Ordering by telephone is dramatic, the employee answers and doesn't have time, says please be patient and makes me wait 10 minutes and called back, the other employee says casually, then you also have to hang up and call back, then takes the order in a very hurry and says she doesn't have time and hang up (advice: don't answer the phone when it's busy) ps picked up the order on the Molenweg to your complete satisfaction.

Not exactly hygienic, and certainly not in this day and age of having to scratch your head and hair as a waiter while handling the bread and other baked goods with the same hands! Bah!!!!

I get fresh white rolls here every week... nowhere as tasty and tender for a long time...super Robbert!

This baker is too terrible for words, You are waiting in line, then 4 people come in, and the woman behind the counter thinks I'm going to help them first. To which I answer, I think I was already waiting. After which I received a face from her and was then told that I could leave the business. I didn't know what I was experiencing, luckily there was another employee who obviously didn't think this was normal either This is outrageous beyond words. If you don't know how to deal with guests/customers, don't work there.

Friendly service, the bread is fine but does not really rise above supermarket bread. The tastiest bread is the Hanemik bread.
