Snackbar '83 in Wijk 00 Heerde

We had to wait a long time. We couldn't order online because we can't pay with iDEAL with a Belgian bank. Apparently, you can also order by phone. They clearly couldn't keep up with the orders. The display case was practically empty, and the meat was first put in the microwave and then quickly fried. It was dry and overcooked. The fries sat out too long and were cold. Furthermore, they were rude and unfriendly.

The wait was way too long. The quality of the food we received was truly subpar. The croquette was still frozen, and the meatball was so good you could have smashed someone's head in with it.

Absolutely terrible. We only went there once because we were on vacation. Regular customers were clearly given priority, even if they hadn't ordered online or by phone. Initially, there were three of them, and a slightly older person had fried our family-sized portion of fries and left. The two younger women who remained were more occupied with chatting and joking with some regular customers than with the food. Our meat hadn't even been cooked yet. The family-sized portion sat there for over 10 minutes. When our meat was almost cooked, they threw the fries back in the grease. The family-sized portion was refilled with the same fries. And meanwhile, they continued joking around; our bami (noodles) were burnt, so they had to throw in a new one. Meanwhile, our family-sized portion and other meat were getting cold again. We paid when we ordered, otherwise we would have left. Meanwhile, two customers who came in after us were helped with fresh fries. When our bami (noodles) was ready 7 minutes later and our fries and other meat were still there, they wanted to take everything with them. When I commented that the fries were cold by then, they laughed it off and shoved everything in our hands. Look, mistakes are okay, but then correct them properly and treat every paying customer equally. We waited 40 minutes and came out with fries that went straight into the bin, cold and rock hard, inedible.

where else would i get my french fries

It took an awfully long 45 minutes to wait for my fries with mayo and special frikadel, while one online order after another went first.

Decent fries, great online ordering system although its sad they add a fee for ordering online. The online ordering allows asking for fries to be thoroughly fried but even when selecting this option the fries were entirely yellow. Service is polite although I do miss some inside space for eating in the colder months.

Friendly staff. I always receive good service and everything I get there is always delicious.

For me the best snack bar in Heerde! Delicious fries and snacks and not too expensive! Good price-quality ratio! Recommended!

No broken chips of fries, but perfectly cooked fries with a beautiful golden brown color. The service was friendly. Although I only ordered a fries, it was brought out with care, complete with a fork, napkin and tray. Next to me a group of four had a generous order, which also looked excellent. Although the appearance of the location may not be immediately inviting, the quality of the food, prices and service are absolutely fine.

Cozy with enthusiastic staff, it's always nice to pick up well-prepared fast food or enjoy it on their new terrace. Their cars also look sleek and well cared for.

The food is fine for a snack bar. In bad weather it is not possible to sit inside. When the weather is nice, there is plenty of room to sit outside on the terrace. How much service can you expect from a snack bar? So little. 2 stars for service.

What a nice tent, and what a friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere, and nice weather already put them 1-0 before it became 2-0 when the food arrived, it was delicious and the price was just right.

How should you eat a special frikandel without a fork? It is also very special that you can only pick up, although there are chairs and tables. Not very hospitable..

Binnen niet groot, is puur om te bestellen van je eten. Geen lunch room. Buiten kunt u wel gezellig eten! Eten zelf is erg lekker! Personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ga zeker vaker bestellen. 😋

Ordered from advanced, everything was ready. Paid and left with the food to the office. The chips was tasty and the "snacks" was delicious.

Lekkere speciale patat bv boeren. We hadden ook warm vlees maar dat was droog erg jammer. De zaak was aan de voorkant achter de vitrine rommelig.

Bestelling geplaatst rond 18:00. Afhalen om 18:20, maar kreeg mijn bestelling pas om 18:50.....teleurstellend Zaterdag avond is het veel te druk en blijven ze toch bestellingen opnemen, terwijl ze deze helemaal niet na kunnen komen. Waarschijnlijk heeft dit te maken met een nieuwe medewerker die slecht de tijd kan inschatten. Doordeweeks wel gewoon top. Feedback: nieuwe medewerkers beter opleiden, ruimer plannen, klanten nummertjes laten trekken (zodat er geen klanten worden vergeten...), bij bestellingen opnemen aangeven dat het druk is.

Vriendelijke bediening en het eten is lekker

We hadden eten besteld, ik vroeg naar een toillet, maar die was er niet. Vind ik een slechte zaak, we moesten best lang wachten. Maar dat vind normaal niet zo erg, maar moest wel plassen!! De frietjes waren vet en slecht van kwaliteit.

Heerlijk gegeten. Fijne vlotte bediening.
