Never eaten such a bad cheeseburger

Waiting half an hour for 1 sandwich.

Too long wait for mediocre kibbeling

Ordered "fried" fries and a veal croquette to take with me on the boat. A 5-minute walk. The satay sauce was cold and *no fries* were included. Went back. Closing time. Asked for a refund. Got €3.10 back, 50 cents short. Oh well, can't be someone's day...

We had to wait quite a long time; the place was full, and only two people were working. The frying oil was probably quite old. Otherwise, the food was okay. I don't think we'll be back. It's okay for a quick snack—but nothing more. The decor and atmosphere are top-notch.

Was tasty but was completely hard and dry baked

The owner or operator is a man of few words. Because of this, it's not a particularly appealing snack bar. The food is average.

Even the fries are useless 🤷‍♂️ Kibbeling is a no-go

Again, the problem is that they continue to use their frying fat for too long and the small portion of chips per person.

A neat place. In our case (group of 5 people) we took a seat at the bar so you can look into the kitchen-fry. Everything looked spotless and despite the owner (who apologized for being alone) we ate well. We had various snacks and satay. That satay is really recommended. In short, a good opportunity to eat at a very fair price.

My wife and I ate kibbeling here. The prices are reasonable, the food is good, and the service is friendly.

After ringing the bell at the ice cream place, no one bothered to come even though the place was empty. Suddenly, a young girl who was serving customers ran outside to greet someone, then they entered the store and were served first, even though I waited there for over 5 minutes. I do not recommend it.

Waited 20 minutes for fries while there was hardly anyone in the shop. There's a grumpy girl at the counter... It's not too clean either..

Very friendly younger guy that made the food and took my order.. i ordered a chicken schnitzel with an extra portion of chips and received a very generous amount of chips.. definitely worth it if you’re hungry, but taste was a bit bland, and the schnitzel was small and thin so easy to overcook.. the gravy that came with was unique and tasty and made up for the schnitzel

I came from Opmeer specifically to eat potato fries here and when I arrived at 7:15 PM, I was told that it was no longer available because they closed earlier, while it says that they only close on Mondays at 9:00 PM. Fortunately I was still able to get it at 't Skaffie in Andijk

best place to eat EVER super tasty monster and you get a free sticker with it! Also really tasty chicken nuggets and the people who work there are really super nice!! 10/10 this really is the best snack bar EVER 1!1!!1111

Unfortunately, soft ice cream is not edible. You can drink it after less than 2 minutes because it melts faster than you can eat it. Huge mess - I've never experienced anything like this with soft ice cream before. Maybe the cooling is too expensive? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Counter has been my favorite snack bar in Medemblik since the previous owner Jan. Now with Lean it is a great location to order your fries and milkshake. Nice employees and always friendly and tidy.

We were served very friendly, courteous and quickly. I think it was the boss of the snack bar. We were even able to order in German. We had croquettes, kibbelinge, XXL frikandel and fries. Everything tasted very good. What kind of ambience do I want in a snack bar? The tables were clean. You could sit. If I want more ambience I have to go to the restaurant and pay more. The price-performance ratio here was right. In some cafes we only paid more for coffee and cake

Made food quickly, really DELICIOUS

For many years my family and I have been returning to Medemblik for our vacations. This snack bar is a constant destination. Here you can find typical and very tasty Dutch snacks. Highly recommended!!! In my opinion the prices are reasonable. The ambience is that of an American diner. It is ordered at the counter and brought to the table. Take away is of course also possible. Be careful, there may be longer waiting times here on weekends as this diner is very busy.

Nice hustle and bustle inside. Had fries here after the train ride. Was very tasty. Sat on the terrace. It was nice to watch the traffic passing by.

Very nice and young employees! My boys enjoyed the hamburgers. For me, as a vegetarian, I had fries.

Food was fine, we had to wait a long time for our order, friendly gentleman behind the counter.

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen und gute Portionsgrößen. Auch das Softeis war sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder👍

Nun ja, wenn man Kibbeling kennt, erkennt man ihn hier nicht wieder. Eventuell waren wir aber auch zu pingelig in Sachen Sauberkeit.

Wir wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Frikandel und Kroketten waren sehr lecker. Die Pommes waren leider zu hart. Die Preise waren angemessen. Man kann dort hingehen, habe allerdings auch schon besser gegessen.

Zeer leuke en gezellig bediening. De beerehap is een aanrader. Jammer dat er geen raspatat meer is

Het eten was prijs/kwaliteit voldoende, gewoon een cafetaria, niets meer of minder, wat ons betreft geen aanrader om lekker te gaan eten.

Aan de hamburger zat geen smaak en was overspoeld met saus en de patat was heel zout

Aardige mensen even lekker ijsje eten .lekker en hondje blij met ijshoorntje altijd iets foute tractatie

Chelsea gaf me een kroketje plaat van een kaassoufle en toen kreeg ik een gratis kaassoufle dat vond ik lief

Die besten Zeiten hat die Snakbar schon ein paar Jahre hinter sich. Der Service ist annehmbar, die Portionsgrößen ebenfalls. Alles in Allem ganz in Ordnung, aber keine Offenbarung.

Sehr guter Imbiss! Waren in unserer Urlaubswoche 2x dort, Kinder waren begeistert von den Pommes 🍟! Auch die Frikandel war gut. Kommen wir mal irgendwann wieder vorbei.

Leuke gezellige snackbar waar je natuurlijk heerlijke snacks kunt eten, met super vriendelijke bediening. Echt een aanrader.

Verblasster Charme der 60.Jahre. Sitze ungeschickt geflickt. Wir mussten auf Toast Hawai und Kroketten ziemlich lange warten.

Snackbar voor de snelle hap kan zowel binnen als buiten gegeten worden. Vriendelijk personeel en betaalbare prijzen op een gezellige locatie.

Kein Luxus, aber insgesamt gut.erwartungen erfüllt, wir wollten ja auch nur in einen imbiss. Sanitäranlagen könnten besser sein.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist sehr gut, Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Eis gibt es hier auch sehr leckeres.

Twee Milkshakes gekocht maar viel wat tegen misschien doordat het te warm weer was. Te weinig ijs smaak.

Al een paar keer geweest., lekkere snacks en patat. Aanrader dus !
