I have been here before and the food and everything was fine. This time, a slightly different experience: We had made a reservation for 21:45 via the website. Due to a minor incident, we would arrive 5-10 minutes late, so I politely called to inform them about this. I was then told that it would be pointless since the kitchen closes at 22:00, and even if we had arrived on time, we would have had to order everything at once for the entire time we were there and would not be able to order anything else afterwards. A kitchen closing at a certain time is nothing unusual; many establishments do that. However, there was no mention of this at all when making the reservation, which I find very odd in retrospect. To find a solution, I suggested ordering our food over the phone, and then we would be there within 5-10 minutes. Something that seemed completely logical to me, since we would be waiting for the food anyway even if we were there (again, this involves a difference of only 5-10 minutes). Well, this suggestion was completely rejected by both the employee and the manager. The explanation: we are almost completely empty; it is practically closed now. Then I wonder why you stay open until 11:00 PM if you are going to tell customers almost an hour and a half in advance that you are practically closed. There was absolutely no willingness to cooperate, and it felt pretty much like they were looking for reasons not to receive us, and so our entire evening plans were cancelled. Awful service.

Top restaurant! Every single dish was truly delicious and very seasoned. Plus, you get quite large portions, so you know for sure that you're getting enough. It was a bit on the busy side, which meant some things took a little longer, but that was fine; we weren't in a rush. And given the good food and the friendly staff, we completely understood why it was so busy!

I've eaten here about 4 times already. Every time it was exquisite! The menu is quite extensive and this is also a perfect spot for a fun cocktail evening :) The staff are lovely people, the vibe is cute and yes, the food is just really amazing.

A super friendly, young service team – attentive and welcoming from start to finish. Orders were taken precisely and drinks were delivered lightning fast – exemplary. My steak and my colleague's mixed grill were of outstanding quality. The outdoor area is very nicely designed and inviting. Overall, the price/performance ratio is excellent. A thoroughly satisfying visit – I'll definitely be back!

One of our favorite restaurants. It is always busy, and you cannot make reservations in advance, which is a shame. However, a spot usually becomes available quickly. Delicious cocktails, especially the Pornstar Martini and Rosita's cocktail. The price-quality ratio is very good and the portions are generous for the money. The service is helpful and friendly.

We had a really nice experience at this Mexican spot! The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming. The service was a tiny bit on the slower side, but honestly, given how busy it was, it seemed like they might just have been a bit short-staffed, so completely understandable! As for the food, everything was solid! I had the Spare Ribs, which were super tasty and satisfying. My partner had the Burrito, while it wasn't the absolute best burrito we've ever had in our lives, it was still very good and we were both quite happy with our meals. The drinks were also refreshing and well-made. Because it was a warm day, we chose to sit outside, which was very pleasant. However, I did peak inside and the interior decoration looked really cool and vibrant! Overall, a solid spot for good Mexican food and great energy. Would definitely come back!

Staff and food are excellent! Only issue was that our food took well over an hour to arrive. We had movie tickets for after dinner, so we had to eat very quickly once it arrived to make it to the theater on time. They were busy, but we watched tables that sat down after we ordered get their food well before we got ours. At one point the hostess asked us if we wanted any dessert before we left, but we had to explain that we didn’t even get our food yet. After that we got it within five minutes so maybe it was luck or she worked some magic! Fluke or accident so we’ll not be afraid to go back for another meal!

What a wonderful evening I had here. The atmosphere in the place is incredibly cozy and the food was truly fantastic. Everything we were served not only looked beautiful but also tasted deliciously fresh. The presentation of the dishes stood out in particular, such as the striking branding of the name on the burger bun. It is nice to find a place where the cooking is done with so much care. We will definitely be back here soon.

Had great meal here. The portions are good, make sure to come hungry. The only downside was that waiter accidently spilled a drink on us, while they gave a replacement drink, it could have been complementary.

I jokingly asked him if there was an air conditioner or a fan since it was a bit warm, but there wasn’t. Instead of focusing on the negative, he turned it into a positive experience and even offered to move us outside where there was more fresh air. That’s great customer service! Wonderful Mexican restaurant in Amsterdam. You can sit inside and outside. Both locations have their advantages. Great to sit outside on a Summer's night. Road traffic noise is minimal but it does exist. The menu is extensive and well priced.

Tasty, strong cocktails for a great price. The service does have a Gen Z attitude. A bit of a bummer, but I'm getting used to it now. The portion of nachos is small; too few nachos in proportion to the toppings. Nice place to sit after a day of shopping. I'll be back for happy hour!

The food tastes delicious, but the portions have become so small and certainly not in proportion to the price. There were six of us, and we ordered nachos on the side to satisfy our hunger afterwards. We also mentioned this on the spot.

Wonderful atmosphere , good service and great food options

We went out for dinner here with four of us, but I can be a bit picky about taste sometimes, so my food wasn't exactly top-notch. The pulled pork tasted a bit sour, which was explained by the addition of grapefruit and lime. The waitress came over to us in a friendly manner to ask how it tasted and how our experience was! After explaining, the burrito was taken off the bill, which was very sweet! The atmosphere was great; lots of birthday parties haha, so you could definitely hear them! The heart of the place is certainly visible, which is very nice!

We had a really good meal at this Mexican restaurant! The atmosphere is fantastic, friendly and warm, the food is all high-quality and carefully prepared. We tried several dishes and they were all truly delicious! The staff was very attentive and smiling, and special mention goes to Shady, the Italian waiter who served us! Congratulations!!!

The atmosphere is certainly pleasant. You see many groups coming here for a birthday or similar occasion. The staff makes it a fun event. Additionally, the staff is resourceful enough to make certain cocktails that aren't on the menu. But you shouldn't come here for the food. The food is bland, tasteless, and completely lacking in depth. It has nothing to do with Mexican cuisine (unless you mean the Mexican section at Albert Heijn). And certainly given the current prices, I don't think it's worth the effort.

Just got back half an hour ago from our first visit to Rosita's. And we are very enthusiastic. The staff were incredibly nice and spontaneous, and very customer-friendly. My daughter almost finished her food, and it was no problem that we took the leftovers home. The food also arrived quickly and was simply tasty and good. The atmosphere is good too; our little corner sofa was amazing, and I immediately felt at ease, which doesn't happen often. Worth repeating? Definitely!

If you want a combination of good food and a nice, cozy, festive atmosphere, then this is absolutely the place to be!

Excellent food, some of the best flavors I have ever tasted. Nice atmosphere. Negative points: there was an employee walking around with dreadlocks and loose hair, whereas it was actually supposed to be tied up. Also, there was generally little attention paid to the customers. The service was mediocre and could really be better.

The starters were fine, but unfortunately the main courses were either too salty or too sweet. Only the burger was okay. The service was poor; we felt ignored. We sat through the entire main course without drinks and were not asked anything more. We will not be coming back here.

I ate at Rosita's today. My goodness, the quality has dropped... the portion of nachos is twice as small as it was a year ago. The fajita was too salty. The ribs were okay. The service was terrible! We reserved for 6:00 PM. We didn't receive our main course until 8:15 PM! We were never asked once if we wanted anything to drink. When we tried to order one ourselves from a waiter, we were referred to another waitress who never showed up! 2.5 hours with 1 drink, unbelievable. Finally, it was for a birthday and we mentioned this. Of course, they forgot about it too. Sorry, but this is the last time at Rosita's for me.

Very nice atmosphere, super friendly staff. In our opinion, the food could have used a little more "oomph" (not in terms of spiciness, but in terms of seasoning in general). We had the nachos and taquitos as appetizers (unfortunately no picture) and the Mexican spare ribs and the borito with chicken. A person with a normal appetite should be satisfied. We (2 people) went there on Tuesday evening (during the German school holidays, in tulip season) without a reservation. All in all, I can definitely recommend the restaurant.

It's always a party at Rosita's in Almere. Delicious cocktails, wonderful food, a cozy atmosphere, fantastic service, and always a cheerful smile. So much care and attention has been put into everything. We go here when we have something to celebrate, but it's also a great place to just recharge after a busy week. Everything on the menu is delicious, but the varied appetizer with nachos, cheese, pulled pork, and guacamole was so yummy! We were serenaded loudly on our wedding day, and we weren't the only ones; we laughed so much. Wonderful!

I visited Rositas last year; the service was poor, with the wrong dish being served and the correct dish no longer in the kitchen. Last week, I made another attempt to eat at Rositas. Again, I received the wrong dish, prompting the staff to argue that it was on the bill. After investigating, it turned out this was incorrect. The dish is also of mediocre quality, served lukewarm, and lacks flavor. Furthermore, the portions are small. Loud music and tables close together. All in all, not a good review.

I went here with my partner on Valentine's Day, and everything was perfectly arranged. The atmosphere was warm and romantic, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The service here is a real plus: fast, welcoming, and always with a smile. An absolute favorite in Almere for me. The quality of the food was ok. However, the service by the waiters was very annoying. I was not finished at my table. As a woman sitting alone, I put a napkin and a knife on my drink to cover it while i visited the toilet. When i returned, the whole table, except my cup, was cleared and cleaned as if I was supposed to leave. However, the napkin and knife were removed from my cup, which was very annoying. I felt like they were very eager to clean up so that i could leave because they kept coming back to ask me if they could take away my cup, which still had soda inside of it. The whole experience made me feel unwelcome and rushed. I won't be going back.

I chose to celebrate my birthday at Rositas because it has become one of my favorite places since I moved to the Netherlands. My friends and I visit regularly at least once or twice a month to spend time together. That is why I decided to celebrate my first birthday here. The reservation process and overall organization went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed the food, drinks, and atmosphere that evening. However, I was very disappointed with how a particular situation was handled. One of my friends gifted me a bouquet of 51 roses and kindly asked the staff to keep the flowers while we were dining. Unfortunately, we completely forgot to take the bouquet with us when we left. The following day, I contacted the restaurant to ask whether they were open and if the flowers were still there. I was informed that they were open, so I assumed everything would be fine. When I went back to the restaurant, a staff member tried to look for the flowers but said he could not find them and that he would ask his colleagues. He requested my contact number, which I provided. While I was writing down my number, he commented, “It’s not smart to leave your things behind.” I found this remark unnecessary and inappropriate, as it felt like I was being blamed. I was not accusing anyone; I simply wanted to inquire about the flowers, especially since a favor had been asked to keep them safely while we were dining. What disappointed me most was that I never received any follow-up message or update. Even a simple message informing me that the flowers could not be located would have been appreciated. A lack of communication and empathy made the experience feel disrespectful. The food and drinks are good, and we have always enjoyed our visits. However, I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to customer service and showing empathy toward guests.

Delicious food. I shared empanadas, a burrito, and a chocolate dessert. I had the chicken burrito, which was delicious and quite filling. The fries were also very tasty. Service was fast and good. The music was sometimes loud, and the restrooms were a bit hard to find, but they were generally very good.

A very nice restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and decor. The food is still excellent after several visits, and the service is very friendly. We walked in on Valentine's Day and were seated in less than half an hour. The tenderloin (medium rare) melted in my mouth, and the ribeye was delicious.

Rosita's is and remains the most charming restaurant in Almere city center. Delicious food, excellent service, a cozy interior, and always great music! The only downside is that the chairs aren't very comfortable and the tables are a bit too small.

I've now been to this restaurant five times. And yet again, they've made mistakes when it's busy. Drinks were delivered too late, and the food was already gone. The vegetables were too raw, and the other vegetables were overcooked, but that's not a good mix. It's clear that Rosita's can improve a lot in terms of customer service. The food is good but could be better, and the kitchen works hard, but I especially miss the collaboration between the kitchen and the bar. If you're going to serve food, ask if a customer wants another drink. In short, improvements are needed.

Rosita's is a great restaurant for young people. If you're a dinosaur like me, you might find the food a bit less appealing (salty sausage and such). It's prepared quickly, has a bit of a "feeder" atmosphere, and is very busy. But that last part does indicate that many people enjoy going there. So if you're a bit older like me, go to a good steakhouse or something...

Delicious Mexican food. The best in Almere.

Yesterday was last time I visited this place. It was second time I was there and I saw a mouse running on the floor between the tables. Guests reported that to the waiters but there was no any specific actions taken. We asked the waiter about it, and the response was: "we have mice in summer, but in winter its very uncommon". As I see from the previous feedbacks, this is not a first time. How can I be sure that management which cant keep the mice out of the restaurant, can keep them out of the kitchen?

I've been coming to Rositas for years and have been ordering the same thing every time since 2019. Never had any problems and always top-notch service. I will always recommend the spareribs.

We had a wonderful meal here for our friend's birthday! It was quite busy, so we had to wait a bit for a table, but it was about fifteen minutes before we were seated. We received excellent service! We were very happy with the delicious food, and they came to us quite quickly, considering the crowd. We had such a sweet waitress, a very outgoing girl, who helped us with everything. We are very grateful for everything! ❤️ We will definitely be back. It had a really cozy vibe, and we would come back just for Inaya 🥰
