I had the order delivered and indicated in the order that there shouldn't be any lettuce on the kapsalon; this was recorded and is on the receipt. After calling, I was literally told, and I quote: “Enjoy your meal sir, better luck next time haha”…… And that after I indicated that I really didn't like it and hadn't ordered it. I have never been treated so badly.. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO Serdar for years, but this is truly bizarre.. that is not how you treat customers…

I got Turkish pizza here a few years ago and I thought it was really delicious. But now I ordered here twice a few months ago. The Turkish pizza was tasty, but there was a certain spice that really overpowered it. My boyfriend had a kapsalon that was very salty and had a strange taste to the food; it really upset his stomach. Yesterday I ordered here for the children and both sons said that the lettuce in the kapsalon tasted sour and had a strange flavor; the sauce also tasted weird. So today my son threw up and had stomach problems. So for us, this was the last time ordering. It's a real shame because there are already so few places in The Hague where you can get tasty and good food. Our favorite remains Deurloo so far, with everything they sell.

They were very kind, the food was delicious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. When they learned we were guests in the area, they treated us very well and thanked us profusely for the box of sweets.

Ordered "Kapsalon" again after the renovation. I don't know what happened, but the fries were truly inedible and the kebab terribly tasteless. It costs €9 these days, but I threw it straight into the bin after a few bites. This is the last time I'll be here. Next time I'll be back to Happy Kebabhouse. Sorry.

Really high-quality meat and the fries are also very good. Great value for money and they aren't stingy with extra sauce. Friendly staff too!

Order never arrived, phone number was on the receipt. The lady claimed to have called, then said she couldn't see a number. Waited 1.5 hours for my food. When I called them, I was told that my order had been cancelled without warning and that they were standing at the door for 20 minutes, which is not true. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat or order there. The lady even said on the phone that her products had gone to waste and that it was a shame; it was all ridiculous.

Delicious, large kapsalon put together exactly how I like it best. Top service.

Honestly, the fries were dry and too hard and the sauce had a nasty taste, otherwise great people, nothing personal, but this really bothered me, plus I'm from Rotterdam and of course we don't have this there 🥲🤣 first and last time

Everything was perfect, delicious and the service was fantastic🤌🤌

I came there at late hours hoping it would go fast and waited 30 min for a turkish pizza salad and after all the time that i waited a te a burnt Tpizza and the salad was bitter and when looking at how they were maid it looked like a amateur at its finest no hard feelings but the old owners were better! 😤

You can find everything you're looking for here. With its friendly staff and fresh fruits and vegetables, it's one of the few Turkish markets in the Netherlands. Also, you'll find the most delicious döner kebab in Hellevoetsluis here...

Make a special trip from Heenvliet to Hellevoetsluis for delicious, healthy food. And the tastiest Donner sandwiches on the entire island.

I ordered a large hair salon and Turkish pizza. I wanted sambal on the side. I got a cold Turkish pizza and sambal was not included and this is not the first time unfortunately!!

Doner sandwiches and such are fine and tasty, but it says "bakery," but there's hardly any bread to be found. And if there is bread, it's off the shelf and no longer fresh.

Bestel altijd de turkse pizza's! Meestal 6! Extra vlees en compleet met sauzen! Aanrader... je likt je vingers er vanaf!

Serdar bakkerij verkoopt naast brood ook heerlijke smeerseltjes en donner. Donner nog niet geprobeerd, het brood en de smeerseltjes wel. Deze zijn aan te raden.

Aardige mensen en gewoon goed eten.

Best Döner shop in the area, even whole of Rijnmond-Haaglanden. Also has a little grocery section and bakery with traditional turkish food.
