and privacy. Now about the staff. We were greeted with slight disdain, which immediately left an unpleasant impression. However, after this the service was polite, although not without delays. We waited for about 25 minutes before the waiter came over and took our order, which was quite a long time in my opinion. As for the dishes we ordered, it was duck fillet and beef tenderloin. The potato side dish was surprisingly tasty and perfectly cooked. The meat was also tender and well-cooked, while the al dente vegetables added freshness and a crunchy texture to the dish. Prices in the restaurant are quite reasonable for the level of food and service offered. Overall, I would rate my visit to this place a 3 out of 5. Despite the good food, the overall experience is marred by shortcomings in service and lack of thoughtfulness in the arrangement of guests.

We had an absolutely delicious meal and were really treated like guests. Fantastic! The host was very friendly, formal, but certainly not too. Liked to joke, especially with the children. He also really took the time to tell our children the story of the cow at the tower. Our youngest ate the "best pizza salami ever" and the rest of our family also enjoyed the food. Good ingredients, well prepared. Not much room to sit outside, but air conditioning inside, so that's fine too! The building is nicely decorated, could have been a little more "stylish" here and there, but that is personal. The route to the toilets is very narrow, but the staff is aware of this and very courteous. If we are ever in Kampen again, I know where we will eat!!

We hebben hier 4 jaar geleden voortreffelijk gegeten. Daarom terug en opnieuw verrukkelijk! Ontdekkingsreis van de chef met wijnarrangement was in alle opzichten top. Heerlijke steak-tartaar met pinot grigio. Geweldige moot kabeljouw met verdicchio. Fris fruitig dessert met prosecco. Informele en heel attente bediening. Aanrader in alle opzichten.

Wat een fantastische beleving hebben wij gehad bij Casa Egitto. Bij binnenkomst krijg je al het gevoel dat jij er toe doet. Je wordt naar je plek begeleid, dan wordt alles uitgelegd en wordt je geholpen met je keuze. Het eten wat je op je bord krijgt is zo smaakvol, dat je mond bij iedere hap een feestje viert! De wijn wordt vooraf aangeboden om te proeven. Het personeel doet er alles aan om jou een pure beleving mee te laten maken, fantastisch! Wij komen hier zeker terug. Chapeau!!

I didn't think the tables were that attractive, they didn't match the ambiance you expect. The food is really perfect, especially the pasta carbonara! Especially because this is made with guanciale bacon and is authentically Italian. Really 10/10, even as a dessert, the tiramisu is perfect to end with. Definitely highly recommended, now we know why this restaurant is always full. The service, the food, everything is perfect. This is now the 3rd time we have come by for dinner and every time it has been perfect.

Fantastisch lekker, gezellig en sfeervol

Wat een tent! Nog nooit zulke service ervaren. Alleen dit is al een beleving an sich. Je wordt behandeld als een Koning. De keus in eten is reuze! Nadeel Hiervan is de keuzestress ;). Kwaliteit van het eten is uitstekend, en de uitleg bij elk gerecht plus passende wijnen maakt het volledig af.

Gezellig restaurant, vriendelijke en professionele bediening, ruime keus wat betreft de kaart. Het eten was echt ontzettend lekker. De groenten heerlijk bereid, heel smaakvol en beetgaar. Ik kom hier zeker weer terug. Ook het mailtje achteraf of alles naar wens is geweest vond ik netjes. Alles is zeker naar wens geweest! 👌🏻 De serre achterin is qua akoestiek niet zo fijn. Mocht je reserveren, vraag dan om een tafeltje in het voorste gedeelte van het restaurant.

Behulpzaam en perfecte bediening heerlijk gegeten

Op de gok langsgegaan en gelukkig hadden ze nog een plekje voor ons in de binnentuin. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en echt heel erg lekker gegeten. Als wij weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug!

Afgelopen weekend voor het eerst gegeten. Echt heel lekker! Ook fijn dat na het voorgerecht niet 5 min later al het hoofdgerecht op tafel staat dus lekker een avond tafelen. Ze hadden een keer vaker met drinken mogen komen maar teveel vragen of we misschien nog drinken willen is ook weer niet goed. Dat maakte ons avond er niet minder om. Heerlijk getafeld!

Super gegeten hier. Was heerlijk, bediening echt service gericht en vriendelijk. Beetje raar om te vermelden, maar hebben Pepsi, mijn favoriet .Hadden nog een afspraak anders waren we nog wat langer gebleven.

Ooit een keer erg lekker gegeten hier. Maar ik zal er niet meer komen. Anno 2023 kun je echt geen verse kreeft meer aanbieden. Met de scharen vastgeklemd in een kaal licht aquarium en daarna zeker levend gekookt worden...

We hebben vanavond voor de 2e keer gegeten bij Casa Egito. De eerste keer een paar maanden geleden was een prettige beleving, vandaar dus wederom de keuze hier naartoe te gaan. Ook deze keer was het weer genieten. Bij binnenkomst werden we vriendelijk verwelkomd door de gastheer. Keurig werden onze jassen aangenomen. Daarna bij onze tafel werden we super bediend door een dame en heer. Beide zeer vriendelijk en kundig. Ze vertelden enthousiast over dat wat ze serveerden en hebben duidelijk plezier in hun werk. Dit geeft de beleving een extra positieve ervaring. Het eten was echt fantastisch en we hebben er dan ook volop van genoten. We komen zeker weer terug bij Casa Egito. Een erg fijn restaurant met een prettige sfeer! Een aanrader!

Super. De bediening was weer geweldig. Heel gastvrij. Er was even iets niet zo goed en dat werd fantastisch opgelost. Dikke pluim. Catch of the day was heerlijk, net als de cheesecake. En de wijn.... Wij komen weer terug. Bedankt voor de fijne avond.

Wir waren hier in einer großen Gruppe essen. Der Service war der Gruppengröße nach angemessen. Klar, dass es da mal etwas länger dauert bis alles fertig ist. Das Essen selber - also Vorspeise und Pizza - war top. Nichts daran auszusetzen. Preislich etwas gehobener, aber vom Ambiente und der Essensqualität her angemessen.

Fijn, Attent en voorkomend personeel. Steeds dezelfde bediende bij de tafel. Grapje en humor hadden de obers. Heel prettig. Netjes uitleggen wat je at, het was echt een chique restaurantervaring. Echt fantastische ervaring. Daarnaast overheerlijk eten en als klapper van de avond de tiramisu. Ik heb werkelijk waar niet vaak zo'n heerlijke tiramisu gehad. Echt een aanrader. Het is naast lekker eten, ook een fijne en positieve ervaring. Ik zou zeggen aan de eigenaar: ga zo door en aan iedereen die deze review leest: gaat dat zien en ervaren!

Heerlijk gegeten bij de Italiaan. Bij binnenkomst wordt je vriendelijk onthaald door de chef die vanuit de keuken gedag zegt. Service is uitstekend evenals het eten. Aanrader!

Een paar dagen uitwaaien aan het water. Daar zijn we voor naar Grafhorst gegaan. En uitwaaien werd het zeker, het weer zat niet echt mee. Opzoek naar een goed restaurant hebben we zowel op TripAdvisor gekeken als advies ingewonnen bij de eigenaresse van B&B Ganzendiep, waar wij verbleven. Casa Egito, kwam na een klein onderzoekje uit de bus als één van de toppers in Kampen en omgeving. Casa Egito ligt in het centrum van Kampen. Wanneer je binnenstapt, kom je in een vrij smalle ruimte waar de tafeltjes aan weerszijden staan opgesteld. Achterin het restaurant is een ruimere serre met mooi licht inval en een overdekte binnenplaats. Eerst maar eens een aperitiefje, in de vorm van een Pinot Grigio Blush. De gastheer van de avond kwam met de fles aan tafel en vertelde van alles over deze zacht fruitige rosé. Hij schonk ons een klein beetje in en gaf ons de gelegenheid om de wijn te proeven. Verrassend, want behalve in het hogere segment, zie je dat niet vaak eigenlijk. Een dikke pluspunt. De glazen waren blikkend schoon en netjes gepoleerd. Zelfs het transparante peper en zout stelletje was vrij van vieze vingers. ++ Vooraf, een carpaccio en wat broodjes met huisgemaakte kruidenboter en aioli. En in dat soort dingen proef je net het verschil tussen ‘oké’ en ‘top’. De smaak van de verse kruidjes proef je overduidelijk. Toen de carpaccio geserveerd werd, legde de gastheer precies uit wat er op het bord lag. Hij weet exact wat hij serveert, hoe het bereid is en welke smaken samenkomen. Tegenwoordig wordt er (helaas) bijna bij iedere carpaccio, truffel mayonaise gebruikt. Dat is bij Casa Egito ook zo. Wij waren dan ook een beetje angstig dat de dit overheersende nepgoedje, de carpaccio zou verpesten. Gelukkig was dat niet het geval, de smaken waren subtiel en in balans. Het vlees was van een goede ossenhaas gesneden en dat voel je aan de structuur en dat proef je. Al met al, een hele fijne carpaccio! Voor mij bestond het hoofdgerecht uit een tournedos. Mijn vrouw had een pasta met zalm. De avond erna, (ja we hebben 2 avonden bij Casa Egito gegeten, niet omdat het niet anders kon, maar omdat we zo aangenaam verrast waren). De 2e avond had ik wederom een tournedos en mijn vrouw een zalmmoot. Terug naar de eerste avond. De tournedos was geserveerd op een bedje van geblancheerde groentjes, met een pureetje van gele wortel. Deze hadden van mij iets meer op smaak gemogen, maar de boterzachte bief van 230gram, maakte alles goed. Wat een genot. De pasta was al dente en de zalm rijkelijk aanwezig. De smaak was mooi in balans en de porties waren royaal. Bij de hoofdgerechten werden gebakken aardappelblokjes en rauwkost geserveerd. Het dessert was voor mij een lemon cheesecake en mijn vrouw had crème brûlée. De cheesecake, fantastisch! De crème brûlée,…. Tjah, hier moeten we toch echt even kritisch zijn. De smaak was echt goed, alleen was het te stijf qua consistentie. Een crème brûlée hoort hard van buiten (het suikerkorstje) en zacht van binnen te zijn. De tweede avond had ik een nog mooiere tournedos, wat bijna onmogelijk is en mijn vrouw had een prachtig mooie zalmmoot. Flink van formaat en perfect gegaard. Een tiramisu en vers fruit met een bolletje vanille-ijs, maakte het geheel bijna perfect af. De perfectie zat ‘m in een mooi, heerlijk glaasje limoncello. Resumé, Casa Egito serveert prachtig mooie en eerlijke gerechten, met gevoel voor smaak en compositie. De bediening verstaat hun vak uitermate goed, ze weten wat ze serveren en hoe ze het moeten serveren en de prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed. Een toprestaurant, dank voor de beleving.
