We went for dinner on our wedding anniversary. We started with bubbles and ended with tea/coffee, followed by a surprise menu. Laura was wonderfully thoughtful and even made a delicious cocktail without (added) sugar. It was quite an experience. So nice that you get to take the menu home with you afterward.

It's a bit pricey, but I'm happy to pay for quality. Everything is perfect. The service, the wine, the food, and the service. The food was excellent, perfectly cooked. Inspiring!

We had our lunch with 4 courses in Restaurant NOIS, and all in all it was definitely an awesome experience. Every course we tasted was quite delicious. What made this experience is a 5-star-experience is not just the fact that they were super delicious, but also the technical novelty which brought sharp changes in flavour in every bite of the meal. It was one of us birthday, and we let the restaurant know about that while making the reservation. I was expecting to order just a desert with candles on it. But they surprised us with not just a cake that he can make a wish, but also a little gift from them. That made the experience totally special for us. Definitely recommended!

What a unique atmosphere! That's perhaps the best way to describe this restaurant. We regularly eat out, but after our visit to NOIS, our top three favorite restaurants have been significantly shaken up. We had such a delicious meal here! The staff is incredibly friendly—a real plus—and the food? Heavenly. The only downside: the reservation fee can be a bit intimidating at first. But honestly, given the prime location and the limited space, it's understandable. And as soon as the first delicious dish arrives, you'll forget about it. Two years ago, we "accidentally" walked into this restaurant and were already blown away by the high level of culinary skill of the (young) kitchen staff, the incredible wine and food expertise of the owner/sommelier/flavorist, and the top-notch service. This time, the experience was certainly just as good. Our "neighbors" at the table next to us had dined at De Librije a year ago and were proud to say that the quality and experience at Noïs were on par. Michelin may not have discovered this restaurant yet, but thankfully, we have. What a gem.

The food was excellent again. They're very accommodating to allergies and food preferences. (Although you shouldn't be too picky yourself; they're always open to surprises.) It's always a treat to eat there!

This was our third time dining at Noïs. Once again, it was an evening filled with delicious dishes. This time, they also offered non-alcoholic drinks with each meal. They were delicious! Perfectly matched, as were the accompanying wines. We'd love to return.

It had been a while since I had eaten at NOIS, just after the corona lockdown we let the reins go with a few friends. I remember that I was not particularly enthusiastic then. Tonight was different, the amuses started well and had tasty and pronounced flavors. Afterwards all dishes were top notch and the wines as well, each dish was carefully composed and had good taste refinement over several layers. Exactly the right complexity and cooking. A special contrast with my fine dining experience last Saturday where nothing stood out and the food was mainly flat and boring. Good job, I will definitely come back again!

A fantastic experience where you are enchanted by an unprecedented taste sensation with every dish. This also applies to the (matching) wines. Even for those who do not want to drink alcohol, there is a matching mocktail, a delicious cup of tea or another surprise, which will blow you away time and time again with the specific aromas.

Every course is a real feast for your eyes and mouth. Fortunately, no choice stress here. The menu is balanced and selected for you. In one word FANTASTIC! Already reserved to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with kids in November. But in between we will definitely come by again.

Once again we had a fantastic evening at Noïs. We tasted delicious culinary experiences and received great service from Laura and her team. The food was great, the wines were a perfect match and the staff was super attentive. Extra compliment for the steak tartare of bavette with a hollandaise of langoustines. What a delicious combination that was. A small but very nice example of service. We had ordered coffee, but I had left the table for a toilet visit and a chat with the chef. My table companion was enjoying a cup of coffee, but my coffee had already been taken away. I got a fresh one the moment I sat down again. These are the kinds of things that make staying here a truly wonderful experience.

Rarely have you had such a refined and tasteful dinner! Here we work in the kitchen with a lot of passion, knowledge and experience; you notice that clearly. You notice in everything that passion predominates here. If you are still in doubt: don't do it! This is a top restaurant!

For a weekend in Zwolle, I quickly looked at Google and thoughtlessly reserved a restaurant with a 4.7, close to the hotel. Long story short: what a great restaurant! Perfect service, delicious, surprising dishes and wine, and good music in the background. I'll be back here soon and promise to dress a bit nicer, this exceeded all my expectations!

About a month ago I was here with my boyfriend and we are still picking it up. Just yesterday with friends we were talking about the food and the fact that we didn't have to refill our own water glasses once all evening. The service is really on another level. Just like the food, ohhh that was so good. Complex flavors and surprising ingredients. But for those who have doubts, the flavors still remained very accessible.

It really couldn't be better, so why not 5 stars for atmosphere? I thought the music was a bit too dominant, but I think I was also sitting next to the subwoofer. but it was otherwise great. We had a great experience at Noïs. Were received politely and correctly and were served quickly with something in advance. The service was civil and attentive. The explanation of the dishes is very complete. The sommelier knew exactly which drink and why were the tastiest from the menu items. All positive of course, up to and including the casual chat with the chef/owner, but what made the most impression was the menu that the chefs had prepared. We were completely surprised every time by what we tasted. A great experience every time! It is incomprehensible to us that this restaurant does not have a Michelin star. At least they'll get one from us, a very shiny one. If you have any doubts, go there yourself and be convinced.

Food was fantastic. Unfortunately, there are a few downsides that weigh more heavily for me if you spend € 340 with 2 people: - Beautiful and tasty wines, including an explanation of where the wine comes from, but the explanation lacked why it would go well with the dish. - The friandises/chocolates/bonbons with the coffee are included in the bill; 5 pieces total almost 10 euros. In my opinion, it detracts from the experience. Just add a few and then pay extra if you want even more. At a price of €340 (€90 per person for the menu), those few chocolates are just part of it. I think then. - Service was too businesslike. Little personal touch, warmth or enthusiasm. It was ok, but nothing special. I've had more fun at other restaurants. Makes the evening. All in all it was really tasty, but I've had better for this amount. And especially in terms of service.

Spontaneously ended up at this restaurant with colleagues, Upon entering, our coats were taken and we were seated. To start with, we were welcomed with bubbles, 3 types including champagne. During the bubbles we were offered 3 experiences, 1 of 5, 1 of 7 and 1 of 9 experiences.. we opted for the 5 experiences. Every experience includes a matching wine that we did not choose. There is no menu here so you have no idea what you are getting. I can say what comes to the table is truly an experience. The hostess explains what each dish is and which ingredients are used in which dish. It is very different and special and above all very tasty. Together with my friend, I was completely pampered by team NOïS. When the first appetizers were served, we knew it was going to be a successful evening! What a party. Flavors from all over the world that are simplified into culinary dishes with an eye for detail. The hostesses know exactly how to fulfill our needs, silently and with an eye for detail they make the evening complete. We will come again very soon!

What an experience! I can already give the reception 5 stars, very correct and yet with wonderful light-hearted humor. The restaurant has a very welcome, playful and warm atmosphere. And not just the restaurant! The Noïs team is very passionate and is happy to convey this passion in a very personal way. Questions are answered in detail and sometimes we forgot that we were in a restaurant. And I haven't even mentioned the sublime dishes that were served! Each one is an experience, a sensation and full of surprises. The wines added an extra dimension but were also a real pleasure in themselves. A handwritten thank you note on the back of the note, which is worth saving for, made everything a big 5 stars. Noïs is a pearl in gastronomy, and that in our Zwolle!

Abnormally good, a real gem in the center of Zwolle. Super relaxed and friendly atmosphere, great food and super creative dishes. The 9 course is highly recommended, you really get value for your money and it is a perfect amount. The alcohol-free alternatives to wine that they offer are also out of this world! A Brussels sprout has been transformed into a true delicacy and I hardly dare to take the last bite of the catfish because I know it is gone. Visit restaurant NOÏS: as a former reporter for the LEKKER magazine, I was surprised that this beautiful, cozy restaurant in Zwolle is not mentioned in the guide. Is it perhaps because you have to pay €70.00 per person reservation fee? (you will of course get it back, no problem). Still water €5.00 per bottle, which is not necessary for us and is a shame. But that was also the only blemish. Everything we ate in our seven-course experience dinner was surprisingly presented and highly flavoured. The wine and food combination was perfect, it couldn't be better! The service exudes a lot of knowledge and is certainly not standard (for example, they regularly come and sit intimately at your table). The chef (also an excellent catering teacher at Deltion College) occasionally comes to the table to explain dishes. The catering passion and experience shine through. Last night my husband and I went to Noïs for the second time. It was another amazing experience. You enter an attractive room where a delicious aperitif was served at short notice. Nice to see that Vincent and Laura also have their own creative input. We also received a delicious artichoke with hummus to start the evening. 7 experiences seemed like a good choice to us, although afterwards we regretted not going for the 9 experiences. The whole evening is an experience. The atmosphere, the crockery, the cutlery, the stories that accompany the dishes and the wine provide great pleasure for every course. The creativity of the kitchen team is so good. Every course was a surprise, accompanied by a perfectly served wine. It's also nice to see how Vincent and Laura keep up with current trends by offering the option of a mini crompouche with coffee, among other things. All in all, an evening with a golden edge! 😍

Delicious food and good wines! Good main course and very tasty dessert! Friendly service but really slow. 5 courses took us 5 hours. Sommelier was chatting with acquaintances in the middle of the evening while we had no wine.
