Snackbar Amersfoort is truly one of those authentic, old-fashioned snack shacks that you see less and less these days. Just tasty, cozy, and no-nonsense. The atmosphere feels familiar and nostalgic, and the food tastes exactly as you would expect from a snack bar. Definitely a great place if you love that real classic snack bar vibe!

They have RAS fries here, delicious, one of the few snack bars in the city center.

I ordered a kebab and it turned out the meat was fried in a pan. I don't recommend it.

I ordered a 'patat speciaal' with onions and a frikandel. It was ready pretty quickly and the food was delicious too 😋. I saw some certificates hanging on the wall, so I knew I was in the right place.

Not customer-friendly at all. I definitely wouldn't get an ice cream here. There are much better places with genuinely better service and better ice cream.

Always get fries here when I'm in town. Simply the BEST.

What a terrible experience. Just thought I would eat a delicious RAS fries. What a downer. He charges 3.35 euros for the fries and then another 1 euro for the (too little) mayo. But regardless of the price; he doesn't even know how to make RAS fries. And then always walking outside to smoke. The cans of Hertog-Jan beer that are scattered here and there. The liquor on the counter? In a cafeteria? For your own use? The shabby interior and the quality certificates from 2011 (!) complete the picture. Faded glory. And of course the gentleman is not at home for any constructive criticism. Definitely not recommended. Walk past quickly. Saves a lot of annoyance.

Just had snack bar Amersfoort deliver to my truck. Rarely eaten such delicious farmer's fries. Large pieces of bacon, mushrooms, onion, sauce, you name it. Hamburger was also super tasty. Delivered quickly and food nice and hot!! Topper guys, thanks!

In short, simply put: terrible. Terrible food, terrible service and terrible owner. Super customer unfriendly and I LITERALLY can't get the food down my throat. Please, while you're here, walk two minutes further to the Taco Bell. Here they really only sell junk.

This was the worst snack bar I've ever been to so far. First of all they forgot to give us a doner sandwich. As soon as a friend goes back to pick him up, she is rudely told “damn it”. He didn't say sorry or anything that's unusual, but we did get the sandwich in the end. Sandwich was super dry and had almost nothing in it. We had received half a panini, which we also thought might be a mistake. We called the store and were told that it is normal and that it is also half. This was really that bad and doesn't even deserve 1 star!

First time ordering here. 3 burger menus. We thought the burgers were a bit on the small side. Fries were fine, just not that warm anymore. Milkshakes were tasty. Only the kiwi flavor milkshake did not taste like kiwi.

Vanavond weer besteld. Warm vlees menu en een milkshake. Ze zijn erg snel, goed en warm eten! Vriendelijke bezorgers ook. Ga zo door!

Gister weer eens bij snackbar Amersfoort geweest. Eten was weer zoals altijd super lekker snel geserveerd leuk sfeer niets op aan te merken echt een snackbar zoals het hoort.

Patat en de currysaus waren voortreffelijk. Als men in de buurt is zou ik daar zeker een bezoekje aan wagen om het zelf te beoordelen.

Bezorging duurt echt belachelijk lang. 17:15 besteld, om 18:00 maar eens gebeld waar het bleef. "Het is er om 18:15". 18:40 maar weer gebeld, zijn ze het dan pas aan het bakken... Kan nog een minuut of 20 wachten, maar "daar kunnen we door drukte niks aan doen". Drukte, of gewoon slechte bedrijfsvoering? Is niet de eerste keer dat ik bijna 2 uur op mn eten moet wachten, en een excuus kan er niet af.

As I'm Dutch, yet live in England, I always make sure I have my snackbar fix when home. This one didn't disappoint. Very clean place, friet (RAS) was hot and non greasy. Satésaus tasted Amazing! Would definitely go back if in the area.

We komen hier al meer dan 10 jaar en al was het nu weer even geleden omdat we jaren in het buitenland hebben gewoond het was heel fijn weer terug te zijn. Heerlijke snackbar met top eigenaren!

Vandaag bij Snackbar Amersfoort gegeten keurige nette zaak die bovenal keurig schoon is. Ik heb echt boven verwachting goed gegeten voor een zeer redelijke prijs. Het assortiment is uitgebreid en keurig geprijsd. Tevens was de medewerkster keurig beleeft. Zeer goede ervaring👍🏻

Vriendelijk personeel, eten is kwalitatief erg goed

Eerste en ook gelijk de laatste keer dat ik hier heb besteld, Ik had een Shoarma menu besteld ~15 Euro, er zat genoeg Shoarma bij om een half broodje te vullen, de friet was ok. Bezorger was 25 minuten te laat.

Ondanks dat thuisbezorgd.nl het verprutst heeft toch mijn bestelling op tijd gekregen door de top-service van het personeel! Al het bestelde smaakte precies zoals het hoort, friet was knapperig maar niet doorbakken. Absolute aanrader!

Onze complimenten voor het eten, we hebben nu een paar keer besteld, maar het was tot nu toe erg goed, erg lekker en goed warm, wij komen terug🍽

Het eten is altijd goed,bezorging netjes optijd,vandaag was ik zelf een kinder menu vergeten erbij te bestellen dacht dat ik het besteld had maar toch niet ,gebeld erheen en vertelt wat er aan de hand was en de eigenaar kwam zelf op de scooter nog geen 15min later het kindermenu brengen wat een top service egt waar,wou nog fooi geven maar moest dat maar aan me eigen jochie geven super kan niks anders zeggen dan alleen maar een hele goed top service

Normaal gesproken echt een goede snackbar, maar vandaag helaas hele slappe aardappel friet en kipnuggets erg zacht. Zonde!

Goeie service en heerlijk eten!

Vier sterren voor het eten. De friet zijn heerlijk knapperig. De hamburger was prima. Een bord vol voor 7,50. 2* voor de gastvrijheid...er kon geen lachje of dagje af bij meneer! Geen stijl in de horeca! En zó druk was het niet op dat moment. Het is niet gezellig zitten. Beter hop hop afhalen en gezelligg thúis eten.

Prima snackbar waar je ook kan zitten om het daar op te eten , je word er altijd vriendelijk geholpen en er is een ruime keus .
