Terrible service and antisocial. Ordered via home delivery and they forgot a croquette. Of course it can happen, so I call them. When I called they became argumentative and almost shouting, so I finally hung up. Sorry, but such a lack of customer unfriendliness is really unacceptable when I'm trying to have a normal conversation. Why would I lie that they forgot a croquette? 🤨 I ordered here often, but I certainly won't do this again.

Delicious fries and super nice people!

I ate here and really enjoyed it, the atmosphere was nice and so were the people who worked there. I recently ordered here for 16 people and had everything within 20 minutes, really fast service (which was also the case when eating inside). Highly recommended!!!

Well I was there again a few days ago. Wow, that was bad folks. A-Social Services to ask for assistance, but this side is really no longer possible!!!!!. Greetings from Rombertus, Bolstraat 23 Utrecht.

Really bad. Paid almost 10 euro for a kapsalon. Came home to find out they give shoarma. And not good shoarma, it was chewy, tasted bad, had fat and was just the cheap stuff. There was also very little shoarma. The cheese is the normal cheap supermarket slices. They put ONE slice on it, doesn't put it in the oven. So at home it all sticking to the silver foil and it is just all hard and nasty. On bite and there goes 25% of your cheese. There is about 3 times more fries than meat. Fries are pretty oke, but fatty. All with all it just a big scam. Really dissapointing. There are better and way cheaper (and more tastefull) ways to get 1500 kcal. Not returning.

Tasty fries of good quality. Also an extensive vegetarian menu. Nice staff. Only excessive use of plastic (everything goes in plastic containers, which is often not necessary).

They have delicious rasp fries, the taste was good and so was the cheese soufflé :) will definitely come back

Downright bad. Fries fried way too long, no taste, no potato to be seen inside. Lots of frying fat fries. No taste, cheese soufflé also baked far too long/hard. This should not have been given.

Very mediocre fries and very mediocre frikandel special. It wasn't fresh. Fries had little taste and were fried dark brown.

Great snackbar. Very kind personnel and clean place. Food was done super quickly. Prices are good and the food was everything you want. Good amount of choice for burgers and other snacks. Definitely going here again.

For a frikandel special you really have to go to De Reiger, they have a delicious sweet curry which makes this frikandel special slightly different and tastier than elsewhere. I'm disappointed with the fries, often just a little too dry unfortunately.

We were kindly received just before closing time. Food is good.

Perfect! Good, tasty dishes (from snack bar to Chinese, and the latter very tasty) and very nice people. Located around the corner from me. My lifeline for a good, affordable meal. Love them!

Perfectly decent Snackbar. It's clean, relatively atmospheric but not fancy, the owners are friendly and the food is what you'd expect: deep fried. Sometimes I get some fries here when I work late and don't feel like cooking. I like the fact that the owners kids are often doing their homework in the restaurant when I'm there around that time.

I've come here for years. Good assortment of typical Dutch junkfood. Staff are all Asians and limited in Dutch, but very friendly.
