The staff displayed clear discriminatory conduct, prioritising certain customers while disregarding the proper queue order. Such behaviour reflects a serious lack of professionalism, fairness, and respect for all customers.

It took ages for the order to arrive. It finally arrived after an hour and a half, and it was freezing cold. I tried calling but couldn't reach them. Definitely not recommended!

Just got a croquette sandwich. When I arrived, two young employees were loitering at a table. One got up to help me, and the other remained half-splayed across the table, watching YouTube videos on his phone. After taking my order, the employee got to work. He coughed repeatedly, both into his arm and his hand, and then continued preparing the food without washing his hands. I confronted the young employee about it, but he didn't seem to care. I can't even blame the boys. Without any guidance or supervision, they were left to fend for themselves. When I got home, I threw away the croquette sandwich. I lost my appetite after this experience. In other words, never again to Kwalitaria Tweelingstad for me.
