Dirty black hair in one of the cookies. Emailed about it on Sunday. No response on Tuesday. (Previously I even received a response on Sunday) I called the store, they said they would pass it on to the boss. Didn't hear anything on Thursday and went to another branch and dropped off the cookies. The lady thought it was funny that I came back with cookies from a 5 euro package. She couldn't just give me new ones, because they were more expensive. In total, there was 1 cookie left with the piece with hair left. Out of decency and disgust, I didn't eat the rest. Too bad, because you buy something to combat food waste. So there's a hair in it. The day before, these were just in the store, so it could have happened to any customer.
