SHABU to go Breda in Breda centrum

Got a poke bowl to go and it was really delicious, more than enough garnish on it too.

Ordered sushi, karage, rice, and gyuoza. It took 20-30 minutes longer than estimated for delivery. The rice was good. The sushi was okay. Unfortunately, the gyuoza was cold and therefore soggy. Unfortunately, we'll order from somewhere else next time.

Really bizarre! Ordered food at 18:45 with the message that it would take 1 hour. Called a few times and each time they promised that they would be there in 5 minutes. In the end it was delivered at 21:15 by a boy on a scooter who said that he couldn't fly either and was the only delivery person. Dropped everything in front of the door, warm things were ice cold, sushi was soggy and absolutely not worth the money. I don't often bother to leave a review but this was a really sad experience.

Do not order! I had to wait 2 hours for my order. When I called after an hour I was told it would take another 10 minutes. Then they didn't answer and I was left without any guarantee that they would come. Bad service.

Rarely seen such a bad delivery/customer service. Estimated arrival time order would be 15:15. Now, at 16:30 still nothing received. Restaurant does not answer and does not contact itself. First and last time.

Bad if you don't order you don't get anything and if you call where your order is they don't answer. First delivery time is 12:45 pm, this has been confirmed and paid for... still no food at 1:15 pm. Call... you will receive a tape stating that no one is available... if you are not open yet, don't turn on your delivery option?! Update: my order was canceled at 2:00 PM, you have to wait 75 minutes for Jan... and you can easily cancel the order with 1 push of a button... And how to get money back?? Nobody knows! So don't order!!!

I wanted to set up a great collaboration with this company. Due to circumstances, I forgot to respond to their message. I was immediately criticized. They treat their customers incredibly poorly! Unprofessional!

Why is Shabu closed in Tilburg? (I will delete my review if I respond)

It just said on Uber eats that you were open, you could also order. After waiting more than 1.5 hours, I found out through your Instagram story that you are not open. How is it possible that I can order? Very special. I now have to incur double costs due to an error on your part. I contacted Uber eats hoping to get my money back. Because there is no way to have any form of contact with you.

Ordered here several times. The food is delicious! Kids love the ramen with beef/chicken. Won a sushi box last week. The 5 of us had a great meal. We met at 5:30 pm and it was ready, we immediately ordered some extras. Thanks again for the delicious food!

I picked up the sushi and it was ready on time. It was super tasty and the service was with a smile. Highly recommended!

Have ordered sushi several times, but this was the last time, so bad. The eel on the sushi looked like a rubber band so tough, I doubt it was eel because it didn't even taste like it, let alone that I have never eaten eel that was tough. For this money there are now better restaurants that deliver! I also filed a complaint but unfortunately did not receive any response.

1st impression was good, sushi and poke bowl look beautiful. The poke bowl was full of salad hidden and personally hate salad, especially when I am ordering poke bowl. Seems i cant put pictures here.

Regularly had sushi from shabu to go breda delivered to your home and it was delicious every time! It always tastes freshly prepared, crispy, creamy. Just always super good sushi. Enjoy!

Wanted to place a large order, but not possible to pay with cash. I think it's still legal tender in this country! Then we went to Sushi Point, where this was possible.

In front of a closed door on Friday at 12.45 pm while it is printed on the internet and large on the window that it would be open from 1200 pm...

The promised delivery time (within one hour) became 1.5 hours. The order was incomplete. Shabu doesn't answer the phone and they don't respond to emails. I had 2 hot dishes, which were now cold. The Sushi itself was cut irregularly. A lot of flavor is added by sauce. Spicy sushi seems to be rolled in pepper. Worst Service and Sushi in Breda.

A dish was not delivered. Can happen of course. I then reported this via email, but no response. Too bad, because the food is otherwise excellent.

It is always very tasty mini box with kappa maki chrispy chicken and ebi which is really a perfect box for me and I hope they keep it in it. And the Chrispy chicken today was exceptionally tasty and I enjoyed it even more And the service is often good too

Ik bestel altijd hier. Altijd heel tevreden. Maar nu was de avocado hard. Niet rijp nog. En zat overal wel in. Als je aan het snijden bent merk je dat natuurlijk al. Heel dik ook. Dus vreemd dat het zo word geleverd! Jammer.

Sushi besteld in ons hotel. De snelheid van de bezorging was 2x zo snel als verwacht. De sushi was warm en smaakte vers. In lange tijd niet zo’n verse sushi gegeten. Zeker een aanrader!!

Heerlijke sushi en van goede kwaliteit. Echt heel jammer dat ik er net achter kom dat ze niet meer bezorgen in Galder :-(

Een super ervaring met het bestellen bij shabu gehad. Vriendelijk personeel, snelle bezorging en heerlijk gegeten. Shabu to go Breda is toch echt mijn nieuwe favoriet!

Na klacht over de pokebowl, is deze goed opgepakt en meteen een nieuwe gekregen. Fijne service! Verder was het eten lekker!

De sushi van Shabu was erg lekker, dus dat op zichzelf staand is al 5 sterren waard. Tijdens het wachten op onze bestelling zaten we te praten over hoe mijn aansteker het niet meer deed. Bestelling was klaar, we hadden het meegenomen naar ons hotel, en toen we onze bestelling uitpakten, zagen we dat er een aansteker aan één van de dozen was geplakt met een sticker. Stomverbaasd waren we, en we vroegen ons af waarom. Toen herinnerde we ons eerdere gesprek, en beseften we dat één van de medewerkers ons heeft horen praten over de kapotte aansteker, en besloot de zijne af te staan en aan ons mee te geven. Een klein, maar heel lief gebaar!

Heerlijk gegeten en altijd lekker, zeker aan te raden!

We worden altijd vriendelijk geholpen en de sushi is erg lekker. Daarnaast is de sushi altijd snel klaar, dus je hoeft nooit lang te wachten. Shabu to go is zeker aan te raden!

Mijn vriend is vandaag jarig en ik wilde hem verrassen met sushi, wat zijn lievelingseten is. Bij de bestelling had ik als opmerking geplaatst dat hij jarig is, met de vraag of ze een leuke verjaardagswens op willen schrijven voor hem. Dit deden ze, maar dat was niet het enige: we kregen er ook nog een gratis white dragon roll bij! En de bezorger wenste hem nog een fijne verjaardag toe. Super lief van Shabu en heel onverwachts. Bedankt! De sushi was zoals gewoonlijk erg lekker.
