The lady was nice, but unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly since the new owner took over. The fries weren't good (soggy and greasy), and the snacks weren't quite what I was used to. I hope for the best, but I fear the worst. Anyway, good luck with the business.

best food delivered home did not arrive bad thing

Delivery from Snackbar West was a complete disappointment. I had to wait a long time for my order, the food was lukewarm, and the delivery driver seemed completely unconcerned about customer satisfaction. A one-off for me.

December 25, 2023 Placed an order at 5:15 PM. It said delivery would begin at 6:30 PM. Called 20 minutes later. The woman who answered was difficult to understand, but I understood it was very busy and she would make sure the order would be delivered a maximum of 45 minutes later. An hour later, still nothing. Called again, and the woman who answered by name was even more difficult to understand and said she didn't know what I was talking about. She hung up. I called several times and tried to engage in conversation, but to no avail. Finally, I told her I wanted a refund, and she indicated we all wanted one, then hung up. A few minutes later, something was delivered. The woman who delivered said our address was quite out of the way, a 10-minute drive. What we received was completely different from our order, and it smelled awful. It was also freezing cold. I called again, told her I'd received the completely wrong order, and she said it was my fault because I was the one who placed the order. She hung up again. The order is in the bin now. Even our dog didn't trust the food. We ordered two hamburgers and a bag of fries. The picture shows what we received: stone cold and dripping with grease. Update 29-12-2023 regarding the owner's response: That evening, I called the number listed on the snack bar's website seven times (!) myself. I spoke to someone (briefly) four of those times. So what you're saying is incorrect. I called one last time about the wrong and cold order, but was simply brushed off, and that was my problem. I never spoke to Thuiszorgd again. I did receive a refund after I messaged them about my experience. And I'm very sorry, but it wasn't good.

Bad, waste of money. I won't be back. East West, not good at West.

Fries and hamburger bun are great. Update 12/26/2023. New owner is making a mess of things. Never again, not even worth one star.

Beware!!! This snack bar has recently been run by a NEW owner!!!! It is no longer the quality and quantity of the first owner!!!

In a word: terrible. I'll never order from here again. I received my order after 1:45, and upon unpacking it turned out to be a completely different order. The fries were soaking wet with grease and smelled terrible (old grease), and the packaging was also terrible. The hamburger bun with a boiled egg? (Gray and old). I also threw away the croquette and frikandel because I simply don't trust them based on the smell. In short, the entire order was thrown straight into the bin.

Ordered via home delivery, food was never delivered and the business was suddenly listed on Google as 'closed', the phone was not answered either. Then we get a call from home delivery (3 hours later), asking why we don't open the door, even though no one has ever been there. We had to call the 06 number of the owner ourselves (who was supposedly at the door), only to get a big mouth and be sent back to home delivery to get our money back. What a strange place, better go somewhere else.

Terribly poor service. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes for my food to be delivered. After an hour, I called. The woman had either just woken up or was completely drunk. I honestly didn't understand a word, and after 23 seconds, she hung up... The food was even worse than the service. The fries, or chips for you Frisians, were completely soaked in oil. They were soft, undercooked, and just plain disgusting. You couldn't even call the burger a burger. The pre-packaged ones from Unox are even better. Good story, nice and short too. I wouldn't order from here; this was my first time and never again. Good luck, guys.

Ordered via home delivery. After 3/4 hours your order will finally be delivered. Message I couldn't find it, if there are any complaints, get a new one. Kapsalon cold, soggy, the shawarma had flown over it. Cheese about 1 tablespoon. Very way very disappointing. So just call for a new one. Unfortunately, they apparently can't find the phone either. Truly the crappiest snack bar in Sneek. Never order again!

Give us the old owner again, I already had my doubts when ordering, everything went so slowly, she didn't even know the difference between the croquettes on the plate in the refrigerator, so she asks the customer if they know. In addition, it took almost half an hour to place our order while no one was there Times for how long the snacks had to be in the fryer were written on a note and then overcooked Frikandel so overcooked that it was no longer tasty. Satay sauce so thin that it runs off your snacks. We liked coming to the previous owner because the service and quality were good, but there is nothing left of it

Today the cash register was broken, half of the order had been forgotten and still had to be put in the fryer. The prices as stated in the snack bar were still old prices stated at checkout. Next time we will pick up somewhere else.

Coke with sugar is better, some people do not like cola in the menu without sugar, and there may be no other alternative

After ordering shawarma fries 3 times. The shawarma is difficult to find, if you have found a piece of shawarma it is very dry! Do not eat salty fries! Garlic sauce is very sour. I don't recommend this business! Been 3 times for me, never a waste of money again!
