Saraya Afhaalcentrum in Groeseind-Hoefstraat

The good taste, better than Istambul!

What a great place, just had a döner sandwich and was served by Mr. Vedat, what a great guy! Really creates a nice atmosphere in the place! Thanks 👍

Very tasty, friendly staff, ready quickly and good.

Great place, even better owners, I came hungry as a wolf 15 minutes after closing and despite that they made me something to eat 🥳 Thank you 👌🏻

Read the reviews carefully first!! Do not get food here! I got food poisoning after ordering a kapsalon. At the hospital, we found out that I got food poisoning from the kebab. Please be careful with the food here! They do not work hygienically here. Be careful!

My mother and I walked in here spontaneously for a quick bite to eat. Had pasta pollo and a chicken dunör sandwich this good in a long time. The staff is incredibly friendly, highly recommended.

Been there a couple of times Highly recommended

The best Lahmacun I have ever eaten!!!

The food is very good and the prices are reasonable, and everything is well prepared.

Got moldy pita bread. So not a pleasant experience. P.S. I took a picture of it.

Always delicious food, great service, and friendly, helpful staff. The hardworking owner goes above and beyond to ensure everyone gets a quick and delicious meal and that customers are well-served. We go there regularly because it's just across the street for us. P.S. Congratulations on your first year! Greetings, the neighbors across the street. 👍👍👍

Great food, good atmosphere, nice people and a good price and it's close to the school.

The first two times the place was great; it's clean, nice, and the food is good. But we ordered through Uber Eats on Sunday around 8:10 pm, and it was a disappointment! They forgot the drinks and sauces. When we called, they brought them very quickly, but the sauce was completely open, and on top of that, there was a piece of plastic in my kebab. Of course, I didn't eat any more. It was awful. We'll give them another chance, and if not, we'll go to another kebab place that we can't trust.

Dear donor and hair salon in Tilburg, these owners are doing 100x better than the previous ones.

Delicious food! Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Last Saturday, the order went wrong; a phone call resolved it promptly and it was delivered to our home. They have delicious food, good service, and friendly staff. We love getting our food here.

Eating at Saraya is fantastic. They're friendly, hygienic, and the food is delicious. Fantastic!

Great food, love the calzone!!!

BEST food in town! Everything is always incredibly fresh. Honest and incredibly friendly owner, always great service.

People, I'm never going here again. You're treated so disrespectfully, and the small salon is incredibly expensive. I liked the previous owner better. That young woman who works there is so rude and has no respect for customers. It's also unacceptable when you walk in. You're not greeted, and I think they're too smart. They don't know how to treat customers. Anyone reading this, please don't go there again.

We had a delicious meal at Saraya today and the place looks neat and the staff are very friendly!

Delicious meat platter (4 kinds) and a truly superb calzone. Specially made if this isn't even on the menu :)

I heard that after the last takeover, the kapsalon was supposed to be small, not as tasty as before, and much more expensive. Personally, I think it has become tastier; well-filled with plenty of meat. Also, better meat than under the previous owner; the lettuce was tasty and the fries were crispy. Had a good meal; I am very full from the XL kapsalon. The mixed platter with 4 types of meat was also very good; I had that the time before. Also, the service was polite and it was ready quickly; highly recommended for everyone. Regards, Dennis and Femke

Had some delicious fresh kebab and received friendly service. Nice place too. Highly recommended!

Cozy little spot in the heart of Tilburg that exceeds expectations! Had a delicious and pleasant meal with personal table service from the owner. Highly recommended if you are in the area for a top-class shawarma or doner!

Placed an order today and specified a delivery time, and it arrived on time + deliciously warm. The pizzas were generously topped, definitely recommended!!

Burnt the durum too often, I'm not going there anymore.

Friendly staff ! Tasty food hygienic, tidy place . Definitely recommended.

I tried the spicy chicken today... It was very tasty. Curious about the next meal.

To be honest, it was the best kebab I've ever eaten. 5/5

I am a regular customer at Saraya, where I have been coming almost weekly for years. I am always greeted warmly and the staff often stop by for a chat; the atmosphere is always good when I drop by. I have seen the quality and hygiene improve under the current owner, a real gem. I am also offered a new product to sample every now and then, just like today. I thoroughly enjoyed my Chicken Doner Special. Keep up the good work, folks, and I’ll be coming back often!

Friendly staff and you are greeted immediately when you enter. The food was tasty, plentiful, and served quickly. Highly recommended if you are in the area and are in the mood for some tasty Turkish greasy food. And a nice owner :)

Very tasty food and very friendly staff. Highly recommended 👌👌👌

The food is top quality and the atmosphere is cozy.

Bad food, way too expensive for what you get. I also don't understand where the good reviews come from.

We had dinner with the family yesterday; friendly people, fast service. The price-quality ratio is more than good. As far as we are concerned, definitely recommended.

The food wasn't bad, but not much better than mediocre. I did find it strange that I wasn't greeted or even looked at upon entering. I think I also paid too much. I didn't even get a receipt.

They didn't keep their word; the food wasn't ready at the given time. And upon entering, no one came to greet us; they weren't very friendly, which is a real shame. We ordered two pizzas and the pizza was quite hard. A pity.

Delicious food and friendly service!

Food was delicious and top service

Ordered 3 kebabs i got them in less than 10 minutes everything was fresh and just delicious and when i walked i got greeted with a smile awesome place will visit agin

We ordered food for nine people: pizzas, mixed grill, köfte, and fries. It was a mountain of food, but we finished it all because it was so delicious. Everyone couldn't stop eating it. We'll definitely be back, especially because of the very friendly staff who helped us.

Super delicious food, nice staff, it's ready quickly, what more could you want?

Since there has been a new owner, the food is tasty and fresh; it is prepared while you wait, and everything is equally delicious. They are very friendly. And it is very clean. Definitely recommended!!!

I do not recommend this place. The service is terrible every time. Only lettuce and onion,

Food is good and certainly enough.

Very tasty pizza (doner kebab and margarita).😋 And the price is completely reasonable too 👍 The food is prepared quickly and with care. After the meal, we had a nice chat with the two women. If we're ever in Tilburg again, we'll be happy to come back!!! Best wishes from Germany 🇩🇪 👋🙂

The food always tastes very good and the staff is very friendly!

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Absolutely the worst kebab shop I've ever been to Where do I begin? This "shop" should really be closed down. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. First of all: the hygiene was completely lacking. The tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and I don't even want to know what happens in the kitchen. I suddenly lost my appetite. Secondly: the service was completely disinterested. Unfriendly, slow, and as if they'd rather be somewhere else. No customer service whatsoever. And then most importantly: the food. What a disaster. The kebab was dry, tough, and tasted like it had been made hours ago. The sauce was watery, the bread soggy, and the lettuce stale. Even gas station fast food tastes better than this. To make matters worse, I got a stomachache within an hour of eating. Coincidence? I doubt it. For the prices they charge, you'd expect at least something edible, but this was absolutely outrageous. A waste of my money, a waste of my time, and especially a waste of my stomach. NEVER AGAIN. Please stay away.

Had a delicious meal and the garlic sauce was so tasty and creamy

Always very friendly and good service, delicious food and for a good price!

Ordered Lachmacun chicken doner and kapsalon döner, the best in a long time! Delicious meat, good dough, nice salad, and the fries were still crispy. (Dined at the restaurant)

Mel is always cheerful and up for a chat and a laugh. The food is always excellent and more than enough.

Visited for the first time for takeout. The owner and staff kept you chatting pleasantly and friendly while you waited. Good customer service is important. You could tell they were passionate about their work. The döner sandwich and shawarma baguette were delicious. I'll definitely be back. See you next time!

At Saraya Takeaway, you'll experience the full experience! Enjoy delicious and cozy food at a fair price! Everything is 💯% Halal 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

If it's been a long workday, I can call and pick it up 10 minutes later. Always good and friendly.

The most delicious döner I've ever had in Tilburg, hands down! Everything was super fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly prepared. You can taste the real love that goes into the food. But what makes this place even more special is the atmosphere. It was incredibly cozy, and even with other customers, we spontaneously struck up some nice conversations. The owner is a gem; she really makes time for her customers, knows who you are, and makes you feel welcome. The staff is also incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful. You can tell this is a place with a heart for people and quality. A place you come not just for the food, but also for the warmth and friendliness. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

The meat was too old, I'll never do that again

Since the new owner took over, I've eaten there many times. The food is fantastic, the staff is fantastic, always delicious and friendly! We'll definitely keep coming back; highly recommended, everything is simply FRESH.

Delicious food! Friendly staff! Definitely recommended!

I buy food here occasionally, very satisfied. Food is very tasty, the atmosphere is also very good and the staff is super nice and listens attentively to your order. I would definitely keep coming here! This is also definitely recommended, so if you read this review, come here and order some delicious food!!!

Had dinner there last Friday Food was delicious Good service Friendly owner

The food was delicious, good pizza and had a nice chat with the staff / owner!

Owner told me she makes the kofte herself and you could tell. Delicious. Tender ground beef, tasty herbs. Not too hot, not too bland. Delicious

Ordered food for the first time since the new owner. Pizzas were delicious! The saraya special was really generously topped with all kinds of meat (which were also all super tasty!) really recommended! Waiting time also much faster than before.

One of the best grillrooms in Town! Everything made fresh as you order. And for takeaway they wait for you to arrive before they put your pizza in the oven, so it will be fresh when you leave with it.

Always friendly service, no more long waiting times and recently new menu. Immediately tried the hot chicken flatbread very tasty. Keep up the good work toppers😀

The staff behind the bar was very friendly 😃👍

Delicious! Especially the falafel was surprisingly tasty! Recommended

Very tasty and ready quickly! Nice atmosphere and ready quickly. Staff is friendly!

Delicious food at Saraya. Really friendly staff and quick service. Everything fresh so I don't have a bad word about it. Thanks Team Saraya for the delicious food! My daughter also enjoyed her Kapsalon. See you soon and all the best for your business!!

Delicious food and friendly, caring and pleasant staff, highly recommended!

Been coming here for years, always good.

10/10 recommend! Very tasty and lots of food for a very good price, and for the service alone it is completely worth it! Super nice, helpful staff and you quickly have the nicest conversation with the owner, QUEEN energy ;) Definitely go there, also for the pizzas ;)

Good atmosphere and good food!!

Super tasty food and nice staff. Working in Tilburg for a few days. Been back twice. Top.

Delicious food! The person was also very friendly, I will come here more often!

Selected Saraya based on the good reviews and they absolutely live up to them! Neat place, friendly people and of course excellent pizza and fresh salad. Recommended!

Amazing place for a delicious and filling meal! The kebabs are packed with a generous amount of meat, even the cheapest one starting at just €6. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, including some vegan options. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting — perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Highly recommend!

Super tent, friendly staff. Will recommend it to everyone. Food tasty and wonderful taste

Not as it used to be since the new owner. Quality is no longer the same, less taste, smaller pizza and different dough. Shame.

Enjoy coming here! Always helpful and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The food is also tasty. My favorite chicken doner hair salon 🥰

It was delicious, the quality of the food is SO much better than before. It's clean and the new owner is great! Thank you and see you soon!

I'm glad there is finally a decent tent in the area. Very friendly people and the food is great. They don't make a fuss about wishes and the little ones get a piece of candy. Highly recommended and so on 💪

The food is very tasty from Dani's neighbor

Delicious food. Very friendly staff.

Great staff, you will be helped quickly and the food is delicious!

Very good, worth recommending :)

Unfortunately, the business has been sold to a new owner. The fries were so hard you could barely bite through them. The pizza dough and toppings weren't the quality or taste we're used to either. We've been coming here for about five years, but the quality has plummeted.

Unfortunately, it's not the same as before. We think that is a great pity. We came here regularly for food. But unfortunately the quality and food have deteriorated greatly.

Very good Kapsalon. I'll definitely be back to try the pizza, but I'm sure it will be good. I recommend it.

Very good lavash. Beautiful kebab, beautiful people.

Delicious Durum kebabs, you can ask for cheese👍 Especially delicious Calzone pizza🤤 Polite staff with a good sense of humor👍 I especially like the young boy🥰 As we understood, it's a family kebab shop👍 Our team misses them when they close for the holidays🤗

The kebab is delicious, the meat is juicy, the salads are fresh, the service is very nice

I recommend this place to everyone, delicious food and friendly staff, I always buy here

One of the best kebab in the city

Very friendly, clean, fast service and delicious food. Recommended!

Had a lovely kapsalon! Very nice staff. Definitely recommend

Delicious food for a good price. Fast service and super tasty
