Soups & Salads in Binnenstad-Noord

I've tried several different types and flavors of soup, and they're all delicious! Friendly and professional staff, and it's a great place to be. Keep up the good work!

Soups & Salads looks great at the new location (apart from the strange entrance). However, the sandwiches are smaller and more expensive. They also now ask for a tip, which I'm not a fan of (leave that in America). It's a shame, but still 3 stars for the good food.

Unfortunately, something went wrong with the dressing for the chicken salad with red pesto during the move. It used to be my favorite salad, sometimes even twice a week, but now it's so sour that I won't even eat the rest. Such a shame.

Went to the new location at Beestenmarkt 14 and picked up 2 sandwiches with meatballs and one with smoked salmon & avocado ! The pumpkin soup is out of this world! Absolutely recommend !!

Used to come here a lot . Apparently they moved to another location. Neglected to update the information on Google. I waisted my time going there - rather disrespectful to your consumers.

I first visited this place around 10 years ago, and ever since, whenever I’m in Leiden, I try to stop by for a delicious bowl of soup or a sandwich. The quality is always great, and the service is friendly.

Incredible hidden gem! A must visit in Leiden! We cycles into the city centre it was really busy, being freshers week at the University, but this was a great little find! I would recommend this to anyone visiting Leiden, healthy, welcoming, tasty and great value!! Thanks so much

The best place where to have a healthy and tasty meal while enjoying the very center of Leiden. Tons of choices, I particularly recommend the Gado Gado Poke Bowl 😌

An excellent little to-go restaurant, healthy and fresh cuisine, you can already smell the inviting smells in front of the shop. The chefs know their craft and you can watch them cook. The lady is very friendly.

Ramen Soupes are the reason why we travel from Germany

The poke bowl was small in size; for 15 euros you would expect a full meal. Quite good in terms of taste, but the price-quality means that I will not come back.

Great place for a quick takeaway lunch! I tried their carpaccio sandwich which was tasty, although some of the added vegetables did not fit well within the sandwich. As the name implies they also sell 'Soups & Salads' which also seem quite nice!

More places for sitting would be great. Otherwise awesome. It's also possible to taste soups before placing an order.

Soup was so delicious. It's a bit spicy, but tasty. Prizes are nice! So convenient that you can add extra topping! My warmest recommendation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The salad had several ingredients, which tasted anything but fresh. When ordering, 3 different costs will be added, totaling € 3.05. I think this is slowly going too far. The delivery person was very friendly and on time.

Mega lekkere salades, veel variaties mogelijk, alles vers en eerlijk bereid. Sympathiek familiebedrijf. Ook heel welkom om een plek midden in de winkelstraat te hebben waar je wél iets gezonds en lekkers kan halen!

Voor zowel fans van soepen als salades een must visit in Leiden! Goed geholpen door erg vriendelijk personeel.

Delicious. The food was spot on and tasty. I ordered two salads and they were great and well priced. Felt like the ingredients were well prepared and top quality. I will be going back to try a sandwich which also looked amazing! Highly recommend!

I get my soups and smoothies from Soups & Salads and it’s always amazing quality. Their peanut soup is my favorite and so is their green smoothie with a bit of ginger. They are always friendly and the service is always good.

Het zag er goed uit alleen ik zou het broodje carpaccio niet aanraden. De carpaccio zelf is wat waterig en had weinig smaak. Verder wel prima levering.

Voor het eerst bij een dagje Leiden hier een pasta salade rode pesto met kip gegeten. En wat was hij heerlijk. Goed gevuld en mooi gepresenteerd in een kartonnen salade bak met deksel. Erg netjes zodat je hem ook nog mee kan nemen. De bediening was erg vriendelijk en er werd ook gevraagd of er bestek bij moest zodat ik hem gelijk kon opeten. Ik kom hier graag terug mochten wij nog eens in Leiden zijn.

Het eten en drinken is fantastisch. Kwaliteit staat hier duidelijk bovenaan.

Haalde hier (leeuwarden) twee smoothies, komkommer, spinazie, groene appel en banaan. Proefde echt alleen maar komkommer en een vleugje spinazie, tegenvaller. Fancy marketing en uiterlijk maar matige kwaliteit wat smoothies betreft.

Best soup and poke bowl in town

Jammer dat we er geen bestek bij kregen en dit niet werd vermeld bij het ophalen. Verder was het erg lekker.

De Pokebowls hebben geen goede prijs kwaliteit. Ze zijn vrij prijzig voor de portie die je je krijgt waarbij de pokebowl ook voornamelijk alleen maar rijst bevat en weinig groenten en vis. Ook de smaak viel tegen. De andere salades en de soepen zijn overigens wel erg lekker, maar ook vrij prijzig voor wat je krijgt.

Tijdens ons weekend weg wilden we een avond wat minder zwaar, maar wel gezond eten. Soups and salads bied de oplossing. Snelle service, prijs kwaliteit is top. Heerlijk gegeten!

Aanrader! Lekker en gezond gegeten. Veel keuze. Ze maken alles zelf, dus ook met een allergie weten ze raad.

Ik bestelde de ramensoup. Je verwacht dat als een bedrijf “soups&salads” heet dat de soup op zijn minst warm en smaakvol is. Ik kreeg lauwe bouillon, fabrieksachtige kip en koude wortelschaafsel. Afijn, ik dacht ik bel even om uit te leggen dat ik niet heel tevreden ben (wat ik nog nooit eerder heb gedaan). De vrouw aan de telefoon was “not amused”. Ik heb tenslotte “zelf de bestelling geplaatst”. Daar kon ik het mee doen. Ik raad het niet aan om hier te bestellen. Dat het eten een keertje niet goed is, kan gebeuren. Maar de klantonvriendelijkheid was voor mij de druppel om een recensie te schrijven.

Lekker eten, vult! Lekkere cilli con carne, vult juiste prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Broodje lekker knapperig met lekkere spread.

Great little soup shop with a bevy of delicious soups and sandwiches.

I ordered a Chicken Soup and a Squash Salad from deliveroo and I have to say, that has been the best meal since I got in Leiden! The soup was delicious, comforting and not too salty as some soups are, the broth was balanced and rich. The salad I ordered was full of fresh greens and roasted squash, pepper, aubergine and zucchini, I especially appreciated the little container for the dressing, which I always prefer to dose on my own! I will definitely order again in the future.
