What unfair messages. They really try their best, and as a regular customer, I know what they're saying. You get a lot of food for little money. The young staff is always enthusiastic, too. You're simply dealing with a different culture (origin) here. They continue to pleasantly surprise me time and time again.

This used to be a good cafeteria, which is why there are still old 5-star reviews listed. Nowadays, even one star is too much. Very unfriendly staff and poor service. It's okay, but orders are often wrong.

Upon arrival, they were already looking at our official assistance dog, which is not allowed anywhere. They even commented on it. After we explained that it was an assistance dog, they didn't say anything more. When ordering, we indicated we wanted to eat it here, but were again told it wasn't allowed. We weren't allowed in with an assistance dog. Assistance dogs shouldn't be refused anywhere!! We will never come here again, and neither will my friends who come here often!! Treated very poorly.

Great fries but the atmosphere in the shop is less than stellar and could use a makeover

Really not a good place. The owner yells at you and says he hates you. You paid and you don't get your food. The staff is unfriendly. And the woman isn't nice either. She looks angry and gives you an angry look. The food is not good. DON'T GO THERE. NOT A GOOD PLACE!!!

Fine, reasonable fries, enough mayo, not very hospitable but hey, I just came to get some fries.

Once a place like this, nothing remains. The moment you walk in, you're a problem to the owner, not a customer. Very unusual.

Very unfriendly service, mealy fries and a greasy croquette without meat, and when I asked for mustard, they didn't respond. I returned the croquette and reported it, but they couldn't do anything about it because they didn't make the croquettes themselves. Truly the worst snack bar ever.

What a huge mess, and the man has no decency. It's unbelievable how rude you can be and then try to act like a man with a squeaky voice.

The food was very tasty and the staff was very friendly to us. The place could use a makeover in terms of appearance, but it did not look unhygienic.

From the moment we walked in, no one even bothered us. When we ordered, we received an irritated look as if we were bothering him. The food? Dry, tasteless, and way overpriced for what you get. The fries were soggy, the snacks were old, and the sauces seemed watered down. But worst of all was the owner's attitude. Not a single ounce of friendliness, no service, just a horrible atmosphere. I've been to many snack bars, but this is without a doubt the worst experience ever. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This is a definite no-go! 🚫

By far the best snack bar in Heino! Super friendly staff, quickly ready and good portions. :)

After about 45 minutes we received our order. We didn't get what we ordered. Bad experience, but I can imagine that this is partly due to the crowds

We think we'll just sit down and eat quietly... the owner shouts at the children behind her, fries were good but the meatball was undercooked... 1st and last time we ate here. Grumpy people too, didn't even greet us. entry

The salad was so bad unfortunately bare salad no tomato or egg or cucumber

An outdated cafeteria that needs some renovation, the food was also not very tasty.

Hebben gezamenlijk een patat met mayo en ieder een frikandel speciaal gehad.

De snackbar lijkt een paar jaar stil te hebben gestaan in de tijd maar alles ziet er netjes, schoon en georganiseerd uit. De hamburgers waren erg lekker alleen een beetje klein. Al met al een prima snackbar. Erg vriendelijke eigenaar ook.

Ijs was lekker...maar we gingen met moeder en tante even binnen zitten omdat het heel heet was en de dames op leeftijd zijn rond de 80. Dit werd niet gewaardeerd. Eigenaar erg onvriendelijk en kinderen die achter rondrennen bij de frituur ook doodeng . Elders gegeten.

Grote snackbar, ziet er redelijk netjes uit. Alleen een softijsje gehad die was prima, rest kan ik geen oordeel over geven

Prima snackbar! Houd zich goed aan alle voorschriften en zijn hard op weg alle plastic te vervangen voor super mooie bamboo bakjes!

De kwaliteit gaat met sprongen naar beneden, ben hier al enkele keren geweest , kom er nu niet weer! Slechte kwaliteit eten, geen vriendelijk personeel. , kroket zonder mosterd, broodje lang niet vers meer bah op zoek naar een betere snackman in de regio

Ziet er niet heel fris meer uit, snacks zijn ok. Eigenaar laat kind achter bij de frituur rond lopen, bijzonder.

Lekkere patat en goede snacks. Prima snackbar

Zeer karig broodje zonder leuke opmaak zoals we elders gewend zijn. Prijs niet in verhouding tot wat je krijgt.

Goeie snackbar met ruim aanbod en snelle bediening.

Gezellige cafetaria. Ruim aanbod.
