When you order something, they change what you actually selected and put that on the receipt that you get mailed. Impossible to reach them by phone, they have no phone number. Delivering an order takes more than 1.5 hours. Their menu is inconsistent on the available apps.

As a Mexican in Amersfoort I was a big fan of this place. However the last 2 times I ordered (burrito barbacoa) were very disappointing. Dry meat, no taste. No cheese (both times) and asking or paying for a sauce that you don’t even taste. I hope that they improve these things since it used to be such a recommended favorite place of mine.

Unfortunately they do not appear to be safe for people with allergies. We clearly requested no red/white unions due to an allergy. When called we got them to replace the portion but unfortunately this had almost as many red unions as before. So unfortunately my gf had to go hungry tonight.

Fantastic spot with fresh, flavorful bowls! The 2-for-1 deal is a great bonus, making it an awesome value. Quality ingredients at a reasonable price, definitely worth a visit!

No atmosphere, and burritos are not really edible, especially for the prices

I got two delicious poke bowls today for the first time there and it was delicious, we didn't even wait 10 minutes

Irritating that if you want to order at 4:50 PM, you cannot indicate earlier than 6:00 PM as the delivery time. Anyway... no food at 6 p.m. Called. "Yes sir, you indicated that it should be delivered at 6 p.m. and that is why it has not arrived yet." 'Yes, but it is now 6:10 PM and when tracking the order it says it was already completed at 5:20 PM. When will it come?' 'Fifteen to 20 minutes.' *sigh. Meanwhile, it is 20 minutes later and 'Start delivery' is still not enabled when tracking the order. It was finally delivered at 6:30 PM. Of course the food is no longer warm. And not tasty. Never gave 1 star before even receiving food. :-(

Absolutely great and a beautiful thing! I really enjoyed the salmon pokebowl.

My tuna poke bowl was delicious. The food is fresh, and the place looks super clean. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area again. And the staff is very helpful.

Ordered pokebowl here several times. I don't agree with the negative reviews. To date, always correct order of excellent quality. Assembling the bowls yourself is very nice and easy. The only downside I think is the price, but that now applies to many catering establishments. All in all highly recommended. Delivery is fine!

Very much enjoyed the salmon pokebowl. Fresh and quick service. I'd love to come back.

Worst thing ever, waited an hour and a half for my food and when you call them they immediately give you a big mouth, food is bad, not fresh, a mixed up mess

Beefy Salim is always '' Sold out'' . It is my favorite. Would really love to see more "meat " options.

There was a hair in my food. Threw away the pokebowl after 2 bites. I indicated by telephone, but I indicated that I did not live in Amersfoort, so there was actually no solution. A refund for that poke bowl would have been nice, but more importantly that they are working on hygiene.

I was treated very poorly regarding my order. The first time the order lacked care, but because the food tasted reasonable I gave it a second chance. It just didn't taste right, the meat wasn't cooked properly and ingredients were missing. I called and was told there was nothing they could do. I expected at least partial compensation.

Ordered food for my colleague and myself. My colleague said at the beginning that the chicken was raw, so I called right away. The person I got on the phone claimed that it couldn't be that way because he had made it himself, it was just pink because it was a chicken thigh fillet. He refused to accept and in the end he wanted to refund 1 but not both. So I tried to eat my own wrap and it was clearly raw and had blood in it. So I call back and I say it's just really obviously raw and his response was is good and bye. No service and food that makes you sick.

I went to pick up my order here and was shocked by the hygiene. I myself have had training in this and can say with certainty that this eatery does not guarantee food safety... no gloves, so with bare hands in the food while I saw this person rubbing his face for it, I also saw no one in the kitchen taking measures take against loose hairs. Slippers in the kitchen... When I encountered this situation, I no longer felt like eating the burrito, which was also not ready on time. I was 5 minutes later than the stated time.

Tasty Halal food. Super delicious poke bowls and burritos. Recommended. I will come back here more often insha'Allah!

The food is really tasty but the last three times I ordered the food arrived at least 20 minutes later than stated. Even if I had ordered long in advance. That is really annoying and I think it will stop me from ordering here from now on.

Helped very quickly. I didn't have to wait even a minute until I could take my poke bowl with me and it was really tasty and fresh!!! Recommended

Vergeet alle Mexicaanse voedselketens. Ritos verbaast me elke keer weer. Vol smaak! Mijn favo’s zijn de Poke bowl Karaage Chicken en de Signature burrito burrita, ik nam deze met kaassaus. Gruwelijke kaassaus! Heb ook burrito’s gegeten bij Salsa Shop Utrecht en Habanero, maar Ritos vind ik het allerlekkerst! Must try!

Verkeerde bestelling gekregen en dat is heel snel en op een leuke manier opgelost. De burritos zijn heel lekker!

Wij hebben hier vanavond een heerlijke pokébowl op! Het personeel was super vriendelijk en wilde graag helpen. We konden lekker buiten zitten en komen zeker nog eens terug.

Wat een heerlijke poke bowls kan je hier eten en afhalen! Je kan kiezen uit verschillende poke bowls & burrito’s en daarnaast ook een saus kiezen! De mensen warren super vriendelijk en maken ook echt een leuk praatje met je! Hier ga ik zeker terug! 💚

Blij verrast door deze take-out zaak. We ging spontaan naar binnen en bestelde een burrito bowl en een poke bowl. Goede vegetarische opties. Service was erg goed - vriendelijk en vlot. We kregen een gratis drankje (Mexicaanse frisdrank - best wel lekker), en nog twee proef blikjes iced tea. Enige min punt was dat sla al een beetje bruin was, maar verder een prima lunch.

Na de laatste keer dat ik besteld hadden ze wat problemen, maar Nu is het flink omhoog gegaan echt top! Ik ga zeker nu vaker bestellen!

Lieve mensen die er werken! Eten was niet zo lekker, de kip bestond bijna alleen uit vet. Naar mijn idee was het vlees dan ook niet van goede kwaliteit, de bowl die ik had was niet goed niet slecht. Veel rouwe courgette en de tofu was wat taai. Al om wel leuke mensen en snelle bezorging eten was niet verschrikkelijk om te eten maar wat verwacht je ook als je bij een keten besteld.

Alle ingrediënten van de bowl waren vers en lekker. De burrito viel een klein beetje tegen. Bonuspunten voor de gratis drankjes

California Sunset gegeten; de rauwe zalm was niet lekker. Grote rubberachtige brokken die werkelijk nergens naar smaakten. Jammer

Erg interessant concept: mexicaanse en sushi-burrito's. Ik had een vega sushi-burrito. De tofu was echt TOP! Veel lekkerder dan van Pokélicious. Jammer was dat ik volgens mij koriander proefde.. Hoop dat het een foutje was haha. Ik ga het nog wel een kans geven. :-) Ik zag achter de schermen ook een ander foutje voor een andere klant. De verkeerde saus op een wrap. Vond het niet een prettig idee dat jullie niet de wrap opnieuw hebben gemaakt. Liever dat het langer duurt dan iets wat je niet hebt besteld.. Ondanks dat gun ik jullie het van harte! Dus 5 sterren. :-)

Super lekker bowls, verse ingredienten en zeer vriendelijk bediend. Er hangt al een prettige sfeer in deze nieuwe zaak in Amersfoort. We komen zeker terug!

Vandaag nèt nieuw geopend en mèt de vertrouwde service en top kwaliteit zoals gebruikelijk bij de andere Ritos vestigingen!! Een heerlijk menu afgehaald en hier kom ik zeker vaker terug! Wellicht dan ook binnen opeten zodra het weer kan, want de zaak ziet er strak en netjes uit! Vriendelijke medewerkers die helpen bij je menu keuze!! Eet smakelijk, groetjes Alfons
