Roza in Hillegom Midden

The only good thing about this place is the football that's always on. The owner cuts his doner with dirty scissors. Mold in every corner you see. And I'm not even going to waste words on the tasteless, soggy food. Worst doner place I've ever eaten at!

I recently ordered something that took half an hour longer than indicated. The food was a bit dry, and the vegetables weren't fresh. The container it was in smelled bad; the delivery person just said goodbye. Not recommended!

I've eaten there a few times, picked it up, or had it delivered. It was delicious every time.

Good food, delicious pizza but it should stay in the oven longer.

Yesterday, after a long wait, we placed an order. We placed it at 8:50 PM and selected the 9:10 PM delivery time slot. Thuiszorgd also indicated a delivery time of 20-30 minutes. After 45 minutes, we called to ask where our order was, and were told it was on its way. The note was "lost," saying the delivery driver was on his way. We called five times in total to ask where our order was. Each time, we were told it was on its way because the note was missing. We explained that we were told this each time, but it wasn't true. On the fourth call (after waiting an hour and 40 minutes), we agreed that if it wasn't delivered within five minutes, I would get my money back, as I had been waiting so long for my food. They replied that this was agreed upon, and that if I hadn't seen a delivery driver after five minutes, I would get my money back. Ten minutes later, I called again to ask for my money back. The same person then told me the delivery driver was definitely on his way and would arrive any minute. I told them I wanted to speak to the manager, and the phone was passed on. I explained my story to the manager and told them I wanted my money back after waiting an hour and 40 minutes. They then replied that they don't give refunds. I asked why not, saying it was an agreement. I didn't get a clear answer, and the manager hung up the phone. After waiting an hour and 50 minutes, the food finally arrived. The food was lukewarm, almost cold, and not warm. In short, I will never order from here again!

Living very close to the shop I pick up the items myself. Had dinner here several times, the kapsalon is very good, pizza is done well, although a bit overpriced.

Good business with a nice atmosphere and a good boss, delicious food for a normal price. I work here as a delivery person and can say that you are treated well as a delivery person and as a customer, definitely recommended.

Order placed for a significant amount/persons. Due to the European Championships, we understand the longer wait, but waiting 2 hours for an order? I can't post a review about the food yet because we are still waiting.

Ordered food yesterday, 2 collars of doner. Meat was lukewarm, bun was hard. Rating on home delivery given. I just received a call with an offer for a new sandwich, but I just ate it so I declined the offer. He was not happy with the review and did not let me finish so he hung up the phone. Very rude.

Enigzins goed eten, maar toch sompig. Ook fijn om 2uur te moeten wachten, zelfs nadat ze bellen en zeggen dat het 10min nog duurt.

kapsalon ok ale kebab jakościowo coraz niższych lotów

Belachelijk arrogante en irritante bezorger. Wist niet hoe hij moest aanbellen blijkbaar en werd zodoende boos op me omdat hij zat te wachten. De kapsalon was wel lekker. Moet er aan toevoegen dat we normaal altijd een geweldige service krijgen en goed geholpen worden en het eten heerlijk is. Ben dit niet gewend van Roza en hoop dat het opgelost wordt.

Całkiem przyzwoity kebab. Turek nawet mówi po polsku :) Jedynie troche... Małe porcje, niestety...

Best vegetarian turkish pizza that I ever had in my life!!! No kidding! The pizza was freshly made and straight out of the pizza oven and the ingredients were really fresh. It's possible to buy beer but it is not allowed to drink inside the restaurant. They also have a small bathroom.

Lekker eten. Duurt soms wel wat langer om te bereiden

Lekker om te snacken na een harde dag werken! Precies goed voor waar het voor bedoeld is. Sfeervol met iemand samen eten doe je beter ergens anders.. maar je eet zeker heerlijk!
