Every thing is good except tiramisu has deteriorated

Used to order from here a lot a few years ago. It used to be always great. Ordered food this weekend. Chips were cold. Pizza was cold, dried out and tasteless. €3.50 delivery charge and had to wait a long time. Never again.

I ordered a pizza and then received the wrong one, so I went back for another pizza and had to wait 25 minutes for one pizza.

Tried the pizzas for the first time. Delicious pizzas with fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Very tasty and very nice people

Ordered here often. However, lately something is always missing from the order. Contact with pizza plus is very bad. 3 people waiting in front of you and at least half an hour on the phone to speak to someone. Pizza plus has lost a customer as far as I'm concerned.

Pizza here is very expensive! €15.75 for a chicken pizza is really asking too much for something that only costs 3-4 euros at most. Last time I also walked outside with the pizza, a tanned broad Egyptian man (I suspect the owner) shouted "hello wait a minute did you pay for the extra container of sauce?". I had done that, but the way he talks to a customer is very unfriendly and also gives a very stingy impression! It is already way too expensive and then you also have to pay extra for a container of sauce, so a total of €16.75 for 1 pizza. Including delivery that would be €20, that is really nothing more. It is known that this place sells a lot, such a stingy attitude is not necessary as far as I am concerned.

The food was ready very quickly and was prepared immediately. The taste was very good and they are very generous with sauces and extras. Experience is great so had to leave a review!

Always order here when I want a tasty and filling pizza! Delicious! Genovese or meatlovers for example. Last time I picked it up and ate it straight away, extra fresh and extra tasty!

The food is tasty, but far too pricey: 15 euros for a pizza and almost 30 euros for 6 small pieces of meat, which is supposedly a dish. They used to be better but now way too pricey for what they offer

Shawarma is okay. Things are often forgotten when you order, but they are always justified. So we will continue to support our local, even if you no longer live in Hoorn. When you visit family, we always take several Shawarma Calzone with us. Keep it up 👍🏾next time I'll take a picture of my food.

If you never want to be hungry again, this is the place for you. Best food I've ever had. portions were perfect and delicious. I highly recommend the tuna pizza.

Super tasty food! The pizzas smell good but are more so when you eat them! The tiramisu is also really tasty! And very nice employees.

Ordered pizza today and found something in the food that didn't belong there. It looked like a piece of cardboard or plastic. I called them about it and presented it to them. You are first rejected by phone with a bowl of Ben and Jerry ice cream. So I say come by and show it, I go there and am again turned away with do you want ice cream or something to drink... they indicated that it was cardboard from a box that had fallen on it. This is impossible because it was in the food it was in the dough. All in all, you are simply brushed off and not taken seriously. And while I have been a regular customer there for over 10 years. Scandalous! Update; Tried again today after a few years. Ordered at 6:00 PM and delivered at 7:30 PM. And the wrong thing too! I wouldn't order here folks.

If you order a calzone, there is no sauce in it at all. The calzone will call you back. Yes, we haven't done that for a long time. You should mention that.

Ordered calzone shawarma yesterday, it consisted of shawarma bread and cheese. I missed the sauce in it! Called but was told that they haven't put sauce in it for a while, very strange. It would have been better to just order a shawarma sandwich. When I cut it open, the bread became wet because the shawarma was still far too moist

I have been ordering my pasta formagi here for years, always very tasty, sometimes a little less flavorful.. now a lot of blue cheese in it, so it was not tasty.. unfortunately, grated cheese was also added yesterday with mold in it... So check the packets with grated cheese and herb butter carefully! Missing a date if necessary! I am cured for the time being unfortunately...

Ate there yesterday. We were on our way and decided to eat at their restaurant. We didn't realize it was takeout and delivery only. My wife wanted fries and some loose shawarma. This was not possible. Fries had no taste. We were not given any cutlery, when I asked afterwards they said they only had forks, which were made of plastic. This was not convenient food. The place where we were sitting was also where the delivery people were waiting to be sent on their way again. They can't do anything about it, they have to sit somewhere. So we will never go here again.

Literally everything is tasty and good quality definitely worth the money. They accidentally bought an extra pizza in the restaurant and I didn't realize it, but he came to me with the money back. And my little girl (4) got a free drink from the best man! Top tent dear people, but it is really a takeaway tent. You can't really eat there.

I like the burger with fries the best

Perfect burger with grilled chicken fillet. Fresh and all ingredients of top quality. Pasta Pesto just as good. Definitely recommended.

Allebei nog niet gegeten vandaag en besteld hier. Aangegeven dat vrouw lief gaat bevallen vanavond en last heeft van weeën. Binnen 15 min was het eten geleverd. Wat een service! Ongelofelijk blij. Wij bestellen voortaan altijd hier :)

Pizza plus is echt by far de beste afhaal gelegenheid die ik ken. Super lekkere gerechten en redelijke prijzen. Ik kom hier al jaren en ze blijven me verassen 😋

We bestelden vaak bij deze tent. Eigenlijk altijd tevreden. Vanavond een bestelling gehad die niet compleet was. 5 telefoontjes en 2.5 uur later, waarbij elke keer werd gezegd dat het andere deel van de bestelling bezorgd zou worden, is het nog steeds niet bezorgd. Tijdens het laatste telefoon contact werd ook nog eens beweerd dat de bezorger aan de deur had gestaan maar dat we die bestelling geweigerd hadden. Waarom?! Er is geen enkele keer excuses aangeboden, en de afspraken zijn niet nagekomen. Fouten maken is menselijk, maar niet meer op deze manier. Wij zijn er klaar mee.

Gaat steeds achteruit. Door inflatie kan ik prijzen begrijpen maar dat jullie ook nog is portie kleiner maken. Dan ben ik er snel klaar mee

De plaats waar je de pizza en shoarma vandaan moet halen. Heerlijk. Nu ook zelfgemaakte patat. Je hoeft de aardappelen niet te schillen, dat doen zij voor jou!

We hadden een bestelling geplaatst voor 18.30 bezorgen. Helaas ging dit niet helemaal goed. Er werd keurig gebeld dat het er zo snel mogelijk aan kwam. Binnen een half uur was het alsnog geleverd en kregen we een bak Ben&Jerry's gratis erbij met de welgemeende excuses. We bestellen daar altijd vanwege de lekkere pizza's, en zullen dit, ondanks dit, gewoon blijven doen!
