Very helpful staff. We arrived unannounced with 8 people to have a drink. That was no problem. Tables were immediately moved so that we could all sit together. 1 downside, with the snacks there was nothing available that was gluten-free so 1 person at the table could not snack. But nice terrace with places in the sun and shade!

Enjoyed a delicious high tea this afternoon with children and grandchildren. Delicious fresh dishes from savory to sweet and very friendly, warm-hearted people.

What a nice, cozy and good restaurant this is. Upon entering we are kindly greeted by all the staff. After an amuse bouche we start with scallops and Dutch shrimps. Delicious. We then get a leek soup in between, followed by our main course, a super tender tournedos. I haven't had such a tender and tasty piece of meat in a long time. (compliments to the chef) For dessert, have an old-fashioned sorbet followed by a nice cup of coffee. I asked for a flat white coffee (double espresso with frothed milk) and came back to say that she actually didn't know this one but wanted to try it. Well and with success because it turned out great. The staff really do their best and are super friendly. They will definitely see us again.

When we made a reservation for this evening, we were greeted promptly. The welcome was warm and cordial. The tables were neatly arranged and the toilets were certainly very clean. In short, the scampi, tournedos and bavette were very good and excellently prepared. And not to forget the dessert was delicious and top quality! They also had a "crooks plate" for the little guests. Tonight we had dinner at Vivre, what a nice place, you immediately feel welcome, very friendly service, and the food is as beautiful as it looks, art on a plate, and really tasty. The tournedos were so tender, they deserve a big 10. We would love to eat here again. I would really recommend it to everyone👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

A wonderful sultry evening on a cozy terrace with dishes that stimulate your taste buds, a class of wine, super nice staff and a ending with a perfectly made espresso and a top Grappa.

Full terrace with nice weather, iced coffee is not a success because it was with large ice cubes, tip! From now on, please blend ice cubes. The Dame Blanche scores 7.5 and is delicious. Service still has a lot to learn, we noticed, but remained friendly after reporting that the cola brought was not zero and the iced coffee was not with blended/scrubbed ice. And without being asked, she came with the bill... did we have to leave?

Simply fantastic! A lot of attention is paid to the presentation of the dishes and they are of high quality. You can really feel comfortable here, everything is in order! We will definitely come back again.

February 23, 2024 we had dinner at Vivre in Rucphen. This restaurant is located in the old town hall in the center of Rucphen. The interior is warm and attractive, the owners welcome you warmly and friendly upon arrival. The quality of the dishes and their presentation are of high quality. The glasses are neatly monitored and refilled at exactly the right pace on demand. I understand that the son of the owners is in the kitchen and he knows his trade. I had the ribs Vivre as an appetizer. A boneless version of spare ribs and highly recommended. This is slowly cooked spare ribs, fried sauerkraut, elderflower pearls, white pears and piccalilli cream. However, everything is just as tasty in a nice atmosphere. We hope to have lunch or dinner at Vivre often.

Last Sunday we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with a walking dinner. Everything was great. Our guests and we simply enjoyed the excellent food and the great service.

Kleine ijssalon op handige locatie in het centrum van Rucphen, ideaal om even te stoppen na een rondje wandelen.

Lekker thee met een appeltaartje genomen. Was heerlijk. Personeel is aardig. Buiten zit je heerlijk, binnen ook, maar het interieur is niet mijn smaak, te chic.

Mooi restaurant waar het personeel ontspannen oogt en zo een fijne sfeer neerzet. Het was druk maar je zit niet op elkaar. Het eten was wat je ervan verwacht. Heerlijk.

Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en gezellig. Dagmenu op maandag en dinsdag is een aanrader.

Heerlijke lunch met de Pasen: mooi gerecht van heerlijke zalm op een Italiaanse bol met lekkere bijpassende wij. Lekker zitten met leuke bediening. We kijken nu al weer uit naar het diner (de reservering is al gedaan). Diner was ook SUPER. Eerst een heerlijke bisque en daarna een heerlijke pasta Gamba.

Wat een verrukkelijke lunch!!! Vooraf hadden we een tomatensoep en uiensoep besteld, als “hoofdgerecht” een groente omelet en uitsmijter spek. Het bruine brood was heerlijk, nog nooit zoveel uitgebakken spek bij een uitsmijter gehad! Er zat ook een kleine salade bij de omelet en uitsmijter. Bediening is super vriendelijk, sfeervol restaurant en fijne achtergrondmuziek. Echt een aanrader!

Stom toevallig hier terecht gekomen. De ingang zit wat verstopt. Maar wat hebben we hier lekker geluncht. Beide een omelet de luxe genomen. En we kunnen die je zeker aanraden. Ook de bediening is super netjes. We komen zeker nog eens een keertje terug!

Mwhah vind de prijs wat duur Smaak kan ook veel beter want veel smaak zit er niet aan .. Ik ben laatst bij een ander ijssalon in de buurt geweest en wat net zoveel kwijt voor 3 x zoveel in prijs en smaak beetje jammer ..daarentegen was de bediening vriendelijk maar moet eerlijk zijn ijs kan zoveel beter zeker voor 1,50 voor een bakje wat dan voor een kwart vol is...

Hele goede en heerlijke gerechten, altijd tot in de puntjes verzorgd! Zeer vriendelijke bediening, een echte aanrader!

Lekker gegeten, attent personeel

Prima eten en was heel erg lekker. Het kon soms even duren voordat het eten kwam maar voor de rest was alles goed

Wat een gastvrij, warm bad kregen wij toen we zonder reserveren en midden in de switch tussen afronden van de lunch en klaarmaken voor diner een ijsje wilden eten! Er was plaats voor een persoonlijk gesprekje met de gastvrouw, de bediening was snel en vriendelijk. De warme chocomel, die door de 6-jarige te warm werd gevonden (geduld is moeilijk!), werd gewoon in de koelkast gezet en op drinktemperatuur teruggebracht. :) Crème brulee en ijs met warme kersen waren heerlijk, de kinderijsjes ('petit peu' op de kaart) gezellig aangekleed! Wij komen hier zeker terug, spijt dat we Vivre niet eerder hebben ontdekt! Oh, en de aankleding van het restaurant: wauw!!

Een ontzettend gezellig restaurant met een grote variatie aan gerechten op het menu. De porties zijn goed en tussen de gangen worden kleine gerechtjes geserveerd. Een absolute aanrader!

Gisteren kerstlunch gehad hier. In één woord geweldig. Heerlijk gegeten. Mooie producten en goed bereid. Het was sfeervol, de bediening was super attent en vriendelijk. We hebben enorm genoten, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!
