Richard's Bar in Wijk 11 Weert-Centrum

I walked in once last year with my partner and now we are there at least once a week. Wonderful atmosphere, music is at a perfect volume so that you can still hear each other well. Staff is very friendly and take the time for you (if it is not too busy of course.)

Best bar in town, great atmosphere! Bartender with the white shirt is excellent, knows alot about the beers and the the whiskeys and can help you with all your questions about those subjects.

The snack platter was absolutely amazing. Beer was great. The bartender was also absolutely brilliant - he specifically was searching for a channel to make it possible to watch my favorite sports club. I can 100% recommend to come here!

Perhaps the nicest bar in Weert in my opinion. Where the staff is friendly and attentive. The wide range of alcohol certainly helps. And then also a wide choice of dishes that go well with a pint of Guinness

We had a nice pleasant stopover here in the evening and will definitely come back soon to try out the food. Extensive range and friendly people.

Perfect location in the center of Weert, a really clean, nice place with good service, wide choice of beer. And the bartender who works there really has great stories about every type of beer. That man really has so much knowledge and passion. It was great, especially the story about how the orange carrots came to be. Haha, as a chef and vegetable specialist, I could tell the story🤣 Highly recommended

A very wide beer and whiskey range. Bartender who knows which beer you like, after you indicate your taste profile. Knows nice stories about the beer and the owner is a real whiskey connoisseur. With also very rare (expensive) whiskey available. The loaded bacon fries were super tasty.

Cozy cafe with many drink options, from specialty beer to different types of whisky. Of course he also has no idea how many different types of wine. Owner is an extremely friendly and warm-hearted person who has a lot of life experience and knowledge, being an ex-military and his other half is just as friendly, sweet and helpful as he is. If you are lucky, you may also experience a bird macaw hanging in the bunches, which sometimes talks to visitors. Cafe is always spotlessly clean. You have various seats, both in the lounge area and at the bar. The cafe is not too big but is always arranged so that everyone is comfortable enough. You can always order delicious cheese board, snacks or real food. What the kitchen has on the menu and all while enjoying a delicious special drink. Enjoy

Nice and cozy pub with a decent beer menu. Also quite some whiskey and other spirits but I don't have the knowledge to rate that. Some simple snacks are also available. Mostly seating or bar places. Billiards and a couple of TV's showing sports. Music volume is very low which is nice since you can speak with each other without shouting.

Cool tent. This is a pleasant café, especially for whiskey and gin (possibly with tonic) lovers. Richard knows a lot about the drink and takes his time for tips and taking the order. Due to the many corners and places, it is anything but a standard pub. Very nice to sit with a group of friends. The music is at such a level that you can have a good conversation. The only drawback is the Titanic poster in the toilet. What a crap movie that was 😉.
