We ate there for the first time today with 6 adults and 3 children. We really enjoyed it. The service was very friendly and the food was good. The salad bar was also great, and everyone had the 3-course meal with all the fries they wanted. We loved it and will definitely be back. Child-friendly with a small play area. Thank you!

Never again! The staff practically fall asleep and leave customers waiting for ages without service. By the time our cappuccino arrived, it was already cold. The food leaves much to be desired; freshness looks completely out of place. Definitely not recommended! 👎👎👎

We regularly visit the Roermond outlet; it's not close to us, and we always end our day at Schnitzelparadies. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff wears matching attire. The salad bar is a fun and delicious addition. The schnitzels are good value for money and have never disappointed. It's a shame that we used to be allowed to bring our dog inside (in a locked cart), but since the last time we visited, we haven't been allowed to bring our dog. This makes it more difficult to eat there outside of the summer.

We stumbled upon Schnitzelparadies by chance while at the outlet mall! It looked appealing at first glance, so we went in… The staff wear traditional Bavarian clothing, and the decor is typical Bavarian. The schnitzels were okay, but nothing special, especially the bland sauces and the overly white fries! The food and drinks are rather pricey, and the staff is a bit too laid-back… The salad bar was a definite plus!

Quaint atmosphere and friendly, attentive waiters in Bavarian attire. Schnitzel is available in three different sizes, and the sauces are perfectly fine. Highly recommended for a quick and affordable meal.

What a lovely restaurant, it exceeded our expectations! (Feb 2023) We arrived early, there were plenty of tables available, and we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our table. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in Austrian style, making you feel like you're on holiday in Austria. We opted for the three-course menu. The chef's soup was lentil soup. It was deliciously spicy, highly recommended. The tomato soup was also deliciously full of flavor. We were served with fresh warm rolls with herb butter and tapenade. Instead of the world schnitzel, we opted for the Turkish kapsalon. The second world schnitzel wasn't on the menu, but when we asked if the English and American schnitzels could be combined, it was no problem at all. We were able to simply order a schnitzel with our own wishes, mushrooms, and a fried egg on top. Excellent service! Dessert, Dame Blanche, was simple but equally delicious with warm chocolate sauce in a unique glass; we couldn't help laughing. The staff paid close attention to us and other guests, and the restaurant gradually filled up. Even a dog was allowed in and was given water and a cookie. In short, we had a delicious meal, more than enough food, and a wonderfully enjoyable evening. Highly recommended for everyone.

We were turned away. There were two of us. A table for four had just become available. There was also another table where we could have sat. There was also a whole section of empty tables. A family of four was also turned away... if you don't need customers and don't need to make a profit... what a shame and disappointing.

Have visited 3 times before with no problems, good food and atmosphere. The service this time was very late. Ordered and after an hour the main courses had not arrived. Then was informed in 5 minutes that turned into 15. Left after paying the starters. Will not be visiting again.

The only positive thing is really the atmosphere. Even though there were free tables, they turned us away. Apparently, they don't want to make any money. No one can tell us that the tables were reserved. When we heard the phrase, "That's a table for four, we're not seating two people there," that was enough for us. There were four people in front of us who could have sat there, but they were also turned away. Oh well, if they don't want you, you don't get what you deserve.

We ate here on Boxing Day. The food was good. The service was perfect. We asked for an extra plate because of my stomach exam, and nothing was too much trouble. The lady was very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

On December 22nd, while shopping, we walked into this restaurant with two people for a quick bite to eat at 7:15 PM. There were plenty of tables available. Two young male employees approached us to ask if we had a reservation. No, we hadn't, why were there enough tables available? We couldn't eat without a reservation; people weren't allowed to be seated. How unfriendly and unwelcoming. It said it was open until 9:00 PM. They didn't expect it to be busy. Most people had finished eating. They just wanted to get home on time. It was awful; we could tell they wanted to get rid of us.

It's like being on vacation! You definitely have to try the most delicious schnitzels, and the Kaiserschmarrn too! :) We love coming here!

We were there for the second time today and had the three-course meal. It was excellent value for the price. We were all full and the food was delicious. We'll gladly come back next time. We were there and were told that every table was reserved. After waiting about 3–4 minutes, my husband called to reserve a table, and they told him, “You can come, we’ll find a table for you.” What a pity!

Friendly & helpful staff, they have menus in english and a large selection of schnitzels to chose from. Good place to stop at for a bite before or after visiting the outlet centre.

We had a delicious three-course meal. For the price you pay, you wouldn't expect it to taste this good. Price-quality-wise, it's a solid 9 to 10.

Unfortunately, we didn't like the food at all. It tasted like convenience food. Very greasy (and heavy on the stomach) and prepared without any care, which is a real shame considering the restaurant is so nice and the service is so friendly. The price and quality are completely out of proportion. A real disappointment.

A group of 18 dined with you. We all opted for a three-course menu. Plenty of choice and the food was incredibly delicious. Make sure you arrive on an empty stomach, as the portions are generous, and there's also a wide selection of salads at the salad bar. Regarding any changes to the menu, nothing is too much trouble, and everything can be arranged. Speaking of the service, what a wonderful staff! We were helped all evening by Rosa; she's such a wonderful woman, and she works incredibly hard to please everyone. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant, and we'll definitely all be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed both the excellent food and the great service! We were with a large group, but wow, what a wonderful experience! The people working there are so friendly, but once you get Rosa at your table, it's a real party. She makes the evening complete. You really get your money's worth here!

We dined yesterday with six adults and four children. The lady who served us was super sweet and attentive. It's nice that everyone was wearing leather goods or a dirndl. We've been here before and it's always delicious. I forgot to mention that I didn't want to sit near the exit. My parents were bothered by the draft.

By chance, we stopped by for a bite to eat today, just off the main shopping street. The atmosphere was fantastic, the service was very friendly, and the food was completely satisfying. We'll definitely be stopping by here again after shopping.

The three-course menu for €19 was very good value. However, the quality of the food wasn't very high. The pre-made sauce and the schnitzel were unfortunately also very poor. The appetizer and dessert were also not very good. The service was good at first, but declined somewhat over time, and we had to wait a very long time. It wasn't very busy; about 10 tables were occupied.

Super tasty schnitzel with mushroom sauce which actually had mushrooms in it, the apple strudel was divine.

The food was good, but the service was very poor. By the time we asked for dessert, the appetizer plates hadn't been cleared, and the waiters left empty-handed after serving drinks. When we pointed this out, they took one plate and left the rest. The dessert was very expensive for the portion size.

What a disorganized mess. You show up with eight people and have a proper reservation. They want to push some uneven tables together. Why do you need a reservation then? So we've already taken care of that ourselves. We cleared the table ourselves twice. They brought new ones and didn't understand how empties could be thrown away. Too lazy to serve drinks. Just putting them on the corner of the table is much easier. Asking if anyone had any requests was unfortunately not met. Handy if you offer unlimited fries and such. And it wasn't even busy! Good advice: you can't run a place like that with just youngsters. You need someone to manage them. The food was good for the price, and it looks like a nicely decorated place.

We came to eat, and the food was delicious. But we waited so long for drinks. The bar staff lost the drink receipt. Someone at the bar did that. At another table outside, we got our drinks quickly. That's why this service gets 3 stars.

We popped in spontaneously on a Thursday. The service and food were good. We grabbed the weekly special (Monday through Thursday) plus two drinks. When we got home, we checked the price again and it turned out we'd overpaid. It was the weekend rate. We emailed and went to the restaurant. We didn't have a receipt, but they said they'd look into it. We didn't hear anything back from the restaurant, not even by email.

The price-quality ratio of the three-course menu is good, but after the second course, the staff lost all interest in the customers already seated. They walked past us seven times in 20 minutes when a new customer indicated to the staff that they had to help us first before ordering anything, hence the 3 for service.

The restaurant is extremely dirty and unhygienic. I ordered tea and had to ask twice because my cup was dirty, and then we found a hair in our food. The restrooms were abysmal; we couldn't even go to the bathroom. It took us at least 45 minutes to pay for our food, and part of our order was forgotten. The value for money in this case is absolutely not right. The food was decent, but it's okay, but it's not necessary, and certainly not for the price. The waiters were friendly, but very inattentive and extremely distracted.

The food was good, but the €18.95 menu is definitely not worth the money. I would personally fire the blond guy with the glasses immediately. He walked around completely disinterested and was just trashing the place. He didn't do anything himself because he was too busy talking to his friends. And everyone has a bad day now and then, but complaining when you're standing within a meter of the customers is simply not acceptable. He walked around the place cursing and complaining about a kitchen appliance.

The chicken schnitzel was thick and dry. The mushroom sauce contained very few mushrooms. The sauce wasn't creamy, just flour. You can find much better things elsewhere for this price. Ketchup is 1.5 Euros!

Today I was looking forward to a delicious schnitzel with fries, just something completely normal. I wasn't disappointed. It was very tasty. But the best part was the super friendly service. Super friendly, attentive, and they kept asking if we were satisfied and if we wanted anything else. I'd happily come back for that alone.

Our group had a wonderful time at Schnitzelparadies Roermond. We didn't eat during our stay, so we can't comment on that. However, we can say that the drinks were affordable for what you got, and the service was pleasant. The staff were dressed in full cultural attire, which was quite enjoyable to see. It's a cozy location with both indoor and outdoor seating. We enjoyed playing cards while enjoying our beer glasses in the sunshine. Definitely recommended if you're shopping with friends at the Designer Outlet Roermond and don't feel like joining in the shopping spree yourself.

Just had dinner at Schnitzel Paradies. The waitress really needs to take a course in customer service. My order wasn't complete, and it was too much trouble to fix it. After I had to ask if she'd passed it on, the girl was too arrogant to respond. After that, she completely ignored our table. When she finally brought it, she didn't even manage to say thank you. I'd ordered fried bacon bits to go with the schnitzel, but they'd forgotten them as well. When they finally arrived, it turned out to be a small container full of onions and some bacon bits. I'm allergic to onions, but I didn't dare mention it to the waitress. She was also audibly gossiping about customers at the bar, which is absolutely unacceptable! One star because of this arrogant 16-year-old.

This restaurant offers excellent value for money. We had the three-course menu for €18.95 on a Tuesday. We arrived at 7:15 PM, and the kitchen closed at 8 PM, we were told. We were still allowed to order the three-course menu, and everything arrived quickly, but with plenty of time between them. It was really good and plenty of room. Highly recommended if you want to have a leisurely meal without immediately reaching for the cone of fries. And it's very affordable. One downside might be the chairs. They're not very comfortable.

Very friendly and delicious (schnitzel menu, lunch, €19.95 (fresh tomato soup, 120g schnitzel with salad (as often as you like) from the small salad bar, including fries or wedges. Various sauces included). Although they're busy, they still have a wait time of over 40 minutes.

Waited for over an hour. They told us they forgot our order. When they brought it, they were missing some food too. Bad experience. Okay food. Go to McDonald’s instead. The cutlery was dirty as well.

Disappointing and disrespectful to the customer. We ordered schnitzels with unlimited fries – it sounded promising. In reality, we only received one portion of fries, and when we asked for an extra portion (to the waitress with glasses), nothing was brought. No response, no explanation, just ignored. The service was unfriendly and disinterested, as if customers were just bothering them. The schnitzel itself was okay, nothing special, but that's not the point. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. This kind of service is unacceptable. They really need to work on it.

"Fast food" in a Bavarian atmosphere, with service staff dressed appropriately. The food is good, the portions are generous, and you can get seconds of side dishes and salad if you want them. The service is very friendly and attentive. Anyone heading to the outlet in Roermond should make a detour to Schnitzel Paradise.

Really the feeling that j3 is in a German restaurant. Ate with 3 people. Service was very smooth and the food (Schnitzel Texas) was very tasty. Extra compliment to the German lady in the service who 1) spoke very good Dutch and 2) went the extra mile for the customers. We will definitely come back.

The food was fine, but I expected a bit more flavor. If there is no sauce with the schnitzel, I don't taste much. The fries were a bit dry and there was little salt on them. It was very quiet on a Saturday night. It is nicely decorated and the staff were friendly. The service was fast.

We ate a delicious 3-course menu with 4 people. We had carpaccio beforehand, which was good. We opted for 4 different schnitzels and tasted pieces of all 4. Delicious. Then apple strudel and a sorbet. These were also delicious. Staff was also great. And above all fun. Not made, just as it is. It was just a party. Too bad we don't live nearby, otherwise we would have been more often.

Food is excellent price quality. Excellent service from the German lady who speaks very good Dutch. And the atmosphere is typically German. Great restaurant where we will return again.

Very nice service, and nice Ambiente, what I can count on is pork chop with mushroom sauce, fries and salad, which I ordered, tasted nothing, pork chop was inedible. I didn't think it was possible to give customers something to eat, thank you, the water was good.

Unfortunately, more appearance than reality. We were hoping for a delicious pan-fried pork schnitzel. However, only a frozen schnitzel came out of the fryer. The schnitzel is also laced with fat and tendons. So much for the topic, what a shame. I was hoping for more Bavarian ambience, but not the food, more like fast food. The fries were ok otherwise there would only be 1 star.
