I often go to a snack bar where they sell homemade fries, but unfortunately people often forget to fry them properly. Here, the fries are not well cooked and are also wonderfully crispy. The only pity is that you get such a large amount of fries that there is not enough sauce. Definitely worth repeating.

Maybe a bit pricey, but delicious fries. Too bad for the owner but lucky for the customer that this tent has not yet been discovered by Tiktokkers. So you don't have to wait in line for a ridiculously long time to get the best fries!

Depends on who is behind the counter, if the owner is working there the food is great, but if other people are working the quality is less.

Tastiest fries in the Netherlands

We found all the restaurants in Muiden closed or full and found this place by surprise. The guy who served us was very friendly and helped us choose the food by giving us very good recommendations. The kroketten and potatoes are very good! There are tables with benches to sit outside.

I used to be a regular client but as of today I won’t set foot at this place. 1. It’s 29 degrees outside and they have all their fries and other food items out in the open. 2. The milkshake is just milk with banana flavor, there is no ice cream in it. It was actually warm. Probably the milk was also outside in the heat. 3. I ordered a family fries portion 3-4 people. I ordered properly in Dutch. However, I got single fries. When I addressed the mistake the older woman there started insulting me that I got too much sun today and there is something wrong with my head. Showering me with insults. I was going to pay extra for the correct amount of fries and wait for them, but after this verbal attack I just requested money back and left. May be she was drinking, because it was a really strange behavior. It’s a shame that they are the only snack-bar in Muiden. But I am definitely not going back. 1. Don’t want to have food poisoning from food laying around in the heat 2. I don’t want to be insulted by the grumpy old woman

After some wandering around the village I sat down for a while. And I enjoyed the ice cream! We got the sun for free and for free. Gold or not then (Grunnigers style) :-)

Waiting half an hour for the order. Forgotten order and so did the other customers. The employees do not accept tips and advice from the owner. He tried to make everything work. They don't feel like working. Indicate that it is a busy moment while only a few people come to get an ice cream and eat fries. Too bad for the owner, hopefully he gets employees who want to work.

Ordered two fries and it was quite expensive. In contrast, fries are fine. Nicely baked. You also get a lot of fries, so the price compensates for that. I personally won't buy a Sunday, it's super small.

Didn't eat anything, but despite that the staff still deserves the credits. Helping someone in the pouring rain while your shift is actually starting is quite classy.

Ate fries here for the first time. Delicious. Big ten plus. Crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. I work in the kitchen myself and I know what's tasty. I knew immediately that they were agria potatoes. Very tasty home-made fries. Very customer-friendly service too. Mayo super tasty as well as the satay sauce. Highly recommended. Oh yes and frying in peanut oil. Which is also a very good and expensive oil for deep frying. All in all, super satisfied. Oh yes, so I'm writing a review at my wedding. I think it says enough :) And for the person who worked today. Keep it up. See you soon

Today we ate fries again and a tasty shake, the chip shop has been thoroughly renovated. New floor looks super clean and nice new screens and the fries are even tastier and too much haha

Homemade fries are delicious, large portion too. Beef croquette is not tasty to my taste, it is full of ragout and only 3 mini pieces of beef, half of which was not eaten The building could use a makeover, it looks worn out, boxes everywhere... not fun to sit around for a while Ate in the car...

Bami discs still completely cold inside. This was the umpteenth time. Last time when I reported it I got a big mouth... Hamburgers in a bag with a napkin around it, which is then completely stuck to it, dirty. We won't be coming back here again...

Far too greasy and overcooked fries. I worked in a cafeteria for years and after putting the colder fries back in the fryer once, they then throw them away, that is the golden rule. But these golden stems are so valuable that they are thrown into the pan again and again. So dirty. I didn't really want to write this review, but after buying these extremely well-done and overpriced fries this time, I had to. And the staff: I got ice cream with my kids a few weeks ago; the first ice cream on tap and it ran down the cone. Just drop it off and let us pay. When you say goodbye, don't say anything in return. It's a shame that this is the only cafeteria in Muiden...

Eten is prima, patates frites van verse aardappelen en verder goede kwaliteit snacks. Heel aardig en vriendelijk personeel. Alles gaat in een gemoedelijke fijne sfeer. Enige nadeel is het betaald parkeren, maar daar de snackbar niets aan doen.

Ongetwijfeld de beste snackbar in Nederland! Heerlijk verse patat die je nergens anders kunt vinden. De Bami schijf is ook echt een aanrader. Kipburgers hier zijn ook erg lekker. 10/10 op alle vlakken. Zeker een must om langs Snackbar De Loper te gaan als je in de buurt van Muiden bent!

The best fries on the planet, for all I know. Using excellent potatoes, processed on site. You can eat outside or do takeaway. Lots of sauce options and other snacks. Prices are high, though. Easy parking. Muiden is a lovely historic town where the local hobby is to have a beer while observing the boats pass through the small locks.

Goed gebakken patatjes, niet de goedkoopste maar dan krijg je wel kwaliteit.

Beste verse friet uit de buurt. Hier moet je gewoon even stoppen tijdens fiets-/wandeltocht of op terugweg naar huis. Je kan buiten zitten aan tafels en beperkt binnen. Grote parkeerplaats. Je wordt netjes en snel geholpen.
