A very nice restaurant, the staff is very friendly. I personally really enjoyed my meal; it might not be to everyone's taste, but I found my Happiness smoothie very good and I loved the flavors of my sandwich, as well as the cheesecake I tried. Everything was delicious! I think it's a shame the menu isn't available in English. We found it a bit pricey compared to our usual standards, but the portions are very large, so I imagine it's good value. (I took my leftovers to go, for example).

The atmosphere depends a bit on where you sit. Inside it is super cozy. But the terrace is slightly less atmospheric. Otherwise, the food was delicious.

Cozy place to have a drink and lunch! The smoothies taste good and are served in a large glass with a piece of fruit. We had the treat platter. The platter looked nice and tasted good. Friendly staff!

Nice, cosy vibe inside and good food! They have vegan / vegetarian dishes available and can substitute with gluten free bread (which tasted great) upon request. Just note that they couldn’t make a dish completely gluten free as their condiments / sauces contained gluten. Please have some completely gluten free options if possible.

In my opinion, the price-quality ratio is not good. There was far too little beef on the thick slices of brioche bread. There was more "dirty" restaurant egg than meat. And you pay €18 for that. It was much better before the renovation. In short, overrated.

We had such a wonderful time here this afternoon! We'd often walked past it, and now... thankfully, we went in! There was still a table available; it was really quite busy, which is a good sign, of course. Something we immediately noticed: super friendly staff who often asked if everything was to our liking. You don't see that very often anymore! We had a delicious lunch. A ham sandwich and the bao bun with crispy chicken. Truly delicious, the flavor, but also the presentation!! We will definitely be back! What a lovely and cozy place! 🫶🏼

We needed a quick bite to eat before an appointment. This was taken care of. Great service, delicious food!

High tea (high chocolate) was delicious! Lots of food, I was absolutely stuffed. But there wasn't much chocolate: just a dipped fruit skewer. There could have been a bit more to go with the chocolate fondue (banana slices or small donut pieces, for example). But otherwise, I was very satisfied. The savory and sweet treats were delicious! My dog ​​was also welcome and got a bowl of water, which was great!

We went here for the first time today. There's a nice swear, and it's a trendy place. The menu is very diverse with lots of different options, the pastries are delicious and beautifully presented, Instagram-ready 📷 It was quite busy for a Monday. (Good sign) It's in a very accessible location, but unfortunately, there are parking fees, so keep that in mind. Compliments to the staff, too; they're very friendly and helpful.

This restaurant deserves an excellent review. The coffee was excellent. As is tradition, we have a pastry with our coffee. We chose the Monchou pastries. We've been to many lunchrooms and sat on many terraces, but these Monchou pastries were the tastiest of all the lunchrooms or bakeries we've been to. Highly recommended. After coffee, we ordered lunch. We both went for the Beef Bulgogi sandwich and ordered some fries with it. Once again, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent taste and quality of the dish. (See photo) The dishes aren't dirt cheap, but the quality is more than worth it. When I had to use the restroom, I was briefly confused about which one I should use. Once I figured it out, I had a broad smile on my face. Sisters, with the signs and text on the door, doesn't care which restroom you use. Everyone is equal. A very good solution to the whole gender issue. That's how you solve it! (See photo) The ambiance was great, cozy, and friendly. A friendly and energetic team works there. Highly recommended. Everything was fine, but we were really shocked by the bill. And we regularly sit at terraces. €19.50 for two coffees with Monchou cake.

Loved this restaurant! It has a very cozy vibe, and the staff is super friendly. It’s really nice that they offer substitutes for cow milk with the coffee: oat milk or soy milk 🌱✨ Our coffees were erg lekker, and the loaded fries truffel dish was delicious! I wish I could have tried some other vegan options, unfortunately I came too late! 🥹 Make sure to arrive before 4pm because they close the kitchen at that time 🫶🏽 The bathrooms are great: clean, spacious, and smelling so good! Nice detail to have Rituals fragrance sticks. Dank u wel!

The dishes feel familiar, but with a surprising new twist: from old classics like farmhouse bread with croquettes to street food specials. Sisters is the place where a warm, old-fashioned atmosphere meets a fresh, modern vibe. An absolute must-visit in Emmen!

After seeing a few things, we settled for coffee and tea. Too modern for us. So, a good place for many people.

This weekend we celebrated a birthday at Sisters in Emmen, and it was simply fantastic. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. The atmosphere is warm and stylish, with an eye for detail – perfect for a celebratory occasion.

It's a beautiful restaurant with a unique menu, featuring items I'd never heard of before. But it was delicious.

I've been there twice now since the renovation, it's become really beautiful and has a fantastic atmosphere. Really super cozy. Absolutely fantastic 🥰

Delicious food and a fantastic menu for a nice price

We came in and ordered an orange juice for 5.9, which was terribly sour. And a really small glass, too. Well, that's beside the point. We ordered a lunch platter. You pay 19.95 per person for this, so 40 euros. And what do you get? Fries with a dollop of truffle mayonnaise, and they call these loaded fries. Ugh. Absolutely terrible. Fries in general, what a cheap addition to your platter, you got a layer cake. Why, if I wanted a pastry, I would have ordered a sweet platter. A sandwich with exactly one tablespoon of tuna and not even a proper tuna salad, just straight out of the can. And a chicken sandwich, also delicious, fried. And then the mustard soup, made only with Knorr water. No bacon or vegetable additions. Well, 40 euros is just a huge exaggeration. It's also terrible, the staff is on their phones, and it took ages.

Cozy place, velvet chairs, and nice music. Friendly service. Lunch was delicious but high in calories. We were still full in the evening... We had the tuna sandwich on brioche bread (my husband couldn't finish it) and the fries with cheddar and pickles. So I wouldn't necessarily call it healthy. But it is nice that they use local ingredients. There's also an outdoor terrace. Paid parking is nearby, so refilling the meter is a breeze.

Had a delicious lunch with my parents and girlfriend. I had the warm ham with the honey-mustard dressing, my parents both had the beef carpaccio, and my girlfriend had the Chicken & Waffles. Two of us had delicious fresh smoothies: the Sunset Boost and the Blue Ocean. The lunch and smoothies were fantastic; you can really tell that everything is prepared à la minute. The food portions were superb! Even exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic and motivated to work in the hospitality industry! Highly recommended for lunch for both tourists and locals!

Chicken burger with a glass of water, fries, and two glasses of wine. Pressed chicken pieces in a bun, little flavor, a glass of water, and a small portion of greasy, soft fries. Suddenly, I had to pay an extra 5 euros for it without any prior communication. It's also rude to make you pay first and then just throw the bill on the table. Very impersonal and smacks of fraud. I'll definitely never go there again.

Had lunch for two people with drinks. It took a while for the first drink to be served, but it was busy. The prices for fries, which were small and still cold, were way above market price. When I asked if everything was to my liking, I was told to pass it on to the chef instead of addressing it.

We waren met een groepje en gingen voor de Sharing Sisters superleuk concept! Er was genoeg te eten, maar precies de juiste hoeveelheid. Leuke afwisseling in de gerechtjes en echt allemaal heel lekker. Het interieur is ook nog eens supergezellig, echt zo’n plek waar je graag blijft zitten. Aanrader voor een lekker ontbijt of een gezellige lunch!

We were with a group and went for the Sharing Sisters – a fantastic concept! There was plenty to eat, but just the right amount. There was a nice variety in the dishes, and they were all delicious. The interior is also super cozy, the kind of place you'd love to linger. Highly recommended for a delicious breakfast or a cozy lunch!

I was really disappointed today. I paid €18 for a sandwich with a few thin steak strips! It was seriously two slices of brioche bread, six thin steak strips, one boiled egg, and some lettuce and sauce. It was tasty, but definitely not worth €18. I also ordered a slice of bread with some jam (just a small container of jam) for my one-year-old daughter. They charged €6.50 for it! €6.50 for one slice of brown bread with jam. I understand they have to make money, but I was really surprised. I've had high tea before, and it looked nice, but it was incredibly small and expensive. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff are friendly.

I had a delicious carpaccio sandwich. It had a nice, hard crust, just like farmhouse bread.

I had to wait a really long time. But it's also a pretty big restaurant. And it was holiday time. And it was lunchtime. Besides, it was almost full. The food was decent. I had oyster mushroom croquettes with brown bread. The bread is delicious, but there's too much stuff on one of the two ( Nuts * pecan - walnuts and hazelnuts, diced pickles, lettuce, Truffle mayonnaise, so it was soggy) and the other one was empty. I started with that. I put a croquette on top with some lettuce. Delicious, but mushrooms always make food a bit sweeter/blander, so the ragout could have been a bit more savory. The other slice of bread was too soggy for me (sorry), so I didn't finish it all (though I did finish the croquette ☺️). My husband had nothing to complain about 😉. Both had one Coke Zero.

Lunch at Sisters in Emmen is always good and tasty. Together with my sister we settled down at the renovated and more spacious Sisters — bigger, nicer and above all: delicious! Sisters has become bigger but also more expensive but still recommended.

I like to come to sisters. Also been to the new larger restaurant 2025. Delicious food. Friendly staff and nice seating. Unfortunately it is becoming very much a mother club with many crying babies in the tent. An extra portion of fries is offered with your lunch dish. A mini portion (8 fries) for a maximum price. Everything else is okay, the quality of the food is good but the high price is currently no longer appropriate, therefore one star less.

The new spacious Sisters store is a wonderful addition to Emmen. Had lunch yesterday and as always it was formidable☺️.

Today we went to Sisters for lunch. It really is Sisters 2.0. The girls now have even more of a grown-up restaurant. It has become a beautiful restaurant. And the food is old-fashioned delicious. Sisters in Emmen is a really nice place where you immediately feel welcome. The staff is incredibly friendly and creates a nice atmosphere. The menu is surprising and original - having lunch here is always a party!

Despite the great expansion and beautiful surroundings, the atmosphere has remained very good. After years of experience I can say that we (my friend and myself) have quickly found our place at the bar again. While enjoying a drink we have eaten many delicious and special dishes and that has only become better with the new menu. Ladies, thank you for the friendship that we found you, but also because of that we have been thrown friends, We hope to enjoy years with and from you!☺️

The restaurant is nicely decorated. Nice atmosphere. So you have quite high expectations when you enter. We ordered French toast and an omelette. And unfortunately it was really not tasty. Bread way too thick. Too thick for French toast. The one that was more "filled" than the other just looked like bread. And the omelette was almost impossible to cut because of the thick bread. So then at a certain point you only ate egg without bread and you had all bread left. Crusts also too thick. Really too bad. We also had to wait a long time to pay. While there was no line. And we were helped half way she walked away to then do something else quickly. Also had the idea that the staff did not take us seriously about our complaint. Unfortunately no sisters for us again. Too bad because it looks really nice and cozy.
