Shell in Wijk 06 Harmelen

Never seen such filthy toilets. The brown feces were on the toilet seat. I was there last night and I go there often. And then I even pay one euro. Next time I'll go into the bushes. A big 1 for you!!

The dirtiest toilets for 1 euro. The ice creams don't have a price tag, so it's a surprise.

Rude employees behind the counter. All the cash registers closed except one. Several customers are waiting. Employees are chatting with each other behind the counter. Can't say a friendly word. Good afternoon is already too much.

Mediocre gas station. Too few toilets, staff not very friendly, and totally unclear where you have to order your sandwich before you pay. Toilets are clean.

You dont get even a Coffee after you refuel the truck. I dont recomand! 0

Got there yesterday around a quarter to 6. We wanted to eat something tonight. A pizza margeherita? They didn't have any more. Something like a burger? They didn't have any more either. There were also no warm rolls. According to the staff, carpaccio hadn't been removed. A meatball then? There was still one of those. But that party didn't happen either, because according to the woman behind the counter 'it was cold inside, to be honest.' In the end we had a few rolls with some fries. The staff was friendly though.

3x broken coffee machine (I think the staff wanted to close it at 7:00 PM) and paid toilet (€0.80) with 2x broken urinals (only 1 usable) and dirty floor/walls. At an A location like this you would really expect better from Shell.

There is parking for trucks. But the toilet does not work for cash or from a card! You are the worst!!! Shame on you! And no need to thank for the review! DO SOMETHING!!!

The worst petrol station ever. Toilets full of excrement, tourniquet didnt even work even if we paid so my husband had to go underneath. He was therefore insulted by an employee who behaved like a thug, and when I asked him to repeat what he said, he didn't have the courage to do so and another employee put himself between us like a bouncer😂 Astrid at starbucks was the sloppiest employee ever,with a dirty apron and looking dishevelled. i had to clean my cup as foam was leaking, she saw and just looked at me with this air of *I so don't care I hate my job.* what a hellhole.

No Shower for Truck drivers... Toilet must smell good.... Truck drivers just dont spend money in here only parking is good here nothing else.

You have to be careful here that you get enough change back. Was supposed to get €3.25 in change, but the bald man with the goatee behind the cash register thought that the 0.25 cents was his tip and only gave €3 back. I had already driven away before I knew it.

The toilets were always neat and clean, but lately the toilets have been broken and taped up and smeared throughout the toilet area.

Always super satisfied with this station, one of the better Shells in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, I already got a calzone for the second time that only had 1 slice of bacon on it, previously there were always 2. That's why unfortunately no fifth star, but I'll stick with four. Hopefully you will soon hire a less stingy investor, we pay enough, then I expect enough in return 😁

Very good help on Monday by a number of attentive employees. With my sleepy head I had reached the wrong side of the fuel card and was professionally and kindly helped to correct this. Very nice service! Thanks!

We ordered 2 fries at the shell cafe. Were helped well at first. Then other customers came and the lady started helping those customers, which is normal anyway. What is not normal is that I receive 1 fries from another lady who does not first ask what the order is and then divide the fries into 2 containers with her bare hands. She just came from behind and I don't think this is appetizing or acceptable. And the fact that I suddenly got a lot less fries because she only divided the container into two, so the container of fries was not even filled. In short, worthless. At the very least, wear gloves if you are going to touch food intended for customers.

Was here late at night with car trouble. Received exceptionally friendly help. Received a coin for the coffee machine and was helped with calling the ANWB, including a receipt with the correct address. Many thanks for this special service.

Нормальная заправка, можно перекусить есть кофе аппараты. Starbucks после 19 не работал. Дорогу не оплатите, стиралки и душа тоже нет. Туалет есть (0,80€), можно набрать воды. Хорошего дня.

Zijn aan het verbouwen, word best wel mooi. Duur nog even tot september 2024. Maar je kunt gewoon je dingen blijven doen

Для Голландии твёрдые 4 звезды. Паркинг большой. Воду можно набрать на колонке номер 8, не питьевая (висит табличка). Туалет маленький, но порядок поддерживается - оплата картой 0.80€. Персонал приветливый и приятный. Душа нет, стирал. машин естественно тоже нет.

Дискриминация. Туалет не оплачивается. Visa, MasterCard, Gpay - не проходит оплата. Местные спокойно оплачивают любым способом. Это как?

Fijne ervaring bij deze Shell. De medewerker die ons hielp was erg behulpzaam en enthousiast. Hij maakte een praatje en een grapje en werkt daarnaast ook efficiënt door.

Mijn Polestar 2 super snel opladen icm de service van Shell en een kop Starbucks koffie 😉

Panini gehaald. Ik vond hem wel erg knapperig en droog aan de onderzijde. Volgens opschrift zou hij nog 20 minuten langer in de warhouvitrine mogen liggen. Naar mijn smaak had hij er al een half uur te lang onder gelegen. Niet lekker.

Leuk dat je na toiletgebruik 50cent korting op de koffie krijgt, maar alleen op de koffie van de counter en niet uit de automaat. Helaas is de koffie bij de counter 50cent duurder dan de automaat... Cigaar uit eigen doos gevoel.... En de deksels voor de koffie hebben ze dan weer niet bij de counter, maar moet je pakken bij de automaat...
