The cocktails are delicious. The service is good. I was satisfied. I also had time to enjoy the atmosphere.

Went there a couple of times and they don't allow hats/beanies inside. I don't really understand this rule, but if you're going to implement this you need to make sure that the temperature inside is not too high. I need hats to keep my sweat from constantly dripping because dancing in this bar can get extremely hot. Suggestion: Allow hats or install more air conditioning

I made a reservation for the restaurant via the website at the end of May for dinner in September. I made this reservation well in advance, as we were planning to dine with a group of 13. After two weeks, I still hadn't received a confirmation, so I called. The person on the phone told me the restaurant wasn't open yet and that I could contact them again at the end of June. I tried to contact them again at the end of June and sent a detailed email. Still no response. Very disappointing and poor service.

Went here today for the first time with 2 friends, the first 10min was okey, we ask a drink, the bartender did a nice drink, the music was good, we started to dance and then a bald man come to say that our friend needed to take his hat off or leave and my friend didn't wanted to argue so he left. I always and to go there and I refuse to go again, our was night ruined right away and yes because of a stupid rule that doesn't makes ANY SENSE. Tell me, WHY would A HAT be dangerous to the environment??? Can someone explain??? It means that they will hide something underneath that's it??? C'mon. If people want to hide something, they will hide It ANYWHERE ELSE AND YOU KNOW IT! So should people go naked without clothes??? Should you search the genitalia like polices do??? That's just a stupid rule. Keep up the "good work" and the common sense.

On Thursday evenings I like to come here to practice my bachata, salsa and kizomba moves with different people. On that evening they always play 3 songs from each style. This means there is something for everyone and if you can dance all styles like me, you can dance all night long. What I also really like is that the people present come from various dance schools in the region and all dance together. And also at different levels. Although there is a fixed division, the best dancers are in the front, the good and somewhat advanced dancers in the middle, the novice dancers in the back and the real starters on the left. The staff who work there are super friendly, you get your drink fairly quickly and they always do this with a smile. The security man is also extremely friendly and always has a nice chat. However, there are some areas for improvement: - Only 2 doors in the ladies' toilets can be locked - it is often really busy, so there is actually not enough room to really dance - groups often come in who do not dance and get in the way or even ridicule the dance styles, it would be nice if you could ensure that these people stay at the front of the pub In short, if you like to dance bachata, salsa and/or kizomba, then it is highly recommended to come to Santiago on Thursday evening!

Very disappointing experience at Santiago Ordered food from Santiago last night at 9:00 PM, but this turned out to be a huge disappointment. After waiting an hour with no sign of my order, I decided to call. To my frustration I couldn't get hold of anyone. After waiting another 40 minutes, I received a text message saying my order had been canceled. No explanation, no apologies, just cancelled. This meant that at 11pm I still had no food and had to make last minute arrangements. It is outrageous how this order was handled. Not only was I disappointed, but also the people I ordered food for. This kind of service is unacceptable. I expect more professionalism from a restaurant.

Terrible service. I went in to order 3 beers and not even the kid who was at the bar said hello, the waitress was on her cell phone and this guy had to tell her to take care of me. I don't give it zero stars because you can't.

They charge €1 "deposit" for each plastic cup of beer/soft drink, which makes the price of consumption very expensive. In addition, they sometimes "make a mistake" by also asking for a "deposit" for a plastic bottle. We have had to pay this several times. I understand the one-time contribution of plastic, but with an event like the PSV championship this is not possible and no other pub has asked for that contribution. Pure scam and taking advantage of the situation!

Worst bar I’ve ever been to. Horrible atmosphere, extremely unfriendly personnel and on top, they impolitely asked everyone who was wearing a hat to leave. One person refused and was aggressively kicked out by 4 security guards. For wearing a hat. Unbelievable.

Nice place to celebrate a social events with colleagues. After a cocktail creation workshop we had a dinner downstairs with Cuban food. Very delicious, and cudo's for the friendly engaging staff!

Best club in Eindhoven! Full of energy. The music is all about Latin America, so for sure you will see latin people dancing salsa, bachata, Reggaeton and eventually brazilian funk and sertanejo.

el lugar es pequeño pero es bastante cómodo , muy muy buena música latina. No esperes mucho del atendimento los camareros son súper odiosos y se demoran 30 min en traerte una coca cola .

There was a bartender who was meticulous with his creations and you could taste it from the first sip. DJ on a late friday night was phenomenal at mixing latin (lots of reggaeton) + hints of hip hop.

What a beautiful place and the people who work there do everything to make it comfortabel as possible. The cocktails taste awesome and look really good. The manager is such a sweet guy! Thank you for everything and i'll be back on Saturday!! 🎊 worth 10 stars 100%

Gezellige dansavonden op donderdagavond ♥️ in het weekend moet je wel de machomannen van je afslaan haha. Sfeervol en gezellig. Mojito's maken ze heerlijk hier!

Het is hier keigezellig, als je van latin en reggeaton houdt en wilt dansen moet je hier zijn.

The blonde spanish speaker girl was really nice and the music was good, but the short girl and the big guy upstairs took ages to take our order we ended up leaving without a drink 👎🏻

Had a great night and will definitely return to the Thursday night open dance cafe.

First bar my boyfriend and i entered in Eindhoven, absolute gem! Highlight of this bar is Raj, world-class bartender that will make you the best signature drinks off the top of his head. Go find him for the most delicious cocktails you’ll have (he might not be there for long)😍

Eine tolle Bar..super Ambiente tolle Musik.. eine Bar die ich gerne mit nachhause (Köln)genommen hätte.. Der Barkeeper hatte die Ruhe weg😂😂 er zelebrierte jeden Cocktail ..waa unendlich lange dauerte aber herrlich anzuschauen..wenns voll ist aber etwas schwierig.. zu etwas späteter Stunde waren aber mehr Leute hinter der Theke.. Der Alkoholgehalt einiger Cocktails hielt sich auch in Grenzen und hätte es mehr sein dürfen laut meinen Begleiten.. mein Caipirinha war aber gut.. ich hatte jedenfalls Spass..

Bardzo fajnie spędzony wieczór. Ciekawe, niepozorne miejsce. Bardzo dobre drinki w super cenach. Na początku było tam pusto, a gdy wychodziliśmy rozkręciła się tam super impreza z Bardzo fajną muzyką i dj-em.

First bar I went to in Eindhoven, we choose santiago de cuba 😊 and i gotta say that the quality of what you get is much better than your average beer 🤩🥰🙌🏼 Raj made splendid cocktails 🍹💚 We ordered a long island iced tea + an amaretto sour, both were delicious!!! If you're looking for good quality cocktails I recommend giving this place a try :) 💜💙💚💛🧡❤
