We ate here twice a year ago: Indonesian rice pudding and Chinese rice pudding. Both were delicious. Last night we ordered one Indonesian rice pudding, but unfortunately, we didn't like it. The beef was sour, and everything else was just sweet, a big, flavorless mess. We had the impression that there was a different chef there who had missed his calling.

Great restaurant in Domburg with very friendly and welcoming owners. I'm assuming the Asian lady and gentleman serving there are the same! We always enjoy the Chinese rice table there and have never been disappointed! The German spoken there is excellent, so it's easy to communicate. See you soon!

Really good food. Staff apologised because they didn’t have an English menu but they did spend time translating it for us. Would definitely recommend and we will come back.

Whenever we stay in Domburg, we always stop at the China Garden. After asking for a table twice in vain in the evening, we finally made a reservation. Although there were several free tables, people without reservations were turned away because there was only one chef. We ordered a Chinese rice table. We waited 45 minutes for the starter and probably another 35 minutes for the main course. People kept coming to pick up food, and we felt they received priority service. However, as the evening progressed, those picking up food were informed that the food wouldn't be ready for about 30 minutes. Some guests couldn't get their food until shortly before 10 p.m. We couldn't understand why they couldn't coordinate restaurant and takeaway reservations better. The menu wasn't very extensive. The food was okay, but not outstanding. We remembered the food being better in previous years. The service staff was very friendly, but it couldn't make up for the long waits or the quality of the food.

Cozy restaurant with typical Asian decoration. Service very friendly, very attentive. The food was very good, there are warming plates on the table and you get an extra plate so that the food doesn't cool down too quickly. We recommend the restaurant.

First: Great and friendly team. Always nice and helpful. Ambience is stylishly Asian. Not cheesy. Thoughtful and beautiful. Unfortunately the food disappointed us. We had other expectations and unfortunately these were not met. Unfortunately we didn't like it. Maybe we should have ordered something else from the menu and not a rice table.

Food was good, but the service was subpar. Takeaway food should be ready for pickup at 6 p.m. At 6:25 p.m. we asked politely (!) whether we had been forgotten (also considering the fact that dozens of other meals had been handed out in the meantime). The employee then became extremely rude and personal and brazenly asked us to give us the money back if we didn't have time. Never again.

Accueil glacial ! Apéritif suivi d'un Kroepoek et d'un genre de beignets bien gras. Les plats sont servis dans des gamelles qui me rappelaient mon service militaire et difficile de savoir se qu'on mangeait si on ne parle pas Néerlandais. Je ne recommande pas.

wir waren zwei abende im juni dort essen. wir waren überrascht, alle gerichte waren "TOP" !! ob ente, huhn oder rind dazu gab es nach wahl : gekochten oder gebratenen reis, auf wunsch auch nudeln. auch die preise sehr moderat: zwischen € 17,00 bis 20,00.

Kleines, gemütliches Restaurant mit einer sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Bedienung. Essen a la Carte, leider in Deutschland kaum noch möglich (Buffet), kleine aber feine Speisekarte, ausreichend große Portionen und sehr lecker! Ein sehr schöner Abend 👍 BRAVO

We had the Indonesian rice table - a huge portion, great value for money! Very pleasant service. You should bring some time, we waited a long time for our food. But no problem because of the pleasant atmosphere and the delicious beer! 😉

Food very good, employees friendly. And very nice, dogs are welcome in the back part. The first part is a bit outdated and the chairs are not very comfortable. But good and tasty food is the most important thing. Price/quality is top.

Wow, that was bad. After 1.5 hours of waiting, the food was unfortunately not good: Indonesian platter for 2. Starter substandard and the platters weren't any better. Sorry, there's no tip for that.

We order some last minute take away on Friday night. The food was freshly made, great portion size. We had some spring rolls and fried noodles with chicken. Would recommend, if you want something delicious. Choice of food was also great. We will come again.

Lekker eten, propere grote zaak. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Das Essen fanden wir sehr lecker, wobei am Nachbartisch lautstark über verbranntes bzw. fad gewürztes Essen diskutiert wurde. Preis-Leistung ok. Ambiente ok, nichts Besonderes (Kunstblumen in Vasen mit Wasser 😄). Bedient wurden wir von einem sehr freundlichen, jungen Mann. Es hat wohl alles sehr lange gedauert hat. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht und eine Reservierung ist unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Freundliche Bedienung, Wartezeit betrug jedoch über 1,2 Stunden. Leider waren wir mit Essen nur teilweise zufrieden. Das, was ich bestellte, war nur in ganz kleiner Menge auf dem Teller, stattdessen sehr viel süßes Obst. Der Kellner hatte für die Reklamation keine Notiz genommen. Die Atmosphäre war sehr ruhig, was normalerweise angenehm ist, leider waren wir im hinteren Restaurant Bereich ständigen Toiletten Geräuschen ausgesetzt.

We komen hier al jaren telkens met veel smaak eten. Bijzondere dank aan de heel vriendelijke zaakvoerder die ondanks de drukte zich professioneel over me ontfermde toen ik me even niet lekker voelde. Nog veel succes met jullie hardwerkende team!

Habe hier früher schon öfters lecker gegessen. Nun scheint das Restaurant nur noch unregelmäßig geöffnet zu sein. Ein Anruf bei der Telefon-Nr. lt. Ausgang blieb erfolglos.

Einfach toll. Bei jedem Urlaub in Domburg, ist der China Garden ein Muss.

Trotz vieler Reservierungen hat man noch ein Plätzchen für mich gefunden. Netter und flotter Service. Leckeres Essen.

Jarenlang niet zo lekker chinees meer gegeten , en bediening is ook top, en daarbij voor een nette prijs.

Wij wilden het eten gaan afhalen. Ivm personeelstekort hebben wij ongeveer een uurtje moeten wachten tot het eten klaar was maar het eten was zeer goed en heerlijk! Wegens een langere wachttijd geven wij een 4 sterren.

Über 20 Jahre ist es her seit ich zum ersten Mal hier essen war. Ich finde es ist noch besser geworden.

Immer wieder gerne. Man wird freundlich begrüßt, das Essen ist immer frisch und lecker. Die MA sind immer besorgt um ihre Gäste. Hier speisen wir gerne.

Haben für drei Personen die chinesische Reistafel gewählt. War alles sehr lecker und üppig. Sehr nettes Personal.

Dieses chinesische Restaurant ist brillant! Das Essen (als Beispiel die Peking Ente mit Gemüse) hat super gut geschmeckt und hat ordentlich satt gemacht. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ist chinesisch eingerichtet und verspricht eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Da sollte man auf jeden Fall vorbeischauen. Man kann auch online bestellen und das Essen vorort abholen.

Kommen immer, wenn wir in Domburg sind, hierhin. Tolles Essen, netter Kellner.
