The food was super tasty, nothing to complain about. Only the toilet visit is a bit weird; going up a narrow staircase upstairs that is dirty and the toilet is also dirty, that could be improved.

Had a wonderful evening. A relaxed dinner with 7 people. Friendly welcome and good service. Dishes arrive at a good pace. Everything is super fresh and of good quality. It is a treat to dine here.

Delicious Chinese dishes, we eat there regularly. Takeaway is also available.

Really good food with good ingredients. Great service. Maybe some of the best Asian food we've ever had. We ate 2 nights in a row and tried different dishes. Great that they have the option of smaller portions (tapas) so you could order more dishes to try

We spontaneously decided to eat here one evening. We didn't feel very welcome in the restaurant, as we were quite obviously tourists. The other tables received much warmer service. The food itself was okay and tasty, but the presentation of the tapas portions left much to be desired. The main course was beautifully presented, but the small portion was just slapped onto the plate with a small bowl of sauce. The portions at the next table were the same size and also presented nicely. Again, there was a clear distinction made between the staff and the locals. When ordering dessert, we were accidentally given the wrong menu. It advertised the possibility of a multi-course meal. I find it unacceptable that a restaurant has two menus with different contents. So, we certainly won't be returning there.

Via Tripadvisor hier terecht gekomen. Terras zat helemaal vol maar gelukkig was er nog een tafeltje vrij. Het eten bestaat eigenlijk als allemaal losse gerechten, maar wij hadden het als voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht samengesteld. Als voorgerecht hadden wij sate en dim sum genomen, erg smakelijk. Als hoofdgerecht nasi, paksoy, spare ribs (heel erg lekker) en vis. We hebben heerlijk gegeten!

We went in for a drink. Everyone else seemed to get lovely service but we were not made to feel welcome. Understand it’s a restaurant, I’m sure the food is lovely but we did not enjoy the experience.

Delicious food! Everything tastes great and it looks beautiful, not much frills, just peace on your plate and good food. We will definitely come back.

My experience is mainly with takeout at Jimmy Garden. The restaurant looks cozy, with the option to eat on the terrace. The menu is different for takeout than in the store restaurant. However, the takeaway menu is already of a high standard, which promises something in the restaurant. I'm going to take Jimmy to a restaurant and report back. Keep you posted.

They don't serve drinking water to those who don't order wine. Seeing this for the first time. However, the food was good (Mango chicken, fried rice, spicy chicken). I hope they change the policy on offering normal tap drinking water to customers. Thanks

My husband's meal was very good, I had the crispy fried chicken with mango. Hard, dry and 1 bowl of mango sauce included. Boring and unimaginatively cooked. I wouldn't order again.

Ate in the restaurant for the first time after a bad experience with takeaway meals many years ago. Nice decoration of the restaurant, cozy atmosphere. Good service, looks very neat and is customer friendly. Two small dishes were chosen: soup with seafood and tenderloin strips with black bean sauce. (Mihoen and nasi as a side dish.) Both delicious! Pleasantly surprised! Left with two dishes, otherwise there would be no room for dessert. I was very curious about that, because I was quite impressed with the previous dishes. What a downer that dessert... Came straight from Vomar... frozen lava cake, ice cream and whipped cream and a few fruits..... and that for 10 euros! I didn't expect them to dare to do that..... Again, I will definitely go back for the other dishes, but then I will have dessert elsewhere.

The food is very tasty. The waiting times between courses are far too long. Apparently the kitchen can't handle it. Shame. Won't be back anytime soon.

Ordered to pick up and the order was incorrect, the young woman at the counter had a very difficult time redoing it and I felt like I was being treated as a liar looked at it, but gave her mistake and price difference back, oh well, this was my last visit, I was never treated like that there, yuck

Dit restaurant heeft geweldige service, we zijn hier nu een aantal keer geweest en de eigenaar maakt altijd een praatje met ons. Hij onthoud zelfs onze bestellingen van de keer eevoor en reserveert zelfs zijn laatste lava cake voor ons!

Altijd weer een feestje om hier te eten! Heerlijke gerechtjes en er valt telkens iets te kiezen wat je nog niet eerder geproefd hebt. Ook met een groep komen de gerechten vlot op tafel. De service is altijd super.

Leuke plek met een huiselijke sfeer. Gerechten zijn lekker maar een beetje weinig voor dat geld :) We hebben een 5-gangen diner gehad maar aan het eind van de rondes had ik nog wat ruimte vrij in mijn maag. Verder prima restaurant 👌

Weer heerlijk gegeten. Goede en vlotte bediening. Een minpunt en aandachtspunt bij de verbouwing: toiletten verplaatsen naar begane grond. Slecht toegankelijk voor invaliden.

Als je echt lekker wilt eten moet je dit restaurant een proberen, Heerlijk eten en eens geweldig crew

Verschiedene Gerichte probiert, alles gut. Außenterrasse.

Leuke locatie kan leuk op het terras zitten. Maar wel reserveren. Helaas duurde het erg lang . Je kiest wat gerechten en daarna kan je dan weer wat kiezen. De tijd er tussen is erg lang. Dat maakte het voor ons er minder.

Menu van de chef voor 6 personen biedt veel diversiteit. Met dieet wensen werd ook goed rekening gehouden. Heerlijke avond

Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk gegeten. Bezoekers soms lawaaierig. Het "tapaz" concept is duurder tov een Wok " all you can eat" restaurant.

Als we in Edam zijn.... en dat zijn we veel dan eten we heel vaak hier een hapje. Perfecte plek, super lekker en "gewoon" gezellig!

Na weken van 2x per week op het terras zitten bij ons favoriete restaurant nu een weekje "cold turkey". Moeilijk, we houden vol, is bijna niet te doen. Wat een heerlijk restaurant. Dank je wel voor alle goede zorgen!

Das Lokal war draußen und drinnen rappelvoll. Nach dem Essen war uns klar warum. Alles war super und ich würde immer wieder hingehen wenn ich in der Nähe bin.

Stelt nooit teleur. Alle gerechten zijn top. Enige minpunt is dat je daardoor geen keuze kunt maken ;-)

Lekker eten, vriendelijke bediening

We missed our bus stop and got off at the end of the line. Restaurant Jimmy is across the street. We only had drinks. A diet coke and whiskey on the rocks. Service at Restaurant Jimmy was excellent, friendly and the dining room was clean and ready for dinner. I highly recommend Restaurant Jimmy.

Chinees maar dan anders! Heerlijke verse gerechten. Aanrader als je even 2 tot 3 uur relaxed wil lunchen of dineren.

Keuze uit allemaal kleine hapjes, zodat je van alles kunt proberen. Ik kom hier geregeld en mijn lievelingsgerechten zijn de bulgogi beef en ossenhaas in terriyaki saus. Ook hebben ze hele lekker desserts. Altijd super lekker en je hoeft nooit lang te wachten op je eten. Ook is het personeel super beleefd en erg aardig. Als je overweegt hier te eten met vrienden,familie of je partner ben je hier zeker op het goede adres. Kom je voor het eerst? Dan zal het zeker niet je laatste keer zijn. Een echte aanrader!!!!

Het beste Chinese restaurant van Edam-Volendam!

Men serveert hier "Asian Fusion" gerechten. Je herkent de Chinese, Indonesische, Vietnamese, etc. keuken, maar hier zijn ze doorgaans meer verfijnd bereid. Concept .. maaltijd samenstellen uit een brede kaart met kleine gerechten. Alles redelijk geprijsd. Bediening vlot en vriendelijk. Altijd lekker eten bij Jimmy! Maar één nadeel aan dit restaurant .. de akoestiek is en blijft beroerd. Het terras zomers biedt geen soelaas, want ligt bij een druk en lawaaiig busstation. Dus oordopjes in, lawaai negeren en heerlijk eten hier.
