Rose Garden in Noord

Amazing to spend time there!! 😉😘

We had a really delicious meal here, and the people were super friendly.

Got some tasty Chinese food. Good service, good prices

We stumbled upon Rose Garden with a group of 28 people — yes, 28! — on incredibly short notice, and they welcomed us without hesitation. That alone deserves five stars. We were visiting from the USA on a family trip with our Dutch parents, and wanted one of our meals to be an authentic Dutch-Chinese experience — the kind you just can’t get back home. Rose Garden delivered exactly that. Our waiter was an absolute gem. Rather than handing us menus and leaving us to fend for ourselves with a group that size, he took the wheel and curated a spread of dishes that had everyone at the table delighted. Clearly someone who knows the menu inside and out and genuinely cares about the guest experience. The food was delicious — classic Dutch-Chinese done right, full of flavor and generous portions. The whole evening felt effortless despite the logistics of feeding a large multigenerational family group. If you’re visiting Gouda and looking for an authentic Dutch-Chinese meal, look no further. Rose Garden made it one of the highlights of our trip!

We regularly get the monthly menu. Always good.

Ordered takeout several times. Delicious food, nice atmosphere inside, friendly staff, and reasonable prices.

My group and I have now eaten there about five times. The food is consistently excellent in every way. Friendly service, and yes, it's busy!

Great service And the food is perfect And very tasty Very neat, even for pickup

The food here is always delicious, whether you eat in or take away, the service is great.

The best Chinese food I ever had. Really fresh and not greasy. I have tried it a separate occasion and still was fresh looking vegetables. WONDERFUL …

I regularly enjoy picking up the most delicious meals here. Service with a smile. With a meal like this, you can come home and spoil your guests.

The food was excellent and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.

I thought the food was tasty, my cat is gone

classic "Chinese restaurant" hardworking people, super fast takeaway, tasty options on the menu

It's simply a really good restaurant. I used to go here with my parents. I still get takeout now. The food is always well-prepared and neatly packaged. The service in the restaurant is also friendly and fast. Highly recommended!

Got the monthly menu and ate it! It was really delicious!

Update: Just went back and the aquarium is empty. Good to see they're addressing the reviews! 5 stars now👍 Great food, but the fish in that small aquarium—with only water and no plants, rocks, etc.—really can't handle it anymore... Time to move those fish to a larger aquarium with rocks, plants, and other vegetation! Hopefully the owner is reading this; after all, that's the first thing customers see when they come in.

Was here for the first time and definitely recommended. Delicious food and friendly service

The best Chinese there is, for years.

Slechtste Chinees ooit.

Very good service. Nice and clean. Great👍

This restaurant/ take away was always our place to go. Sadly, we found our last take away meal was very disappointing and rather expensive for the quality of food we received. The large springrolls (one veg and one chicken breast) was the worst we ever had. The Babi Pangan had quality meat, but the sauce was un-recognizable and way too sweet. Did they have a bad night?

Just good and they have been for years

A real "old-fashioned" Chinese!

We have been eating here for as long as we can remember. Formerly with grandpa and now with my own family. It's just a pity that the sauce for the Beijing duck has changed, which was really very tasty. We live in Schoonhoven ourselves but regularly drive back and forth to pick up

Ordered Spring Roll Chicken, Babi Pangang Bacon with Nasi..... a lot of care was taken in packaging.... sauce of the Babi Pangang Bacon separately..... Babi Pangang Bacon no plastic lid on the plastic container..... but paper.... prawn crackers on the bottom...... delicious at home.... the Babi Pangang Bacon... wonderfully crispy

Huge portions! If you are American, just know it’s quite different from typical American Chinese restaurants. Nice service too.

Delicious food! Classical Chinese-Ind.

The meals are of high quality. Regardless of whether you eat in the restaurant or use the takeaway service. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Good portions and attentive service. Food quality was excellent and well recommended

I just tried to get food again at Rose Garden Gouda, it was inedible, everything was salty. I don't know what kind of chef they have, who can handle the salt pot well, we won't go there anymore, it's unbelievable, this was really the last one. time they saw us.

Receiving a plate of noodles made no sense at all. Could count the shrimps on one hand.

Very tasty meal. Also very friendly staff. You get a lot for little.

Top restaurant. Friendly service, delicious food, delivered quickly.

The service was very stressed. Very friendly. Food had a very bland taste. It was very unfortunate.

The food has deteriorated considerably and has become very expensive and has now had a stomach ache for 2 days. Very unfortunate.

No 't sure about this place anymore. Used to have that great vibe, but it's literally stuck in time... Without a sparkle. Food was just taken from the big containers that you normally get at take out...

Best Chinese restaurant I know. Super friendly and hospitable. Clean but a bit old and boring decor. But hey, you come there for the delicious food. That is highly recommended.

Fantastic Chinese food! I've been coming there for years.

Due to crowds, the telephone was communicated that the order would be ready in 45 minutes. After 90 minutes we received our order, while customers sometimes walked out with their order after 10 minutes. Quite frustrating. Bad planning

Unfortunately the food was a bit disappointing. The noodles were overcooked and the sweet and sour sauce was very bland. The satay, prawn crackers, satay sauce and the babi pangang were very tasty. It's also clever that the sauce for the babi pangang is packaged separately, so the meat remains crispy.

We sat comfortably and had a delicious meal.

Dear management, I would like to inform you that we have been customers since 1985, today we placed order receipt no. 26, to my surprise we were given ham meat instead of chicken when ordering 2x large spring rolls, etc. Shame that Rosegarden cheated its customers. I also appeal to all Muslim people who would like to no longer order from Rosegarden chin.restaurant in Gouda, if you want to adjust your meals and supply the correct ingredient for which the customer pays. It goes without saying that it is self-enrichment. Scandalous mr/miss/mrs management. That is why you gamble enormous amounts of money in casinos, which you have wrongly cashed. Zulfiqar

Very good and neat Chinese Indian restaurant, only come there for takeaway

Delicious food. Food quality excellent.

It is so cozy here, nice people and the food is so delicious.....tables beautifully laid with beautiful tablecloth and real napkins.....really eating out......just choose from the menu, nothing is too much trouble.

Food is fine, although the portions of the meat dishes and nasi are somewhat small in our opinion. Had to ask for sambal. Service was quite good, but service was mainly done by 1 person, which sometimes resulted in a longer wait to order new drinks. There was enough staff to serve more people. Maybe an idea?

A Chinese restaurant of its kind that seems to be disappearing more and more from the street scene. Both takeaway and dine-in options are available. Seems to mainly attract an older local crowd in the restaurant area. Portions are generous compared to other restaurants. The Peking duck is highly recommended.

The food tastes good. I'd love to go get some. The only point of criticism is that the Indian rice table is a bit too salty.

Ordered a monthly menu by telephone to pick up. Was ready on time. Tasty and more than enough for 4 adults. Recommended!

Best noodles ever from a Chinese!

Food is delicious, worth repeating

Food and service were great. We ordered Babi pangang van Spek with bami on the side, Yong chow fried rice, loempia special with chicken and fried bananas. Delicious! We didn't have to wait too long. Waiter was friendly. Will definitely come back.

Lekker gegeten, vriendelijke bediening.

Eten is heerlijk en ruim voldoende. Wij hadden Chinees Indisch rijsttafel. Bediening zeer vriendelijk.

Gewoon lekker!

Altijd goed. Beste van gouda en omstreken. En heel veel andere geprobeerd

Altijd graag eten afgehaald..

Somit also bereits seit etwa 40 Jahren am Ort.

Heel erg zielig!

We got takeout on Sunday, when we arrived it was a 30 min line from outside to inside for pick up. Once we got home with the food we noticed that in the order 50% will be what you ordered and the other 50% will be wet, broken, inedible chips or mushy bean sprouts. It was disappointing to pay so much and see 50% of the order missing as they hide this beneath whatever you ordered. Food was good but we noticed a lot of it was cooked odd. For example our Cha Sieuw and Pekening Duck was both cooked perfect but plenty of pieces were totally overcooked and dry as a bone. Very odd experience and wouldnt recommend as paying almost 20+ euros for a cup of meat and a lot of noodles or rice isnt worth it to me.

Vriendelijk personeel . Schoon en lekker eten

A good place for a nice dinner. The service is friendly and quick, the food is tasty and well presented. Highly recommended. They also do take out.

Prima en uitgebreid gegeten, vriendelijk personeel.

Goeie Chinees, ook voor afhaal of bezorgen

Echt genoten! Lekker eten. Geweldige bediening.

We arrived late however seating us wasn;t a problem. We had the Chin Ind rice dish. It was a bit too much but tasted very nice. Thanks again

Erg goede babi pangang.
