⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful evening with an eye for detail We enjoyed a great evening at Restaurant Zeste. The service was excellent: we had let them know in advance that someone in our party was pregnant, and this was perfectly taken into account. An adapted alternative was provided for each dish – with care and an eye for detail. The cuisine was refined and each dish was a taste bomb. The Indonesian influences came into their own beautifully and were perfectly balanced with the other flavours. A special word of praise for the non-alcoholic arrangement. The mocktails were not only creative and freshly made, but also perfectly matched to the dishes. For the first time, I even found this arrangement better than the classic wine arrangement – ​​an absolute added value! Zeste is recommended for those who love refined flavours and warm hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Heel lekker gegeten, op uitnodiging van mijn dochter. Wij vonden zelf de eerste gerechten het lekkerst, want vis. Hadden een 6 gangen menu en achteraf vraag ik mij af of je wel voldoende hebt gegeten als je een 4 of 5 gangen besteld. Moest even terugdenken aan de nouvelle cuisine periode. Mede door de mooie glazen wijn (arrangement) waarbij ik achteraf de bedenking had dat er meer wijn dan vast voedsel geserveerd werd. Kom zeker nog een keertje langs om de kaart uit te pluizen. Ook heel fijne, ongedwongen bediening.

Wij hebben het take away Quarantaine menu gedaan. HEERLIJK!! Echt een dikke 9,5. Waarom geen. 10? Ik ben geen zalm fan. Volgens mijn gezinsleden was het absoluut heerlijk. Nog nooit teleurgesteld geweest door Zeste. Blijf zo doorgaan 😉👍🏼

We enjoyed eating in this nice restaurant. The service is super friendly and helpful and gives good advice. They also take the time to explain the menu. The food was delicious and in line with what we expected based on the menu. The ambiance is also pleasant and warm. We will definitely come back here if we stay in Groningen again.

Top restaurant!! Signature menu changes every now and then and has never disappointed, really good and always surprising. The price is also top 5 courses including matching wines or matching mocktails (recommended) for a very reasonable price. Service and owners are top and nice.

This is a hidden gem in West Brabant! We have been coming to Zeste restaurant for a number of years and every time it is a culinary feast. The atmosphere is nice, nice decor, neat but not too formal. The service is top notch and provides good information about the dishes and wine. The signature all-in menu is unbeatable. What a glory. Amuses, aperitif, 5 courses, with matching wines and coffee. What more could one want for a treat?!

We gingen voor onze trouwdag met een groep van 11 mensen. Het diner (5 gangen) was echt fantastisch qua kwaliteit en smaaksensaties. De drankjes waren super en de bediening was geweldig. Absoluut de moeite waard om daar te gaan eten.

Had a very good experience at Restaurant Zeste! The 4 of us ate here on September 14, 2024 and this will certainly not be the last time. All dishes were well prepared and we noticed a French/Indo crossover in the menu. Point of attention, the dishes are without exception HIGH in taste. If you are looking for a very subtle kitchen, then this is less recommended. Occasionally the salinity was just close to the edge, but on the right side of the edge. The sommelier deserves a special mention: I have not had such a perfect wine/food combination in a long time. A few fellow competitors with 1 or 2 stars can definitely follow this example! The service is good and there was visibly a pleasant and communicative atmosphere between service and kitchen (that is often an excellent indicator). The serving of our main course took a little too long, so our wine was already half gone. Interim pouring was desirable there, but something like that can happen. The non-alcoholic cocktails served at the bob were also well matched to the dishes. This is a gem, and with minimal further development this should eventually appear in the highest lists. We would love to come back again!

Great meal, 8 courses including wine pairing. It had been a few years since we last ate here, but the restaurant has really developed further. All courses were sublime in taste and the wines matched very well. A few years ago we didn't think the wines were great, but now they are perfectly matched to the food and a number of wines have also been oak-aged, which always works well for us. In short, it was a party in terms of taste, I enjoyed it immensely!

The food with an amazing signature menu is really more than excellent. The overall experience, especially with a matching wine arrangement, is fantastic. Recommended!

We were staying at the Fletcher Hotel about a 15 minute walk away and wanted a Sunday evening dinner. Late Sunday several places in the square were not serving food but Zest were. The reception at Zest was very inviting and my wife and I plus another couple we had met up with from the hotel were treated very well. The food served was excellent as was the service. Several 'surprises' were served which gave it class. I was thrilled to have found such a gem on our holiday to Holland. I would throughly recomment this restaurant. Congratulations to the Chief and the serving lady waitress.

The food at the Zeste is surprising from first taste. I did not expect it to be as good as it was. It’s masterfully crafted, perfectly served and matched with a wine list that does not fall from any Michelin star restaurant I’ve visited. Each dish had a twist that I haven’t seen before and everything was not just looking beautiful on the plate, but was simply very tasty. It was nothing less than a Perfect dinner. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful culinary experience. Extra compliments for the sea bass, lobster, wagyu and macaron with sheep's cheese. These are truly unsurpassed and many star restaurants can learn something from them. All in all 10 out of 10, price/quality ratio is really excellent and worth every euro.

Top restaurant with a delicious Signature Menu... Worldly cuisine with an Asian twist and a clear Indonesian slant... We went for the 5-course menu, supplemented with a Balinese oyster... Nice and easy and everything taken care of down to the last detail. .. Here they know how to pamper the guests... Minuses? We couldn't discover them! And for the truly Indian experience? We went home satisfied with some Rendang in our pockets... 🙂

We werden geweldig verwend met een diner en de bijpassende wijnen waren zo goed erop afgestemd , dat was echt bijzonder. De gerechten werden ook echt warm, op warme borden geserveerd wat alleen al geweldig is. Eén culinair genoegen.

Valentine's menu was excellent, the atmosphere is mediocre when you are placed in the middle of the room close to the washer. It becomes downright annoying when the unprofessional owner stands at one table several times and forgets to add more, so we won't be coming back here anytime soon.

We had a delicious meal at Zeste. The signature menu is always a pleasant surprise where delicious flavors come together to create a beautiful dish. A star-worthy restaurant. There is a nice atmosphere that makes for a really wonderful evening out.

I really enjoyed the game menu about 2 weeks ago. Bold choice to only serve red, but the variation was really special. The highlight of the evening was the foie gras terrine. Had a great evening with great service.

Delicious lobster. It was a bit more formal than we had expected, but that was just fun. The ladies serving were very knowledgeable, friendly and took excellent care of us. We had a great time and will definitely come back! Recommended!

Mooi restaurant en heerlijk eten. Attent en kundig personeel. Ze gingen opvallend goed om met dieetwensen. Zorg wel voor voldoende gangen, anders ga je met trek naar buiten.

Ik neem eigenlijk vrijwel nooit de moeite om reviews te schrijven maar na ons laatste bezoek dachten we dat we dat toch maar eens moesten doen. Wij zijn hier inmiddels zo’n 3, misschien wel 4, keer geweest en steeds is het eten weer fantastisch. Het personeel is er vriendelijk en de sfeer is goed. We komen graag zo nu en dan aan om echt van eten te kunnen genieten wat komt door hun prachtige bereidingen. Bedankt hiervoor.

Wat een top restaurant is dit!! Combinatie die je niet verwacht maar heerlijk zijn. Het is echt ons favoriete restaurant en heeft ons nooit teleurgesteld. Echt complimenten aan Randy ! Ga dit restaurant ervaren het zal je niet teleurstellen.

Hier bei Zeste werden alle Sinne auf eine wundervolle Art in einem feinen Ambiente gleichermaßen angesprochen. Ich hatte ein 4 Gang Menü mit passender Weinbegleitung und jeder einzelne war sowohl eine optische als auch eine geschmackliche Überraschung im aller positivsten Sinne! Ebenso möchte ich den Service erwähnen, der dezent, überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend präsent war. Es war ein rund herum gelungener Abend und ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Afgelopen weekend weer heerlijk gegeten bij ons favoriete restaurant! We komen hier vrij regelmatig en krijgen elke keer weer een nieuwe culinaire verrassing van hoog niveau voorgeschoteld. Wij kiezen altijd voor het signature menu (die regelmatig wordt vernieuwd) en dat valt nooit tegen. De gerechten zijn als echte kunstwerkjes opgemaakt, smaken heerlijk (om je bord bij af te likken) en zijn een ware beleving met een bijpassend wijnarrangement. Tot snel!
