Had a delicious lunch, friendly service and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Fantastic atmosphere, and the open kitchen immediately inspires confidence in the product. The owner is accommodating to your dietary needs and creates a fantastic menu. We had lunch and drinks for four people for a great price. The service is incredibly friendly. All in all, Robuust alone is a reason to visit Den Helder more often.

The coziest café in Den Helder! Robuust has a beautiful, bright space where you can enjoy your coffee. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Absolutely my favorite spot in the city!

Super friendly staff, we came shortly after lunch service was actually over, but they still fixed us some great food and didn't leave us hungry. The Notorious B.I.G was great, but you need to be hungry because that wrap is big! Took some cake home, so they party shall continue in a bit!

The café has a fantastic selection of cakes! We've visited many cafés in many countries, and the cake is definitely among the top three. The coffee is, of course, also excellent ;-)

What a quaint and cozy café! It's a mix of a kitchen/living room and a living room. We had by far the best coffee we've had in ages! The iced coffees are also not to be sniffed at. You're truly spoiled for choice when it comes to the cake selection. A paradise for cheesecake lovers :-) All the cakes (up to 11 different varieties) are baked fresh daily by the owner herself. I highly recommend this café.

We've been visiting this wonderful café for years when we're in Den Helder and the surrounding area, and it's our absolute favorite. They have delicious vegan options. The whole atmosphere is wonderful, and we always receive a warm welcome and feel very comfortable when we're there.

An absolute must for lunch! At Robuust, the food is truly delicious. The cheesecake is outstanding, and the lunch dishes are original, healthy, and carefully prepared. Think of a fresh yogurt bowl with various toppings or a generously filled, flavorful toasted sandwich. Everything exudes quality. The service is quick and friendly, and the open kitchen creates an honest and homey feel. As if that weren't enough: the coffee is top-notch. For me, Robuust is a place to enjoy a delicious lunch in a pleasant atmosphere. I'll happily return!

Four of us shared a great time & experience at Robuust - excellent coffee & tea (using a very good tea drip)! The menu well thought out & the blueberry cheesecake was outstanding - voted best ever by a cheesecake afficiando! The owner extremely friendly & affable & turns out his wife is the chef & creator of the desserts - all made in house! Probably our best comment on how much we enjoyed our time at Robuust was the joint comment - “wish we had Robuust in our hometown”! Keep up the good work! A Den Helder don’t miss!

Lovely spot for coffee/tea and a slice of cheesecake. The coffee/tea is optional, the cheesecake is not 🤭 Ordered their homemade pistachio-hazelnut cheesecake. It was divine. I wish I lived closer, so I could try their other flavours. The pistachio-hazelnut cheesecake was so good, I could have easily had another slice. The restaurant felt very homey. It was a warm and welcoming space. The staff was very friendly.

Helped by the barista with humor for a fantastic espresso. I'm curious which beans were used (April 25). If I'm in the area again I will come back! Greetings from Brabant.

The Robuust was an idyllic stopover for us as a family. The owner combines hosting and cooking to create a cool, calm experience. The Robuust is one of the few restaurants where the kitchen is integrated into the dining room. Very casual. The children were immediately offered toys and also painting supplies. Our sandwiches and the wrap were absolutely delicious. And when we asked for coffee, we were advised what exactly we wanted to have prepared and how. We just had the best coffee break in Den Helder here.

The food is fantastic, the service is great, the atmosphere is super cozy and cozy. If you are in the area, 100% definitely walk in, it is really worth it. keep it up.

Nice little cafe with good vegan options. We enjoyed the coffee and cappuccino with oat milk, but we've had better coffee on vacation. The vegan lemon cheesecake, on the other hand, was really delicious, the best cake we have eaten on vacation so far. We immediately took two more pieces with us. Also, finally a reasonable portion, in the last few cafés the pieces were always much smaller. The service was very friendly. We would definitely come back!

For every coffee lover: this is the place in Den Helder! Delicious filter coffee, with a wide range of other special and iced coffees and of course all kinds of other drinks. There are also some vegan dishes on the menu, very nice. Nice atmosphere with an open bar as if you were in your own kitchen. Excellent service!

One of the few eateries in Den Helder that serves good coffee. Coffee beans from Bocca, especially filter coffee made with the Chemex brewing method, are recommended. In short, good coffee and a nice atmosphere. (Oh yes and their cheesecake 🥰)

Cozy cafe. The menu is not very large, but there is something to choose for breakfast or lunch. Delicious hot chocolate.

What a nice place! Gluten-free and dairy-free options. They clearly know what they are doing; the worktop is cleaned, new gloves, etc. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. I had a Darjeeling tea and the Devil's Avocado, highly recommended.

We had a NY Cheese Cake and a Cheese Cake with pistachio and chocolate. They were so so good! Best cake ever! The interior is cozy, the service absolutely nice.

A cozy restaurant where you can get delicious coffee and cake. Run by lovely motivated people. The lunch menu also offers a lot of choice, as do the many nice gift ideas. Definitely recommended to visit if you are in Den Helder.

We walked in and there was a nice table by the window. The waitress was super friendly and informative with a big smile. The food.... wow! I have never had a such a good spontaneous lunch in so long! We went for cake as it was my 50th birthday but I ended up have a toastie... I wish I had stayed longer for cake but we didn't have time. The coffee was also very good! I can't recommend this place enough!! 11/10 ✨️

De beste plek in Den Helder zeker weten. Ik eet eigenlijk nergens anders, het aanbod is zo origineel en de menukaart word regelmatig aangepast met nieuwe lekkernijen. Ik raad iedereen aan om hier wat te eten of drinken waar ze nog niet bekend mee zijn, het is allemaal lekker! Natuurlijk ook de beste plek voor enorm veel veganistische opties die je nergens anders zou kunnen verkrijgen, daarnaast is al het personeel enorm gezellig en vriendelijk.

Außergewöhnlich: sehr freundliche Begrüßung, exzellenter Espresso und ein „Genasch“ mit Bitterschoklade und Orange - ein Gedicht von Törtchen 🥰 zum schwärmen 😎

Wer in den Helder ist muss den Cheesecake einfach probieren. Der ist der Beste in der Stadt. 5€ für ein Stück Cheesecake, aber es lohnt sich. Service war auch super. Wir hatten Glück und haben bei Sonnen Schein vor dem Lokal gesessen

The perfect place to eat, grab a coffee with some delicious pastry and more, still what makes the HUGE POSITIEVE DIFFERENCE HERE, is All the staffs "Sincere Kindness" and constant smiles towards the clients and between them (something many, many, many horeca establishments in NL lack and seem not to comprehend), and the fact that regardless of how busy they are, all the staff genuinely seem to Enjoy what they do.
