Their meat is delicious. The location is good. The prices are average. I think it should be tried.

I can't give the ribs anything less than 5 stars. I haven't found better anywhere, and that's why you go to the Ribs Factory. The staff is also very friendly. Great service. Nice atmosphere and comfortable chairs. Absolutely recommended if you're looking for delicious ribs. Although the hamburger did look pretty good too...

Great food and on the table quickly. Dessert was not the strongest point, brownie was quite dry and vanilla ice cream had crystals.

Good spareribs, friendly staff and nice location. The prices of the food are great but the drinks are a little bit too expensive. I can honestly recommend all the flavours for ribs on the menu, but my favourite was the Jack Daniels flavour.

Sitting outside was beautiful, the sun was shining through the trees around and it was very calm. However, we waited very long for the waiter to take the order, and then it took very long for the drinks and food to arrive. The burgers and ribs were unfortunately not good at all. Cannot recommend.

Pleasant and enthusiastic host. Delicious ribs and excellent value for money. The interior deserves an update, as does the paper menu that was torn.

I give it five stars for the very tasty ribs. They're really worth it. But the minus is that they are not salty (but the sauce saved the matter) and the potatoes are not very tasty in larger quantities than the ribs themselves.

Geweldig heerlijke spareribs die zo van het bot afvallen. De omvang van de porties is zoals deze staat aangegeven. Het interieur is eenvoudig. De bediening is bijzonder klantvriendelijk. Absoluut de moeite van een herhaling waard. En daan buiten met mooi weer.

This is a sad place... portions (Med ribs) is for a child..., why even have that size on the menu? Burgers are just soso, kids burgers are even more sad, just burger and bun... dry AF... On a saturday evening... they are running the place with only 3 persons... 1 works in kitchen (i dont call him a chef, because he can manage the tickets). The wait is insane. Complained to staff, but they just shrug it off. Just pathetic. Skip this place.

The Classic Burger was delicious - I just wished they would have warmed up the bun. My friend ordered ribs & they always come to this place when in Delft.

Good food but it is always a bit chilly

We ordered spareribs here via home delivery, and they were very tasty. Fall off the bone and the taste is delicious. I do think that you don't get much for the money you pay for spareribs. We had a large menu, which included 3 small ribs for me. My daughter and wife's menu had 3 larger ribs. My other daughter is vegetarian, it's a shame that she can't order fries separately, so we just gave her our fries and ordered onion rings... I would also have preferred to have a choice of various side dishes, such as baked potato or sweet potato fries. All in all, worth repeating given the delicious spareribs😋

Price-quality very good spare ribs, they come off the bone very smoothly and they differ, the flavors are great.

Eerlijk? ZONDE VAN JE GELD! Porties zijn totaal niet waar voor je geld. Ikzelf had een XXL sparerib menu hot & spicy, totaal geen saus of marinade, hot was het totaal niet. En mijn vrouw had een medium, en dat was gewoon een xx small! Normaal eet zij niet veel, en nu had ze alsnog honger! NOOIT MEER!

Totaal teleurstellend! Betaal je de volle mep voor een XXL? Weet niet waar jullie leven maar dit is geen XXL? Dan vraag ik me af wat een large of een medium is want dit is erg droevig, geen marinade, totaal flut. Waarschuwing bestel hier niet. Totaal niet waar voor je geld

De burgers (Classic en Masterpiece) waren goed en lekker. Op een vroege dinsdagavond is het heel rustig en hoef je niet lang op je bestelling te wachten.

Lekkere spareribs gegeten. Vielen zo van het bot. Ik vind dat top. De variatie qua smaken is ook prima. We waren met groep van 10 en konden allemaal vrijwel tegelijk eten 👍🏻

Excellent location of this place in the central Market Square of Delft. The ribs at Jack Daniel's in XXL format are phenomenal. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because they served us warm bottled beer. A tip: take the draft beer which is a little colder

Heerlijke spareribs en aardappelgratin

Meer dan prima gegeten! Spareribs zijn suuuper mals. Bediening is goed! De eigenaar is een goede verkoper maar niet op een vervelende/opdringerige manier. Terras is ook meer dan prima, enige vervelende is dat de vogels die soms overvliegen nog weleens een vervelende verassing achterlaten, maar hier kan het restaurant natuur vrij weinig aan doen. Al met al dus een restaurant waar menig restaurant nog een puntje aan kan zuigen! 9,5/10

Not been to one of these for ages, and a shame that many have shut down now (due to covid I suppose), but good to see this one in Delft still going. Excellent ribs that fall off the bone and a really nice spicy chicken burger, reasonably priced with big portions, really nice fries, and a lovely outside seating area in the square, under the trees. Really enjoyed our visit and will take a visiting freind there on a return trip soon. Service also excellent, friendly and helpful, swapped the sauce flavours to our tastes on the mixed ribs option, can't say fairer than that. Definitely recommended!

Technisch einwandfreie Ribs. Das Fleisch löste sich sehr gut vom Knochen. Die Jack Daniels-Sauce ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Der Brownie mit Vanilleeis rundete das Erlebnis ab. Gerne wieder.

I can’t believe the bun of the fried chicken burger is cold… the fried fillet is also too normal.

Simply amazing food and service!

Gisteravond heb ik mijn vrouw hiermee naar toe genomen omdat ze gek is op spare-ribs (ik niet zo) en volgens haar heeft ze nooit eerder zulke lekkere spare-ribs gegeten dan hier. Ze had de Smokey original besteld. Zelf heb ik the Masterpiece burger besteld en die was inderdaad meesterlijk. Daarnaast ruim overheerlijke patat en ruim mayonaise. Echt waar voor je geld dus. De service en gastvrijheid is dik in orde. Ons zien jullie nog weleens terug. Bedankt fijne mensen. Een tip: zowel jullie spare-ribs- als jullie burger menu's zouden echt helemaal af zijn met wat coleslaw erbij.

Ja inderdaad, waanzinnig DUUR dus. Het eten dat je krijgt. Vooral bij spareribs, zijn de porties heel klein ook bij de uitbreiding. Eten is goed, maar met die prijzen gaan ze het niet redden. Want uiteindelijk gaan steeds minder mensen dat eraan besteden. Las de post-covid gekte verdwenen is, gaat niemand meer eten halen. Of slechts 2a3 per jaar max.

Netjes, goed en betaalbaar. Vroeg Cola Zero en kreeg ongevraagd Pepsi Max, klein minpuntje. Verder noemde de ober bij voorbaat alles "lekker" dat kan ik het beste zelf bepalen als ik het gegeten heb. Prijzen zeer vriendelijk.

Heel erg lekker. Het vlees valt spontaan van het bot als je er naar kijkt. Daardoor valt er wel weinig te kluiven... Maar dat is in dit geval geen enorme aderlating.
