Great new restaurant in Arnhem. Finally had time to try it out. It's a nicely decorated restaurant, with an outdoor terrace. The dishes are beautifully presented. It's great that you can choose two half-courses for both the starter and the main course. That saves you the stress of choosing. It's a shame you can't do that with dessert. It's strange that you can get these five courses (two half-courses + one whole) for a fixed price, but not three whole courses for the same fixed price. You have a choice of two meat courses, two fish courses, and two vegetarian courses, so there's something for everyone. The chocolate dessert is especially delicious. I personally recommend ordering fries. Legend 1) Terrible! I wouldn't recommend it, I'll never come back! 2) Too bad, below my expectations, I won't be back. 3) Okay, nothing wrong with it, but nothing special, nice for a one-time visit. 4) Fine, worth coming back. 5) Excellent! I recommend it, I'll definitely be back!

Finally, a restaurant where everything is gluten-free and where hospitality and warmth are paramount. Highly recommended.

Been in Arnhem for a few days, eaten the best gluten free, creme brulee ever here. The place is so warm and cozy, and the people very friendly! I do recommend !

We had a delicious meal last Friday. The service was super friendly, and they serve delicious wines. We got some extra homemade chocolates with our coffee.

Very surprising. The food was delicious, especially the green egg. The ladies had two half-course main courses, and the men had a delicious veal ribeye from the BBQ/egg. The service was very good and attentive, with a pleasant atmosphere, and they offered unsolicited recommendations for a suitable drink. We'll be back soon to try the Texas coffee :-)

Besides the fact that they really made my mother feel like it was her birthday, the food was good and the service was fantastic. We had a really delicious meal! Both my mother and I eat gluten-free (and I lactose-free) due to allergies. It is super refreshing to finally be able to eat everything on the menu instead of just 2 of the 28 dishes on the entire menu. What a sudden stress of choosing! Recognizable dishes with a twist. Also tasty vegetarian options available. Good portions, normal prices and very nice owners. You are treated as if you are eating at someone's home, very cozy and friendly, but still neat. I would definitely recommend the chocolate ganache dessert. 10/10

A delicious gluten-free restaurant, with great service and a nice atmosphere. The food is beautifully served and tastes delicious. How nice is this for a table companion, who cannot sit in every restaurant, because you suffer from gluten intolerance. This way you can have a pleasant evening out, without worries.

After two years we went to eat again. There is a different menu and chef but the quality has not changed. The reception is also still very good as if you come by every day, it is time that they take a different location (Rotjeknor 🤣) we can come by more often. Great 👋👍👍 We ate here with friends yesterday. When you come in you immediately have a warm feeling because of the warm welcome. You can choose various dishes but we took the small rice table because then you can taste various dishes. You get a good explanation about the dishes that are very tastefully prepared by the chef. Delicious wine with it, nothing wrong with it, it is too far for us to drive otherwise we would eat here more often. In Rotterdam terms, a topper.

In addition, delicious food and it is nice that there are vegetarian/vegan options + that it is all gluten-free. And not to forget, their Aperol Spritz is also very tasty! All in all, a real recommendation in Arnhem.

The host and hostess make it complete. We love that for a joke and a nice chat! Relaxed and more than welcome from the moment you enter until you leave. Of course it's also about the food, which for us is delicious! It was a good idea to order half dishes so that you can taste more of their specialties. Everything so fresh! Lots of vegetables and a surprising salad, nothing standard like everywhere else, but a good twist as is expected nowadays. Nice place to eat. Restaurant serves gluten-free and lactose-free, many dishes contain the green egg. You can do sam sam, then you order 2 half dishes per round. This allows you to taste more dishes. The scallop is highly recommended. Service is super attentive and cozy place!

We recently had a very nice meal here on the terrace. The three-course menu is surprising, with a choice of two half starters, two half main courses and a dessert. This means you can taste everything. Not expensive either for what you get. The owners are also very fond of their restaurant and their work, you can tell that in everything. Recommended!

Lovely atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff and least but not last, the chef does an amazing job. Remarkable fact is almost all dishes are gluten free and there are quite some vegan and vegetarian options. Everything tastes good and the dishes are beautifully presented. I had a small comment about a dish that was immediately compensated with a drink from the company... TOP. Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant with nice relaxed music in the background. The hostess and gentleman are nice and friendly people with an informal attitude that fits perfectly in this setting. As far as I'm concerned, 'The Treasure of Arnhem' is highly recommended.

Very tasty dinner tonight. It was our first time here and certainly not the last. Super friendly service that senses the guests well and responds to them, certainly not pushy. Great atmosphere inside and outside on the terrace. I once ate Indian food in the center of Arnhem, but it looked like Chinese. If you want really tasty Indian food, this is the place for you. Everything prepared by hand and home made. Next time I will take pictures because I forgot to take them because of the delicious food. Met een groep van 16 personen genoten van de gastvrijheid en een heerlijk authentiek Indisch buffet. Aandacht voor vegetariërs. Ontspannen sfeer waar we zowel binnen als buiten konden zitten. Super bediening. We komen terug.

Allereerst was de ontvangst meer dan hartelijk. Lekker op het terras een heerlijk koud biertje en wijntje gedronken. Vervolgens hebben wij binnen meer dan fantastisch gegeten met een enorm attente gastvrouw en gastheer die alle gerechten heel enthousiast hebben toegelicht. Klein maar gezellig restaurant met een huiskamer sfeer. Hadden gekozen voor allerlei kleine Indische gerechtjes, echt een aanrader om van alles te proeven en te genieten van geuren en smaken. Duidelijk uitleg wat je te eten krijgt voorgeschoteld en vriendelijke bediening.

Wat hebben we gisteravond heerlijk gegeten! Een warme en hartelijke ontvangst in een huiselijke sfeer met een fantastische keuken. Wij komen graag terug.

Mijn 60e verjaardag hier gevierd. Wat een verrassing, goede accommodatie voor 50 personen, bediening super, eten overheerlijk, en door de eigenaar gekozen muziek fantastisch. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die een intieme verjaardag of ander feest wil houden.

De bediening zijn echt ‘schatjes’. Uiterst vriendelijk, zorgvuldig en behulpzaam. Eten was in één woord geweldig. Een echte aanrader

Ik ben hier op een vrijdagavond geweest met vier volwassenen en een kind. Eerder die week had ik gereserveerd omdat het er altijd wel druk uitziet binnen. Ik raad iedereen aan te reserveren want het is een populair restaurant. Bij aankomst werden we heel vriendelijk welkom geheten door de eigenaresse. De mensen die er werken zijn sowieso super vriendelijk en dat zorgt voor een fijne en ongedwongen sfeer. Ook met kinderen kun je hier prima naartoe, mits ze natuurlijk van echt Indonesisch eten houden. Voor mijn kind waren sommige smaken wat te heftig, maar ze proberen daar een oplossing voor te vinden door extra rijst en/of gebakken banaan. Wij hebben 2x een rijstafel besteld bestaande uit een plankje met kleine hapjes als eerste gang en daarna een assortiment van Indonesche gerechtjes voor de tafel. Per persoon krijg je ook nog rijst en saté. Op het eerste gezicht leek de hoeveelheid wat weinig maar dat is slecht schijn. Als snel merk je dat iedereen lekker zit te eten en het echt genoeg is. Bovendien bieden ze altijd aan om nog wat extra neer te zetten als dat nodig is. De gerechten zijn heerlijk van smaak. Vooral de rendang en buikspek vond ik echt heel goed. Schatje van Arnhem is een aanwinst voor Arnhem en de buurt. Echt een aanrader, mede door de fijne vriendelijke mensen die er werken.

Gisteren avond heerlijk indisch bij Schatje gegeten. Mooi kleine rijsttafel, je proeft de versie kruiden, en gerechten met een kleine twist. Heerlijk en mooie gezellige plek, en zeer gastvrij. Ik kook vaak ook veel van de gerechten, bij Schatje door de twist was ik verrast en heel tevreden, en ik ben een kritische klant. Dus ik kom zeker vaker terug.

Met 8 personen heerlijk gegeten.😋 we hadden wat te vieren🥳gezellig restaurant , gastvrouw en heer die humor😄😄 kunnen waarderen👍we hebben een top avond gehad👌

Met ruim zestig medewerkers van een Arnhems Klantencontact-bedrijf voor het MKB werden wij met Kerst getrakteerd op deze heerlijke Indische keuken. Selamat Makan ! Ze hebben echt een prima ketering. Dit tien keer liever dan een kerstpakket, wat mij betreft. Kwaliteit verveelt niet...

Heel leuk, lekker en gezellig gegeten, zowel een keer buffet als a la carte, met super gastvrije en vriendelijke bediening!

Gezellig tafelen in wat bijna aandoet als een grote huiskamer. Herinnert aan de Indische selamatan's in Hollandse huiskamers van weleer. Op het menu staan verschillende versies van een uitgebreide Indische (niet Indonesische!) rijsttafel met vlees- en vegetarische gerechten. Een goede, uitgebreide Indische rijsttafel klaarmaken kost dagenlang werk, hier staat het in een half uur op tafel! Alle smaken die je verwacht komen terug - inclusief de trassi, peteh, petis. De gerechten zijn mild te noemen, behalve de sambal badjak was niets tè pedes. Enthousiast personeel. En de hoeveelheden zijn, mede door de grote keuze aan gerechten, meer dan voldoende, en wat over is, kan in bakjes mee naar huis. Ideaal voor mensen die zin hebben in 'nasi goreng met een gebakken ei, wat sambal en wat kroepoek en een goed glas bier erbij' maar te onkundig (of te lui) zijn om zelf uren in de keuken te staan, en dan ook nog te moeten afwassen!

Eindelijk een restaurant gevonden waar het eten heerlijk bekend smaakt...bijna alsof mijn oma of moeder het heeft gemaakt. De mensen die daar werken zijn super vriendelijk en de sfeer is ontzettend gezellig! Het eten is top , wij zijn hier al meerdere keren geweest en komen zeker weer aan.
