Delicious food. A simple place: focused on takeout, but dining in is also no problem (it can be chilly in winter, though). Friendly staff; even when busy, they still make time for a chat.

I've been ordering from San Remo for about 30 years, and it's by far the best here. Today, as always, I had a Volcano pizza, which is salami with mushrooms, and it was the best of the best. Super delicious pizza, just like the döner rolls—delicious and with lots of meat. Thanks again, San Remo!

The pizza was good, but because of that grumpy woman behind the counter, I'll never be back...what a grump! If you don't like it, you shouldn't be working. And 4 euros for an ayran???

Good food at a takeout place with a delivery guy who's a real nuisance in a noisy van. That's why I don't order from them anymore.

Been ordering pizzas here for at least 10 years. This time the pizza with shawarma. What I like most about San Remo is that the pizzas are nice and thin but not too thin. Also as you can see in the picture well topped but not too much topping on the pizza so that you eat pizza with topping instead of topping with pizza. Recommendations are: Italian pizzas Pastas Burgers (lots of bread for little money) Will always order my takeaway meals here. It rarely happens that something goes wrong. But this is always resolved so no complaints about that!

Not much space to sit inside, but pizza! Pizza itself was amazing 9,5/10! I was with friend trying italian and american style. Both delicious!

Unfortunately the lasagna was inedible, my wife doesn't complain easily but it was really bad

If something as simple as making a Turkish pizza doesn't work, you already know enough. Clearly asked for no tomato just iceberg lettuce. The entire Turkish pizza is full of tomatoes. Quality was also mediocre, cheese tasted like plastic.

No problems whatever you ask, you don't get any whining and a reasonable handling ✌🏽

Had a nice meal with the four of us. Double hamburger, hair salon and wrap doner. Was fine. It would be even better with sauces on the table so you can adjust yourself.

The food is good. Just never arrives at the agreed time. Always half an hour late unfortunately. When I call I am always told we are busy. Yes, unfortunately that turns out to be the case.

A very oppressive building, with no more than 3 tables, actually only aimed at takeaway and not so much for eating there, unless it is really necessary. It's clean, but that's all. Boxes were not cleared away and were a real nuisance. If a fire breaks out here (hopefully not) no one can get out.

Pizza is delicious, but they still have to learn how to make it at the salon, weak fries, burnt chicken, lots of lettuce and no onion and sambal... maybe try it in Rotterdam sometime and see how it should be done😉... There was little difference between small and large...only the price!

The first time I ordered pizza it was super tasty. Now I order again and I get a raw calzone. The dough was still completely sticky. Also received the wrong ice cream without letting them know first and the delivery took a very long time... but come on... waiting that long to receive raw dough? Really disappointed

Only placed 4 orders there and from now on it will be the last one there. I don't know what kind of pizza baker they work on Sundays, but he can't bake and he can't talk either. Call us “1 pizza was not with little cheese,” our pizza chef says, “that is not true.” You can clearly see the difference… you can't see it at all and you can't taste it at all. (Customer is king, don't know him) Also tell me where is the garlic sauce (with shawarma pizza it was just included the other times) and he says very smartly “I told you last time that it is not included as standard”…. Well, nice pizza baker, first of all, I called for the first time and then I am called a liar and secondly, garlic is just there for the rest of the week. If you let these types of staff treat customers like this, you won't have any customers left!

Ordered at 5:40 PM for delivery at 6:30 PM. Ordered at 6.55 pm where my order remained and it still had to be made. Called again at 7:35 PM and they were not on their way yet. This place should be ashamed of its delivery

One of the best pizzarias in the area. Fresh ingredients, crispy bases for a reasonable price. The business does not lend itself to sitting quietly, so we always have it delivered. Delivery is not very fast, but the pizzas are always so hot that they almost burn your mouth. I never order a pizza anywhere else anymore because if you are used to this quality, it will always be disappointing at someone else's. Toppers.

Called at 4:00 PM for delivery at 5:30 PM. That was no problem, she told me. At 6 p.m. I called to find out where my food was. They were on their way🤔. The food was delivered at 6:15 PM. They didn't have a PIN device with them. And the worst part was the pizzas were cold. And that was certainly not the first time they were cold. This is very unfortunate. I will order them elsewhere from now on.

The food is really tasty, but if you order at 5:45 PM and the food is not there yet at 7:00 PM, that is more than ridiculous, to say the least. Someone in my family has an appointment at 7:30 and we hope he can eat before he has to leave. We thought we would order well in time, but we will never do this again. Next time try the competitor.

These people are great! The only ones who helped me when I fell on my bike! Got water, ice and the boss went with me to the ER and stayed with me! They also have a sense of humor...TOP people! In terms of hygiene, they also score very high!

Extremely bad. Ordered just after 5pm and asked for delivery just before 6pm. That wasn't even the fastest possible time according to the app. No food yet at 1830, so we called. Yes yes food would be on the way. Finally delivered 1 hour late. The delivery person asked why I had not been called or emailed to say that it would take an hour longer so that I could give the children a bath before dinner. But according to Mr. it was my own fault because then I shouldn't have ordered during dinner time. When the food finally arrived, we had already finished our sandwiches and the kids were already on their way to bed.

I will NEVER order from here again and I don't recommend it to anyone! Placed an order at 6:00 PM, called around 7:30 PM as it said on the site that the food had been delivered, but did not receive anything. When we called we got a lady on the line who hung up the first time, called back straight away and the lady almost rudely told us that the food was on its way... after waiting another 30 minutes, the food was finally there... No apologies were given for the long wait, but oh well, it can happen. I ordered 2 sparerib dishes. However, the fries were hard and cold, the salad was limp and nasty, but worst of all, most of the meat was undercooked (the taste was terrible too). I am pregnant so the fact that the meat turned out to be undercooked is not very favorable. Could hardly eat any of it. I have also had to run to the toilet a few times. After 'eating' this I feel terribly bad. My boyfriend is also not feeling well at all. I thought I would treat myself and my boyfriend to a delicious spare rib dish, but this was VERY disappointing. There went my (almost) €30.. Shame and waste of money!

We called at 6.45 pm to order pizza and pasta and the person said that they would deliver to us within 30/45 minutes, but we are very disappointed because we receive cold pizza and not cut and plus we had to wait for 1.5 hours without nothing to hear from the restaurant whether they arrive late or how, if we don't call then we don't know anything why they didn't come until so late, then we received the orders, we didn't get any apologies at all because the food was much too laaaatttt and they also forgot the ATM machine while we could eat right away so we had to wait again for the payments. Their delivery person said he would come back within 30 minutes but then the other delivery person came,,, too late again!!! He came +/- at 10.30 pm, and then my husband said that the first delivery person said he would come back within 30 minutes, but what do we hear from the delivery person?!! He said yes, we are busy in the restaurant and that was another delivery person who delivered to us and then again, completely without saying sorry!! Not normal!!!! I will never buy from PIZZARIA SAN REMO in Alblasserdam again. This is a real disappointment. We had a bad experience.

At our staff pizza party lunch we enjoyed the perfect pizzas. Delivered on time with a smile. Everyone was happy at Fortune Factory.

Have ordered several times by phone, then you are told that you can pick up your pizza half an hour later. When you get there, your pizza hasn't even been made yet and you wait half an hour and ask where your pizza is... Oh, sorry, we completely forgot about your pizza, we're going to make it now. Very chaotic and bad. The food tastes good, but they really need to change the service.

I've been coming here for years and I actually want to give them 10 stars. The best pizzas and pasta in the region, in short, great and highly recommended.
