We come here regularly and it is always great! Highly recommended in Venray. Tasty food and very friendly service.

Delicious sushi. Super sweet waitresses. What I do find a pity is that you have to pay extra for some dishes. And that you can only choose 2 desserts without paying extra. That is the only thing I find a pity. Otherwise, a beautiful restaurant and very friendly people.

The food is good, but the decor is not that spectacular.

We eat at these kinds of restaurants all over the Netherlands, but this one is number 1 for us!! We are from North Holland ourselves, where there are a lot of these types of restaurants. All the dishes you order are super flavorful, the drinks are nice and cold, the service is friendly; I really can't imagine why people would write a mediocre review. They get a solid 10 from us!!!

Personally, I think it is getting worse and worse. The staff doesn't indicate what is being served; the squid rings were fake, the salmon salad had a small piece of salmon, and the chicken salad had a lot of dough around the chicken and minimal chicken, and so on. A shame.

Had a delicious meal for a good price

I had the 11.00 wok box; it was very tasty. I ordered it via Thuisbezorgd. The only downside was that there were no spices or sauce with the noodles; there was only vegetables in it. It would have been a bit tastier with a sauce. The delivery was very good and very fast too.

We said years ago that this restaurant wouldn't be our preferred place to go again, but because our favorite restaurant was closed for vacation, we thought we'd give it a try after all these years. But it's still not our thing; all the points we thought "meh" back then are still the same now. The sushi was sticky; it didn't seem to be fresh sushi. Limited choice of dishes. The drinks weren't cold; lukewarm cola isn't really tasty. A wilted rose on the table was a bit sad. It was also just a little too warm in the restaurant. There were seven tables occupied on a Saturday night. So, unfortunately, it's not worth repeating for us. What was good, however, was the service: super fast and super polite.

There is a bit less choice on the menu, but the dishes were very good. Also, big compliments to the young ladies serving. Normally at all-you-can-eat places, they just throw the dishes on the table without saying a word, but not here; the ladies were friendly and attentive, very good service! The decor could be different; it isn't very cozy, but otherwise everything was top-notch!

Ordered a beef and shrimp pokebowl. Large bowl... almost full of dry rice... so much rice🙈 pieces of beef could be counted on one hand. 2 large shrimp... you pay 16 euros for that🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 I immediately sent them photos of the pokebowl... they read everything... but no response... The next day I went to check if they had responded... no... I'm blocked on Facebook. I called... spoke to the owner... no... it was a lie. it was good... she was so incredibly angry that I had posted a bad review... she also told me that she had me on speakerphone... so the customers could hear the conversation... they hadn't done anything wrong... in the photo you can see how much sticky rice was left... I had already eaten the topping with rice. So some rice has already been taken out. Tip...fresh pokebowl at Plus on Tuesdays for €9.00, super delicious!!!

The food was delicious. The sushi and the meat were all very good. I didn't understand why you had to pay extra for the desserts (€1). But the biggest improvement is the all-you-can-eat option. You can order 3 dishes per person for 15 minutes, which is 2.5 hours. So, a maximum of 30 dishes. That's not really all-you-can-eat. Many other sushi restaurants with this concept use 5 dishes. I would personally change that. But all in all, the price is good, the quality is good. And the variety is good too. 4/5 ****

First time here, but definitely worth coming back. Very good food and not too expensive. Good and friendly service.

I placed one order. I placed it at 3:40 PM and it was delivered at 5:40 PM (the delivery time in the app was 35 minutes). When I called, they said the order would arrive within five to ten minutes. The courier held the order. There was no apology or warning about the delay. I gave this company several chances, but after previous reviews, they didn't reach any conclusions or resolve the issue. It's impossible to plan ahead with staff like that, because unknown delays leave you either without plans or hungry. I have no intention of ordering from them ever again!

Delicious food. Good, friendly service in the restaurant. Excellent value for money. Plenty of choice on the menu. 2.5 hours of all-you-can-eat service is more than enough time. Ordering food via QR code works well. Tip: also include the dish number with the items you've ordered. This makes it easier to see which dishes you've already ordered. The downside of ordering via QR code is that you always need your phone. Not so convenient if you want to eat without a screen, as you're tempted to keep checking your apps and such.

The food is good, both in-house and with delivery. Good value for money. Delivery, however, is terrible; it often arrives at least (!) half an hour later than ordered, without any information or apology.

IF I order poke bowl online they always forget masago (caviar) if I don’t remind them in remarks. With btw is very convenient for them because it is cheaper. I do not recommend at all

We had a wonderful meal and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere at Shusui Venray. The food was incredibly fresh, carefully prepared with surprising flavors. There was plenty of choice. The service was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful meal, delicious sushi, and wonderful salmon, etc. The only complaint is that the tenderloin could be a bit warmer, but despite that, they're still delicious. The ice cream is also delicious, better than at other sushi restaurants we're used to.

The quality is somewhat variable. The Shu Chi is always delicious, but on the combination menu, the dishes sometimes taste great and other times are much less so. With a bit more consistency, it would be perfect.

Very good restaurant, delicious, fast service I recommend

We were in a nice, quiet sushi restaurant nearby and ended up there. We are real sushi lovers and even here we were amazed at how delicious it was. Lovely, spacious restaurant, food is good, easy and clear concept, friendly service, really great. 1.5 hours from home, but I know where I'll eat when I'm in the area again!

At Restaurant Shusui, the food was excellent, although the selection is somewhat limited compared to other sushi restaurants. It was incredibly busy when we were there, which created a noisy atmosphere and long wait times. We sometimes had to wait a while for our food, but after we informed the staff, they quickly responded and everything arrived promptly. All in all, a reasonable experience, but not ideal at a busy time.

I was waiting 1,5 h for the delivery. The delivery person didn't apologize for the delay. The food was sadly disgusting, because it was too salty, salty af to the point it was inedible! Is this some kind of a joke on April Fools or are you not checking the food when you make it?!

Food was delicious, of course nice and simple sushi I had to wait an hour for my food (there was no apology or anything like that when I spoke to the waiter about this), so I canceled the food because we only had 20 minutes left and had already ordered the desserts. Less than 10 minutes later (an hour and 10 minutes) the food from 3 rounds arrived; let them all go back. Staff really can't find a word for it. At the end of the evening we had to pay the full price even though we could not even use the full time! Please find a solution with the owner

The food was delicious. But it took an awfully long time to get your food. To such an extent that it made the whole dining experience a lot less enjoyable. In the end I didn't even want to wait for dessert anymore Shame.

I regularly order a wok box from Shusui. Love them and they are delivered quickly to your home. I do this out of convenience and lack of time between activities. Love the Udon with seafood and gon bao sauce.

The crème brulee layer tasted bitter and everything was dipped in some kind of soy sauce, which made everything taste salty. The staff is great...if only the food was like that.

Below average food quality, incompetent staff, atmosphereless and messy. At checkout I was asked if everything had been satisfactory and I replied that I was disappointed. I didn't get an answer. This matter will pass me by from now on.

Delicious food!!! The food all came to the table quickly. The drinks also arrived quickly after ordering. You log in via the browser on your mobile/smartphone. (So ​​take it with you.) Then you can order everything yourself. The drinks, the food and the desserts. Each round you order 3 dishes per person. After about 12 minutes, you can order another round and you can continue like this for 2.5 hours. The desserts are max. 2 p.p. The employees are friendly and polite. It looks neat and clean. The price is reasonable compared to other Japanese restaurants. We will definitely go back again.

The sushi is not of good quality. Dishes often arrived cold on the table. I've eaten sushi in a lot of places and here I was off to try a few rounds. The cremebrulee was watery and warm, and the food was often very cold. The staff was friendly, but after indicating that many dishes were cold, they did not ask us whether it was okay afterwards. The place was also completely empty, and this was actually the first red flag when I walked in.

Een erg fijne kerstavond beleefd met de schoonfamilie. Voor ieder wat wils. Erg lekkere traditionele en experimentele sushi smaken beschikbaar. Neem je telefoon mee, want die is nodig om via een QR code te bestellen. Dit gaat veeeeeel sneller dan voorheen. En op eigen tempo! Ik verwacht dat niet-mee-gedigitaliseerde mensen hier graag een tablet van het restaurant wilt gebruiken, of de klassieke afstreeplijst, of natuurlijk digitaal-bekwaam gezelschap meenemen. Verder natuurlijk niets dan lof. Erg genoten tijdens deze zorgeloze avond.

Eten is goed bediening is vriendelijke Soms krijg je de verkeerde gerechten of 3 keer het zelfde een goede cominikatsie tussen de kaart en keuken is niet altijd in orde. Nu voor de 2 keer hier geweest en nu moet je per telefoon een code scannen wat niet erg gezellig is omdat je steeds je bestelling moet verwerken een beetje ongemakkelijk en als je 3 keer voor 3 personen iets besteld moet je ook nog zelf het eten verdelen . Jammer was een goede zaak nu komen we niet meer terug ook omdat de prijzen en drinken nu apart zijn . Eerst had je contact met het personeel nu een robotachtige marnier bediend wordt en er al snel een troep op de tafel staat. De marnier van combinatie van bestellen met een tijdslot op de app sorry wij komen nooit meer terug. Mijn sterren beoordeling op 17-12-2023 is nu bij gewerkt. En mocht je geen mobiele telefoon en slecht ziende bent heb je bij deze zaak niks te zoeken erg jammer zoiets kan in Nederland.

Dag begon goed, werd lekker wakker en had zin in all you can eat sushi. Na een zware dienst van 8 uur, was ik toevallig in de buurt van Venray en kwam ik dit zaakje tegen. Bij binnenkomst werd mijn naam al verkeerd opgeschreven en wisten de mensen niet goed wat er moest gebeuren. Ten eerste was er geen soja saus die zelf gehaald moest worden. Verder wilde ik lekker snel alles naar binnen vegen maar kwam ik er tot mijn teleuestelling achter dat er tussen iedere bestelling een kwartier wachttijd zit. Dit verziekte mijn all you can eat ervaring wel een beetje en verminderde de appetijt. Ik moest optijd op een feestje aankomen maar door deze absurde wachttijden kwam ik veel te laat tot teleurstelling van de jarige job. Overall, prima eten, degelijke atmosfeer, te lange wachttijden. Bug in het systeem gevonden; je krijgt 20 rondes van een kwartier terwijl je na 2.5 uur moet stoppen. Beetje zonde

Prima restaurant. Lekkere gerechten die goed bereidt zijn. Zeer gevarieerd. Goede, vriendelijke en vlotte bediening. Handig concept. QR code scannen, menukaart is daarna zichtbaar op je telefoon. Gerechten aanklikken die je wilt bestellen per keer. Makkelijk, zelfs voor ons, 70 plussers. Komen zeker terug.

Leuk ingericht tentje, helaas het eten en service minder. Kwaliteit van het eten ondermaats, en duurde een halve eeuw voordat het er was. Dessert nog rampzaliger, eerst slagroom gekregen, 15 minuten later pas het ijs. Wat denk je dan? Slagroom gesmolten. Eten was tevens ook erg duur, en voor de kwaliteit die je krijgt het niet waard.

Единственное заведение в Венрае, где можно не только заказать суши на вынос, но и поесть на месте. Уютная обстановка и приятные официанты, вкусная еда. За определенную сумму можно заказать безлимитные блюда на 2.5 часа. Некоторые позиции идут с доплатой, как и напитки. Иногда приходилось долго ждать заказа. Самое неприятное впечатление оставила хозяйка заведения, отказав нам сесть за столик в зале слева, а также сесть за другой, больше понравившийся нам столик, несмотря на то, что он не был забронирован. Это при том, что мы были первыми клиентами и было много свободных столиков. Я считаю, что клиент вправе сам выбирать себе место.

Helaas is dit restaurant niet meer geschikt voor mensen met allergieën, expliciet als je een gluten allergie hebt, want dan mag je met de nieuwe kaart niks meer ( ook niet simpel rijst). Personeel is wel heel behulpzaam geweest.

Innovatie is niet perse een vooruitgang. Toen we arriveerden kregen we een briefje met een QR code. Die moesten we scannen en daarmee konden we bestellen met onze smartphone. Niet het werd meteen een catastrofe. Er werd gezegd dat we met 2 telefoons konden bestellen, wat schijnbaar niet klopte. Bestellingen verdwenen ineens uit de bestelhistorie. Iedere keer opnieuw scannen van de QR code. Kortom een continue gevecht met je smartphone. Personeel wist het ook niet. Kortom na 20 minuten hebben we de zaak verlaten, om ergens anders in alle rust te dineren. Op deze wijze uit eten, hoeft voor mij niet. Je jaagt klanten weg op deze manier.

Het restaurant ziet er wat uitgeleefd uit, zonnescherm hangt aan flarden aan de voorgevel. Op zaterdagavond maar voor 1/4 gevuld, ook geen goed teken. De bediening was vriendelijk, maar het eten viel zwaar tegen. Alles was smakeloos en veel gerechten waren niet vers. Na 3 rondjes gerechten maar naar de toetjes gegaan en de sesamballen geprobeerd. Dit leken wel ballen van lijm! Hier gaan we nooit meer heen.

Prima concept, all you can eat sushi restaurant, met uitgebreide kaart. Niet alles is helemaal vers bereid, maar dat verwacht ik ook niet in zo'n restaurant. De porties verschillen vaak erg van grootte. Vriendelijk personeel, prijs kwaliteit is dus prima.

Lekkere sushi en de gebakken courgette was ook goed.

Combinatiemenu 25euro but it is totally enough for even 4 people. Delicious! I can only recommend it!
