The High Tea was very disappointing. Poor quality cakes and sandwiches. Should be better attention to all the details (i.e. clean plates, spoons, cups) for the high price!

Coffee turned out to be free, because the staff thought we'd had to wait too long. A nice sign of the high level of service they strive for.

Op zich heerlijk terras maar verder dan redelijke sliptong kwamen we niet. Patat met stoofvlees ging gepaard met slappe patat. Stoofvlees was afgemaakt met soort maizena waardoor vrijwel geen vlees met hoop saus en waar het bier gebleven is waar het in gestoofd zou zijn geen idee. (La Trappe dubbel had dit moeten zijn). De tomatensoep had meer weg van opgewarmde tomaten puree. Toetje met cheesecake en verse mango had alles behalve verse mango. Gezien alle recensies gingen we er vol goede moed heen maar dit was wel de laatste keer. Sliptong en 12 uurtje is enige wat we kunnen adviseren

Restaurant on the golf course. Naturally, you'll encounter many golfers in the restaurant. The outdoor area was well-maintained. The food was excellent.

Review edited. I gave 5 stars before but have to go back on this after today. Came here often for lunch. I understand that it is expensive, everything is expensive. However, the service and quality of the food have deteriorated rapidly recently. The service finds it difficult to act hospitable and attentive. I'll skip this one for now!

You think you are in a sports cafe but the food was top quality, this is definitely in my top 3 restaurants when it comes to food, just a shame about the presentation, it is not as fancy as they show on the website, but the taste is a big 10, I recommend the meat

The food is excellent and well prepared, the service is adequate and friendly. The restaurant does have a high golf content.

Do not eat raspberry cheesecake, it is dried out. I got a new piece, but just as bad. It has probably been in the refrigerated display case for too long. Shame! Coffee, atmosphere and service are good.

This place is awesome... first the food, it is delicious, not skimpy with ingredients and the presentaties is beautiful. The service staff is attentive, friendly and not pushy. And ... yes it is a restaurant at a golf course, but the quality food and service way outperform that big time.

Very surprising. Didn't know it was a hotel/restaurant affiliated with/with a golf course. That obviously gives a different audience than a bistro, but no less pleasant. Just fun. As a ministry, there are young people walking around doing their utmost to please people. Nothing wrong with that at all. We sat outside on the terrace, which was nice and it has a nice garden with a water. Twelve hours and (baked) goat's cheese salad were excellent. You have to be lucky to find parking close by, otherwise it is a bit of a walk from a parking lot. All in all, a place to remember, even if you are planning to celebrate or throw a party. A discovery 🤗

After 9 holes we had a bite to eat with the four of us. Just, as you often do. But how we enjoyed the excellent food! The burger is particularly tasty, the chicken satay is excellent and the pan of mussels is delicious. Add to that the super friendly service and the delicious wine and we will definitely come back!!

Actually just had a drink and ate a portion of bitterballen at about half past five. They were very tasty, I looked at the menu and it looked good, so I will definitely go back.

Nice location, food was fine but very small sandwiches for the money, beef sausage sandwich was on a very small emperor bun, the menu had onions but they had forgotten them, we asked the waitress for it and she would bring it but after waiting 10 minutes I ate the sandwich without onions

The environment is cozy and informal, but for my taste it has a bit too much of a canteen feel. Food is well taken care of, the starter dish (salmon) is too generous. Main course was beautifully served and tasted good. Dessert, choice of 2 I find a bit tight. Fortunately, there is also a carousel with pastries. The service is smooth and pleasant, special requests such as separate gravy and a chocolate with coffee were no problem, compliments! Tip: indicate more clearly where the bicycle can be parked/charged. I couldn't find a bicycle shed.

After a round of golf, sit outside on the terrace while enjoying a cappuccino with a pastry made by the kitchen. Wide choice, looked too good to pass up.

Enjoyed a delicious drink again yesterday. Had a high tea here before. It's a pleasure every time. Top shelf level. You can really taste that everything comes from your own kitchen. (and that there is a good chef at the helm.)

Had lunch today with 5 people. Started well, ordered sateh and sandwiches. Looked good and was tasty too. 1 person ordered an egg roll with ham/cheese and fries. Omelet with bacon was served. This bouncer had the wrong toppings and was also completely burnt at the bottom. Requested and received a new bouncer. This time with the right toppings, but even blacker on the bottom. Waitress called again. Finally ordered a hamburger, without fries because we already had them. When the hamburger arrived, of course everyone had already finished eating. It was difficult to say sorry, the fries were just on the bill (4.50), while they were included with the hamburger. The question has all tasted, is of course not really appropriate. No, we do not recommend this restaurant.

Wij hebben ons laten verrassen en dat is ons ontzettend goed bevallen. Later hebben we nog een keer een high wine gedaan en ook dat was helemaal goed. Heerlijk terras!! En echt niet alleen maar kakkers :P)

Spontaneously settled here for our very first visit to De Zeeger. A pleasant terrace with a beautiful view over the grounds. Spontaneous and hospitable greeting from the staff. Opted for the delicious sea bass and pork tenderloin for dinner. Successful first visit.

Gastvrij onthaal, prachtig terras in een bloemenweelde, mooie frisse Verdejo en wat een herrlijk eten. Wat is er mooier om na een snikhete dag daar te eten? Mijn vrouw had een poke bowl met zalm, een verwenreisje langs gevarieerde smaken. Ik had een perfecte steak tartaar. Tweede ronde een gebruleerde geitenkaas salade met rucola en honing. Voor mij langzaam gegaarde procureur in saus en roer gebakken groente. Ouderwets maar heel origineel en o zo zacht. Minpuntje: de frites waren prima, maar ze proefden als dubbelgezouten. Bij het vlees een glas Grenache, maar vanwege het weer moest er IJs aan te pas komen om te koelen. Geen moeite was de gastheer teveel. De Rueda verdejo was verfrissend en heel betaalbaar (€21,50). Een prima koffie toe besloot dit feestje. De omgeving van de golfbaan is prachtig. En de vrijwillers-dames van de golfclub hebben bij het terras een weelderige bloementuin gemaakt. Wat ons betreft: topmaaltijd in een heerlijke omgeving. Iedereen is welkom, goed betaalbaar voor deze kwaliteit (we rekenden €87 af). Aanbevolen!

Good service in a beautiful environment. There was nothing to complain about the food and drinks. Parking spaces at the restaurant for the board only. No management present because the parking spaces were not occupied. So take a short walk in bad weather.

Everything's all right. Tasty burger 🍔. Lots of people having lunch who are playing golf on the surrounding courses. I was there a second time, there's no reason.

Enjoyed a 5-course surprise menu. Accompanied with a wine arrangement that tasted great and served with enthusiasm. Carpacio of venison steak, candied salmon, duck breast with liver, boar steak and delicious dessert.

Wat jammer dat de kok Leroy niet open staat voor feedback. De bitterballen en kaas stengels dropen van het vet. Maar volgens hem gebruikte ze al jaren dezelfde producten. Hij was ook niet van plan om er iets aan te doen. Blijkbaar is hij zich niet bewust dat de versheid van het frituurvet , de temperatuur van invloed kan zijn op de kwaliteit. Ik vind het niet normaal dat bij een bitterbal of kaasstengel het vet van je vingers druipt. Niet echt klantvriendelijk!

Als Alphense wilde we eens een keer ergens eten waar we nog niet eerder geweest waren, zodoende kwamen we bij restaurant de Zeeger terecht. We hebben genoten van een fantastische dis. Het 3 gangen verassingsmenu was heerlijk en ook de begeleidende wijn top! Alles werd duidelijk met veel plezier en aandacht bereid. Dus zeker aan te raden om eens hier aan te schuiven. Laat het feit dat het restaurant bij de golfbaan ligt je niet tegen houden, iedereen is welkom.

Because all catering establishments are closed due to Covid19 and we saw this offer in a newspaper, we picked up this High Tea box and enjoyed it at home! The products were super fresh and the fresh teas were very popular. So worth repeating! And as soon as the catering industry is allowed to open again, we will definitely come for a bite to eat! What a wonderful thing to be surprised by chef Robert every time. Been 4 times now and the creativity shines through. We are also extremely satisfied with the nice service. After the takeover of chef Robert, it has become 100%. A surprising menu with every season and the passion for cooking and service. That's great here, Skumkoppe from Texel. Just on tap. Nice restaurant with delicious bistro dishes. Spareribs are prepared on the smoker and are wonderfully tender and deliciously marinated. Various special beers on tap complete the experience. Great service that simply adjusts things to your preference. Definitely worth it! The only tip is that they should indicate better where it is...

Yesterday we ate at the golf course for a change. Had a sandwich as an appetizer which was delicious. Unfortunately the main courses were disappointing. The satay was very bland and the beautiful piece of picanha was very salty and lacked the nice smoky flavor that you expect and hope to taste. The beer and wine list here is fantastic, beautiful restaurant, nice location, nicely laid out plates, delicious fries, but in terms of main courses, for me, still far from perfect.
