Called and asked if the meat was halal, but nobody knew what was halal at all. Very bold….

The pizza is edible, but the slicing is a bit less smooth compared to a round pizza or a square pizza.

I placed an order on Tuesday, June 30, but I didn't know they were closed, and I called several times with no answer, but an amount of 21.46 was debited from my account and I do want my money back, but to date nothing.

Just ordered a pizza, everything else was closed (Sunday evening). Delivered quickly! Neatly packaged! Mega hot! Large size! VERY generously topped! TOP! 5 STARS!

I waited 2 hours and it still wasn't there. It takes way too long.

WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered a pizza funghi and lahmacun to meet the minimum order value of €15 + €2.50 delivery costs. 1 minute after I placed the order, the place called me to say that they would not deliver this order to me unless I ordered something extra, like a large kapsalon. Since I am alone, I am not going to order any more food, which I find strange anyway considering I met the minimum order value via Thuisbezorgd. Next, they asked if I would come pick it up myself, which is also not an option because I don't have a car and specifically wanted to order food for that reason. So the only option was to give me my money back, but they said I had to arrange this through Thuisbezorgd and hung up the phone. The girl who answered the phone was very cheeky and then passed the phone to a gentleman who also seemed to have little interest in the matter. Terrible service. For this reason alone, I will not order from here again.

I received a call saying the delivery person had been at the door, rung the bell, and knocked while we were sitting in front of the house and no one had been there; I was basically made out to be a liar. Eventually, my order was delivered after all. The food was very bad, just like it had been reheated: soggy fries with the capsalon, the fried potatoes with the menu were limp and not tasty, the salad had brown/yellow lettuce, but very little meat. I wasn't used to this from them; normally they are supposed to accommodate you, especially since we also had to wait a very long time for our food. The only thing you got was, "Sorry, but it was a new delivery person and he still has to learn," but then nothing extra and you had to pay the full price. I used to order here regularly, but I'm ordering here and will never come back. They have lost us as customers.

The fries and potato wedges were very sweet and tasted very strange. The delivery was 40 minutes late. The food was already lukewarm. Absolutely unpalatable. We won't be ordering from here again. I've never had such a disgusting kapsalon. The Turkish toasted sandwich was completely soggy and had almost no sausage on it.

It was literally a kapsalon with a few fries, burnt bacon, and minimal cheese. We will never order from here again.

I wanted to order food, and the website ThuisBezorgd indicated that delivery was possible. Just to be sure, I called Sahara directly. A woman answered the phone. I politely asked how late they were open and if they still delivered. They literally asked if it was a large order. My answer was: "One large dish for two people." The answer I received was: "We don't deliver for two dishes." They also hung up on me before I finished talking. Personally, I find this customer service unfriendly and disrespectful. That's no way to treat customers. I was stunned and will never order from them again.

RUDE The lady on the phone hung up and the delivery wasn't made. The delivery van didn't show up!!!!! I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER, BUT NOW THEY'VE LOST ME!!

Unfortunately I can't give negative stars, but with a customer's first order they arrived more than an hour late and then you have to accept it, so I didn't receive anything, they were allowed to keep it

The food was simply disgusting. The potatoes were sour, and the pizza was the same, not to mention the hamburger—what the hell is that? I thought I'd get a complete sandwich for 5 euros, but I got a piece of charcoal and a cheap cutlet. In short, it was a complete mess. Plus, I had to wait an hour and a half for my order. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I think 17 euros delivery costs are too much, the food was good, but it had a strange aftertaste.

Very bad delivery. They constantly mix up orders and do not solve this problem. Even if you are missing something in the food, they will tell you to sort it out yourself. The girl we spoke to does not know anything about her job, she cannot even deal with the delivery person of their establishment.

Accidentally clicked on cash payment when placing an online order. Immediately called to say this was a mistake and if they could please take their ATM with them. This is what they did. Then after payment I was called and told all about why I had pressed cash! They were also shouting. I had 3 missed calls and 3 voicemails in 5 minutes while we were still eating. Downright rude and too disgusting for words how we were treated as customers here, even though we had neatly indicated this. NEVER AGAIN, KUTTOKO.

I've been going to Sahara in Winshoten regularly with my colleague for a year or two now and I have to say: the Kapsalon kebab is simply unbeatable! It tastes the same every time, add a cola and everything is perfect. The price is also totally fair. We go to Winshoten every now and then because we shop at Jumbo and then we always have to stop by here to get something to eat. Relaxed, delicious, simply great!

Had to wait hours for our pizza and hair salon. Called 4 times to find out where it was, I got the shitty excuse "we are busy but the delivery person is on his way". Then had to wait another half hour. Our pizza and kapsalon were cold. Service is just 3 times a week. Last time I ordered from there.

Fortunately, 2 cups of sauce to limit disappointment. Unable to assess food quality due to incorrect temperature. So far, Sahara is one of the better restaurants that deliver. Update: October 19, 2024 Ordered sahara by mistake via home delivery. Order 4:07 pm for delivery 5:30 pm received 6:03 pm. We are so very disappointed again. Turkish toast with shawarma €10,- 6 slices of sausage and 50gr shawarma. Temperature was from cold. Bowls of lettuce full of water and barely any lettuce. In the evening my son (5) was sick and nauseous next to me on the couch. I'm curious how such a place can survive while the food is really terrible. Highly recommended after 2 times in 4 years. Btw, it seems that they don't look at reviews.

Got a shawarma sandwich, it was very tasty and the staff is very friendly.

I'm typing this while I ordered vegatria pizza an hour ago... literally 1 thing literally 7 minutes around the corner... can't leave because of work. And I'm kept in line the whole time, never had such bad service!!! Ordering no one here is a misery!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vanavond lamshoarma besteld. Het was weer verrukkelijk. Het geldt voor het pitabroodje... aardappeltjes... salade eb het malse lamsvlees... voor een eerlijke prijs krijg je royaal te eten. De geur streelt je neus... de smaakt je tong. De eigenaar ken ik al ruim 25 jaar. Al die tijd prima shoarma. De vader van Latifa, Onno.

Net broodje kipshoarma en een kipshoarma kapsalon opgehaald. De kip was helaas niet heel erg lekker.. Jammer ga er anders graag naar toe.

Pizza waren lekker. Maar voor een maandagavond moesten wij extreem lang wachten. 1,5 uur!!

Lekkere shoarma en meestal vrij vlot bezorgd. Ik bestel bijna nooit via thuisbezorgd maar bel hun rechtstreeks. Krijg dan altijd te horen wat de verwachtte wachttijd is. Heel prettig ipv pas nake bestelling zien dat t lang duurt zoals op thuisbezorgd. En als het langer duurt dan gepland bellen ze ook nog eens om te mededelen dat de bestelling bijna de deur uit gaat!
